"Oh, I don’t seem to recall that. But fine, let’s just say I really did say it. Let’s just say you really were my girlfriend. Well, in that case, we’re broken up now. Are you happy with that result?"

Qi Chengliang said as he looked at Gu Shuxin, a wide smile on his face.

But she just had to keep pestering him—so relentlessly, so annoyingly.

When he turned back to face Qi Yunzhi, he was once again the same old happy-go-lucky, carefree Qi Chengliang.

"Yunzhi, are you satisfied now?"

Qi Chengliang said with a smile as he walked up to Qi Yunzhi.

"That’s more like it."

Qi Yunzhi had heard what Qi Chengliang said to Gu Shuxin. She had to admit, ’My brother was actually pretty cool just now!’

’Thank goodness her brother hadn’t been completely fooled by Gu Shuxin. Thank goodness he’d finally come to his senses.’

"Well, since I’m already here, I can’t just leave empty-handed! Let your big brother treat you and your friends to a meal!"

Qi Chengliang said, looking at Qi Yunzhi and the three friends beside her. The expression on his face was completely different from when he had been speaking with Gu Shuxin.
