Inside the Civilization Master Spaceships of the four major Civilizations, every Sovereign was extremely solemn.

They were urging their Subordinates to carefully monitor every single reaction on the instruments, especially anything inside the Subspace Interior; even the slightest fluctuation had to trigger immediate alertness.

Facing a Semi-permanent Star Level existence, even if it was only his Level 15 game character, there was no such thing as being "too cautious."

After all, that... was "Semi-permanent Star Level," okay!

Right at this moment, Jia Yan, who was being treated as just a mere "Semi-permanent Star Level," was slowly flying through the Subspace toward one of the enemy’s Master Spaceships.

"Man, this game body is too ridiculous. Flying in Subspace is actually this slow... if only my True Body could lend a hand."

The Level 15 game character Jia Yan couldn’t help turning his head, looking back at the "colossal mass" that seemed almost within reach, like a giant mountain covering a vast area.

This was his Giant Mosquito’s True Body.

In Subspace, at least in this game’s Subspace, only his Level 15 game character and the True Body in Subspace could meet like this.

"Kinda interesting, actually."

Jia Yan’s True Body also gazed at that Tiny Battleship, silently watching it in his field of view as it slowly, ever so slowly, crawled past like a tortoise.

Of course, it only looked slow because Jia Yan’s True Body was simply too powerful. If it were another, weaker Subspace Existence watching, this Battleship piloted by the Level 15 game character would actually be considered pretty fast.

And in one flight, it appeared right in front of one of those four enemy Civilization Master Spaceships.

"Huh? No way, he actually got close!"

When the Battleship piloted by Jia Yan’s Level 15 game character approached the four Civilizations’ Master Spaceships, the one outfitted with a more advanced Subspace Detector really did pick up Jia Yan’s arrival.

"He’s here? His Subspace is definitely not that of some ordinary guy, to actually make it through our distorted Space."

"But don’t worry, our Defense isn’t something he can break through that easily. If he dares show himself, watch us blow him to pieces."

Each of the four Civilizations’ ships had their Subspace disruptors running at full power. You had to admit this game was pretty realistic, because these activated Subspace disruptors really did have the strength to interfere with the first layer of Subspace.

The distortion in the first Subspace layer grew more and more intense. If Jia Yan’s True Body came over, it would be trivial for him to deal with it, he could even flatten this entire chaotic region in one go.

But switching to the Level 15 game character made things tricky. Even cheating had to have limits; if he couldn’t keep it within a reasonable range, then no matter how tolerant the game’s operators were toward a Strong Ones’ behavior, they’d still lose their temper. That would be overdoing it.

"Oh? So you actually have this kind of setup for protection. Not bad, you do have some combat awareness."

In the Subspace Interior, Jia Yan looked at the arrangement outside and gave a bit of acknowledgment.

If it were some random game Civilization, don’t even mention having this kind of formal combat awareness—at this point their Command System would probably be in total chaos. These four Civilizations really lived up to being top-tier or near top-tier Civilizations; they weren’t lacking in proper warfare literacy at all.

But could this kind of basic conventional warfare ability stop Jia Yan, who fought regular armies day in, day out?

Impossible.

"Your distorted region might cover a huge area, but to someone with Subspace Talent, it’s riddled with flaws everywhere. In that case, I’ll just do a little showcase..."

Jia Yan smiled faintly. Maybe because he’d been interacting with normal players too much, his mindset was actually becoming a bit more down-to-earth.

Although to Jia Yan, he’d always had the potential to be approachable, as he grew stronger and stronger his mentality still drifted away from ordinary lifeforms, becoming more like a Strong Ones, and more rigid.

But his recent contact with ordinary weak-player lifeforms wasn’t just a process of collecting mutation materials for himself—it was also a process of slowly adjusting his mindset to something more reasonable.

In this process, Jia Yan gradually shifted from a Strong Ones’ mindset to one that appreciates ordinary lifeforms. He no longer felt so lofty and untouchable, and he even learned to enjoy the aesthetics of weak ordinary lifeforms, picking up their playful slang and jokes.

As Jia Yan launched his assault, his True Body over there kept drifting in thought.

Honestly, his True Body hadn’t been used to cheat too much. Aside from giving the Level 15 game character a bit of help in the Subspace aspect, it wasn’t even feeding him intel now, because doing that would just be too excessive.

So the True Body was there to drift off and daydream, while the character side was where the full-on hot-blooded battle was happening.

Poof.

Jia Yan, piloting the Battleship his Level 15 game character was riding in, suddenly at a certain moment slipped out through a fissure in Subspace.

With a boom, his Battleship abruptly burst out from a corner of the twisted, chaotic first Subspace layer.

"What?! He broke out!"

"Didn’t we already scramble this region of Space? How can he still pilot a mid-tier Battleship out through it? Isn’t the armor on that class of Battleship supposed to twist and disintegrate the moment it touches Subspace turbulence?"

"I don’t buy it. He definitely used some kind of cheating trick!"

The four Civilizations on this side were all utterly shocked.

Because what Jia Yan had done was something that ordinary Strong Ones simply couldn’t believe.
