Leaving the hotel, Jiang Xue got into Jin Hao’s car. The car quickly left the city, heading for the suburbs. Jiang Xue observed, her gaze flickered. It seems Jin Hao plans to make his move in the outskirts.

Indeed, the suburbs are far from the city; even if something happens, help from afar won’t be timely. He’s guarding against Ah Li and other Chinese.

Jiang Xue understood Jin Hao’s intentions completely, but didn’t show it on her face. She leaned slightly on the car seat and closed her eyes.

After about two hours of driving, the car finally stopped. At this moment, Jiang Xue happened to open her eyes. During that long time, she was only resting with her eyes closed and communicating with Little Fox through consciousness, rather than truly asleep.

Jin Hao saw Jiang Xue open her eyes and said with a smile, "You’re awake, I was just debating whether to wake you up."

Jiang Xue smiled slightly and asked, "Have we arrived?"

"Yes, this is a factory I own in the suburbs. You might be interested in what they produce inside." Jin Hao said as he pushed open the car door and got out.

Jiang Xue followed him out, glanced at Huo Cong standing by the car door, and exchanged a look understood only by them.

Their gaze broke apart quickly, unnoticed by anyone. Jiang Xue followed Jin Hao towards the factory.

Only then did she lift her gaze to inspect the factory. The factory was large and seemed very clean, appearing deserted at a glance. However, Jiang Xue could hear the rumbling of machinery.

It was clear there were people in the factory, just no one came out to greet them. Jiang Xue’s eyes flickered and she followed Jin Hao towards one of the buildings.

Approaching the building, Jiang Xue saw a man dressed as a security guard standing at the door. Upon seeing Jin Hao’s group, he stepped forward to salute, called him boss, and pushed the main door open.

Once the door was pushed open, Jiang Xue realized there was another door behind it, a password-locked door.

It was evident this was a strictly managed factory with robust security measures.

Jiang Xue’s eyes flickered, but she didn’t ask questions and walked in behind Jin Hao. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean without a speck of dust. Rows of shoes were neatly arranged on a stand, with sets of clothes hanging above them.
