Chapter 1113: Ch 1113: Toward Exploring the Chaotic Void
In the office of the Otrefiona Emperor, a very special meeting was taking place. In this meeting, the owner of the room was taking a secondary position and was very respectfully standing behind two ladies.
The ladies in question were The Arbiter and The Accessor, the leaders of two top ranking orginisations. As for why they were here, it was for quite a few reasons.
The Arbiter was here to see off a good friend and sister as she was leaving the universe for some time. At the same time she also had a few issues to report to Elena and discuss solutions for them with her.
As for the Accessor, she was here to participate in the meeting and also to tell Elena more about her own abilities so that she could plan properly before the real mission.
But after Elena had started to dote on her again, she had very comfortably sat herself down in her lap. She had completely forgotten how hostile she was toward this lady because of the risk that Elena inherently had for their goals.
But Elena just had way too much elder sisterly aura and the Accessor was unable to resist that at all. So she had very comfortably taken her destined little sister position before Elena.
Still, even when she was being doted on, the Accessor was doing her work perfectly. Whenever there was something that she needed to explain, she did so with very clear explanation that was easy to understand. Her being the leader of the Truth Guild, which was filled with knowledge seekers was perfectly justified.

All the troubles that the Arbiter was telling her about, they were something that Elena was capable of brute forcing. For example, there was one trapped powerhouse whose derivative concept gave him the power to be almost omnipresent in this universe. So it was extremely hard to lock him down.
But as Elena was actually omnipresent if she wanted to be, it was not a problem for her. There was also someone who was capable of staying still and be almost invulnerable in that state. And that was also something which Elena could take care of.
So Elena asked the Arbiter to not worry too much about these and just continue according to her original plans. Elena also told her that their was no need to worry about her safety.
After all the important conversations was over, the Arbiter patted Chisato on her back gently and gave her some encouragement. She also wanted this absolute genius to be successful in whatever she was trying to do.
The Arbiter was aware that Chisato was trying to learn a derivative concept that she was very much against. But still, the Arbiter was going to support her.
Actually, she was not really against someone trying to reach their full potential. What she hated was for the universe to suffer because of an individual’s greed.
Even after the incident with her best friend, she had actually supported other derivative concept users in the future. And just like before, those cases had also ended with the derivative concept users going rogue.
But in case of Chisato, she had some solid believe that if someone could be successful in mastering a derivative concept without going insane, it would definitely be Chisato.
Elena supporting her also gave the Arbiter some reassurance as Elena was someone who already had a derivative concept and she had already overcame this problem.
Still, both the Accessor and the Arbiter gave Chisato some items from their own collection which could come in handy even outside the universe.
Elena was actually surprised to see them as those items were actually useful and super valuable. It looked like the depths of the top orginisations were deeper than what she had speculated.

After the Arbiter and the Accessor went away, many of Chisato’s friends and well wishers came to see her off. Only the supremes were currently aware of this news so the number was still small but if this was a public knowledge, then the gathering would have been uncontrollable.
Chisato was one of if not the most famous supreme. So the amount of people who almost worshiped her was very very high. And that was why she was being so secretive.
Elena also had a lot of close people but she was still mostly unknown to the vast majority of people of this universe and many of her close friends were not capable of travelling from world to world easily.
So the people bidding her goodbye were the usual group. And almost all her friends never felt her absence mostly because Elena always kept in touch with them by utilising her clones and communicating with them. So her friends actually got to stay in touch with her quite frequently.

So after Chisato was done saying goodbye to everyone, Elena took her to the mini world for some last minute preparations. Nyxarae was already there waiting while everyone else was bidding their goodbyes.
She had no acquaintances let alone friends or family. So there was no one who would miss her in this universe. But Nyxarae did not really feel bad about this as this was the case for her from the very beginning.
The main focus of this journey was definitely Chisato but Elena also wanted to test out if just bringing Nyxarae out of the universe boundary would be enough to satisfy her desire for the greater will or not. In the void, she should be able to sense the greater Will of the omniverse.
So all in all, this journey was an important one. Elena had already talked with Oshi and a few of the Chaosborns. From them, she had gotten a detailed map and some information about secluded areas in the Chaos where she was free to test out anything she wanted freely.
In the mini world, Elena used several spells on both of the ladies in order to protect them from the void. She also told them some information about how the Chaos and the Void functioned so that they would not do something dangerous by mistake or driven by curiosity.
Both Chisato and Nyxarae listened to Elena seriously. They were intrigued with this new knowledge and soaked everything in.
Just like that, all the preparations were completed and now it was time for the ladies to start the exploration of the chaotic void beyond the universe.
