Meanwhile.

At the villa.

Felicia stirred slowly, her eyes fluttering open. The room was quiet, the soft morning light filtering through the curtains, casting pale gold across the huge bed they had all shared. She shifted, her hair spilling across the pillow, and noticed the empty spaces beside her.

Hmm?

She sat up, the sheets pooling around her waist. She tilted her head, her ears pricking, and glanced around the bed again.

Mimi was sprawled at the bottom edge, her tail hanging off the mattress, one arm dangling over the side, her mouth slightly open, a soft snore escaping her. Delya was curled beside Gracelle, her arms wrapped tightly around her chocolate jar, her cheek pressed against it.

Gracelle was sleeping with her face turned toward Delya, one hand resting under her cheek. Lyzia and Celine were side by side, facing each other, their foreheads nearly touching, their breath mingling in the space between them.

But Liana and Gloria’s spots were empty.

Felicia let out a soft breath, her fingers brushing the empty sheets beside her.

Where did they go?

She glanced toward the door before shrugging.

Mm~

They both always wake up early. They’re always the first ones up, checking on everyone. Preparing breakfast, making sure everything is in order. They take care of all of us so we never have to worry about a thing.

She smiled.

Big sisters really spoiled all of us~

The maids barely have anything to do because Big Sister Liana and Big Sister Gloria always handle everything themselves. They fuss over every little thing. They make sure the rooms are warm, the food is ready, the clothes are laid out. They take care of all of us like we’re their children.

Felicia chuckled softly. She stretched, her arms rising above her head, her back arching in a slow, graceful curve, the morning light tracing the smooth line of her spine.

She lowered her arms and reached for her mana phone on the nightstand. She tapped the screen and glanced at the time.

Still early.

Guess I should get up. Get ready. Perhaps help Big Sister Liana and Gloria with the morning preparations. It’s the least I can do.

Just as Felicia was about to slip off the bed, Mimi suddenly turned in her sleep and wrapped both arms around Felicia’s leg. She rubbed her cheek against it, her tail swaying lazily behind her, a sleepy, cheeky grin spreading across her face.

"Husband~ Ehehe~ Your arm is so strong, nyaa~"

Felicia bit her lower lip.

"Ugh! This little sister of mine!"

She hissed and tried to pry Mimi’s hands away.

"Mimi! Let go!"

Mimi’s face twisted in her sleep, a panicked mumble spilling out.

"Nyaaa! Why are you pulling away? Don’t leave me! Come back, nya! Don’t go!"

Felicia yanked at her hands. "Mimi! Let me go! That’s my leg! Not Husband’s arm!"

Mimi paused. Then her grin widened, her hands clamping down tighter around Felicia’s leg.

"Ehehe~ Husband is so thoughtful, nyaa~ Knowing how Mimi loves a huge, thick slab of meat~"

She drooled against Felicia’s thigh, her tail swaying in her sleep.

"And it’s warm too~ Thank you, Husband~ Ehehe~"

She opened her mouth in her sleep, then chomped down on Felicia’s thigh.

"Hiiiiiiii!!!!"

Felicia screamed, and the room erupted into chaos. Everyone woke up in a startled jolt. Delya clutched her chocolate jar to her chest. Gracelle’s eyes flew open. Lyzia and Celine bolted upright, their foreheads colliding with a dull thud, both of them crying out.

Felicia raised her hand and brought it down hard on Mimi’s head.

THWACK!

Mimi jolted awake, sitting up in a rush, her eyes wide and blinking in confusion. Her tail bristled, fluffing out as she glanced around the room, still half-asleep. She rubbed the top of her head, her ears flattening slightly.

"Nyaaa!!!! Who hit Mimi’s head?!"

Before Mimi could ask more, Felicia’s hand flew toward her ear and pulled it hard.

Mimi hissed in pain and confusion.

"Nyaaa! Ow ow ow! Onee-sama! Why are you pulling my ear?!"

Felicia yanked harder, her voice sharp and scolding.

"You bit my leg, Mimi! You bit it with your fangs! Look at it! You left a mark on my thigh!"

Mimi’s hands flew up to where Felicia was pulling her ear, flailing helplessly.

"I didn’t do anything wrong, nya! Mimi was just sleeping! Mimi didn’t bite anyone!"

"Nothing wrong!?" Felicia hissed, pulling harder. "You bit my leg in your sleep! You thought it was a slab of meat and you chomped down on it with your fangs!"

She let go of Mimi’s ear and rubbed her thigh, glaring down at the small red mark. The shape of Mimi’s fangs was clearly visible, a tiny crescent of indents pressed into her pale skin.

Delya let out a long, ragged exhale, still clutching her chocolate jar against her chest. She slumped back against the pillows.

"You two startled me... I nearly dropped my chocolate jar..."

Lyzia and Celine both rubbed their foreheads, wincing at the dull throb where they had knocked against each other.

"Oww..." Lyzia mumbled. "That’s going to leave a bump..."

Celine nodded weakly. "Mine too..."

Gracelle let out a sleepy, weary exhale and shook her head, her voice still thick with sleep. "You two scared me half to death..."

Mimi pouted, rubbing her ear where Felicia had pulled it.

"But Mimi didn’t do anything... Mimi was just dreaming about Husband..."

Gracelle raised her palm to cover her mouth as she yawned. She glanced around the room, tilting her head, and then looked at Felicia.

"Hmm? Big Sister Felicia... where’s Big Sister Liana and Big Sister Gloria?"

Felicia’s palm glowed faintly with magic as she rubbed her thigh, the small red mark slowly fading. She glanced up at Gracelle.

"Don’t know."

She smiled.

"You know how our big sisters are. They’re always the first ones up. Always checking on everything, making sure everything is in order. They’re probably downstairs already, preparing breakfast, or fussing over something in the kitchen."

Gracelle nodded, her voice soft and drowsy.

"Oh..."

Felicia slipped off the bed and walked gracefully toward the long table nearby. She glanced down at the neat arrangements laid out there. Folded towels, one for each of them. Clothes already pressed and set out in tidy lines. Everything prepared in advance, the way Liana always did before anyone else woke.

She reached for her own towel and raised it to her shoulder.

"I’ll take the bath first."

She turned back toward them.

"You should all get up. Big Sister Liana has surely prepared breakfast for us by now. And knowing her, she’ll expect us to be at the table on time, properly dressed, and ready for the day."
