This city was created by a Chaosborn named Annavilla. This person was a genderless being born from a metal created by the chaotic void.
The chaotic void had several such places where extremely rare and valuable materials could be found. But only the truly powerful or a handful of decently powerful people being protected by someone truly powerful were able to mine and collect them.
That was one of the reason why Zeta’s ability was seen as a game changer. Not just for making ordinary people to travel from universe to universe but also for supplying a huge number of workers for a mine like this.
The Chaosborn who had created this city was born in one such chaos mine and was taken to an universe by a different Chaosborn who was unable of recognise it as a living being at that time.
But the person who had bought the stone from chaos for his research which was this being’s body had ended up discovering the fact that this miraculous stone that he had bought was actually a living being.
That man was researching to find a way to made a stronghold in the Chaotic Void so that he and the other weak researchers like him could live in the middle of the void safely and continue their research there.
With this goal in mind, he was researching all kinds of materials. Materials from the Chaos were not seen as a good option as they were too valuable and building a large structure with them would cost so much money that the man was even unable to imagine it.
He had actually spent all his life savings to buy the small stone from the void. But fortunately for him, this deal had turned out to be the greatest deal of his life.
This man then started to teach the ignorant stone creature about many things and this being also turned out to be quite smart. In just 3 years of time, it had became capable enough to assist the man with his research. The old researcher had also started to treat this being as a successor or an offspring.
But unfortunately, in his lifetime, this kind researcher man was unable to complete his research. He was from a long living race but because of several incidents in his past, his lifespan had decreased greatly. So he was unable to last for even a million year.
After his death, it was the stone being who decided to pick up from where the old researcher had left. After a few thousands of years, he had became very intelligent and capable.
And as a Chaosborn being, it was incredibly powerful and tough. Taking advance of this trait of his, he was able to do some dangerous research that the old man was unable to.
Just like that, after almost a million years, the Stone Chaosborn who had now named itself Annavilla, it sucessfully managed to find an alloy which was capable of surviving in the void and at the same time, could be produced from the materials from universes, without depending on the things found in the Chaos. And this city was the final result of that.

While telling her two companions about this story, Elena neared the gate of the city. A large golem like being was guarding the door. Seeing this golem, both Chisato and Nyxarae were very surprised. And the reason for their surprise was the strength of the golem.
With her intuition, Chisato felt that even if she attacked it with all her might, she would not be able to damage this golem even a little bit. So this thing was definitely stronger than the Chaos Beast that she had defeated on the way. And if Chisato could not defeat it, then the current avatar of Nyxarae had no chance against it.
But what was more surprising to her was the fact that this super strong golem was not unique at all. This city has four gates on four sides and all of those gates had this same golem doing the work of a guard.
As Elena came closer, the golem looked at her with intelligent eyes. Even though it was just a humanoid made from metal and it’s eyes were just glowing orbs of red light, the intelligence in those glowing orbs like eyes was very clear.
After seeing Elena, the golem asked her for identification with a clear voice. It was a deep male voice which actually suited the armour like being quite well.
Elena took out a card and handed it to the golem. Elena did not bother to protect this card with with her barrier but even then it was not effected by the void at all.
After checking the information on it, the golem became very respectful. Previously, it was treating Elena as an equal. But now, from the way it was treating Elena, it was clear that this golemwas putting itself a tier below her.
Actually, this golem was a part of Annavilla, the Chaos Mechanic. So previously, as it was thinking of Elena as an unfamiliar Chaosborn, obviously she was treated as an equal.
But then, from the identification that was given by Elena, this beautiful lady actually turned out to be a True Chaos being, who definitely were on a higher level in terms of hierarchy. And that was the reason why the armoured golem had suddenly became so respectful.
After handing Elena the card, which Oshi herself had made for her younger sister, the golem pushed the door and it slowly opened. The area just behind the gate was covered by a barrier, so the void was unable to effect it. This city was truly very well built.

After entering the city, all the ladies found themselves in front of a bustling city. It was not different from a prosperous city located in a prosperous world. And a decent amount of people in this city were actually quite weak.
So if the sky of the city was not the familiar void, it would have been hard to imagine that they currently were in such a dangerous place. The atmosphere of this city was completely different.
While Golden Elena, Chisato and Nyxarae were looking at everything which were suppose to be mundane with wonder, Elena had started to talk with another golem like being.
This golem was smaller in size than the gate guard and was even shorter than Elena in height. It was also not very powerful in terms of combat but Elena was able to sense that this golem was specialised in computational power and calculations.
It was also a part of Annavilla and it was currently asking Elena about her reason for coming here. And the answer that it got was travelling, which was very baffling to the golem.
Most of the time, the powerful Chaosborns and True Chaos beings came here with the intention of exploring a nearby special region in the void or to buy a special material called "Lumar" which was useful in the creation of powerful weapons and this material could only be found in this city.
As for travelling, it was definitely bizzare for anyone to causally travel in the super dangerous void. But as this golem was aware of True Chaos beings having extraordinary powers, it soon managed to adopt to Elena’s mindset and offered to bring her to a place for her and her companions to stay.
