Back in the room, Jiang Xue didn’t feel like moving. So, Mu Qiancheng took Little Reunion for a bath and coaxed him to sleep before bending down to carry Jiang Xue from the bed to bathe her.

Seeing Mu Qiancheng bending down to carry her, Jiang Xue was startled and said, "Qian Cheng, what are you doing?"

"Honey, what do you think?" replied Mu Qiancheng with a smile, as he scooped her up and carried her towards the bathroom.

Luckily, the bathroom was in the room, so they didn’t have to go outside. Otherwise, if someone saw them, they would definitely laugh.

Mu Qiancheng carried Jiang Xue into the bathroom, where the water was already prepared. He hadn’t bathed yet either, so he set Jiang Xue down, ready to help her undress.

Unexpectedly, as soon as his hand touched her, Jiang Xue stepped back and said, "I can do it myself. You should leave first."

At her words, Mu Qiancheng looked at Jiang Xue with a grievance and said, "Honey, you’re burning bridges after crossing the river. I carried you in here, yet you’re not inviting me to bathe with you, and instead, you’re kicking me out. My heart hurts."

Mu Qiancheng chuckled softly, pulling Jiang Xue into his embrace, kissed her lips, and said, "Honey, it’s been a long time since we bathed together. This is a rare opportunity, are you still going to refuse?"

Jiang Xue looked at Mu Qiancheng and saw the fervor in his eyes, making her blush unconsciously. She knew well what would happen if they bathed together.

However, she hadn’t thought about refusing. After all, a couple needs to keep things fresh.

Jiang Xue remained silent, which Mu Qiancheng took as her agreement. He gently undressed Jiang Xue and carried her to the bathtub.

The bathroom was filled with steaming water, and soft murmurs occasionally echoed. Time passed slowly, and by the time they opened the bathroom door, a considerable amount of time had elapsed.

Initially exhausted, Jiang Xue was carried back out the same way she had entered. Mu Qiancheng carried her out of the bathroom, tenderly placing her on the bed as if she were a fragile doll.

After settling Jiang Xue, Mu Qiancheng returned to the bathroom to clean up. As soon as he left, Little Fox’s voice echoed in Jiang Xue’s mind.
