Dai Gang had no choice but to stand up. "Alright, then I’m going back."

As soon as he left, Jiang Xiao sat down on the edge of his bed. "So, is there something you want to say?"

"How’s the wedding prep going? Little, I’m sorry, all this still has to be prepared by you alone. I should’ve been part of it."

"What’s there to feel embarrassed about? Besides, it’s not just me doing the prep. Grandpa is helping me, and Aunt Meng and Wang Yi are helping too."

Jiang Xiao didn’t want him feeling guilty, so she said, "It’s pretty much all ready. We’ll definitely be able to hold the wedding on schedule."
