Chapter 1187: Ch 1187: Discussion with the Demon Empress of Sin

Lilith was the brain of the Helius mega world. So with her exceptional intelligence, she had noticed a long time ago that foreign influences were trying to bring forth this era of Chaos.

She was really hoping for a mysterious outsider to be here in her Helius mega world too and for them to reach the rank of 11, boosting the overall power of the demons.

And even if that was not possible, she was at least hoping for either Rah or the newly ascended goddess die in their battle. Obviously the best result would have been for both sides to kill each other but even the Empress of Sin was not that greedy and optimistic.

But the actual result was terrible. The worse that could happen. None from the side of the gods had died and even the lowkey Moon Goddess had revealed herself to be an absolute powerhouse.

But the worse outcome was definitely the massive change that happened to Rah. From being an easy to manipulate and extremely troublesome arrogant bastard, he had suddenly became a model god after getting a treatment from Selene.

This whole treatment was extremely fishy and Lilith was sure that there was something wrong with it. But the result of this was as clear as day and the dazzling sun representing it.

So, in the current situation, the world of the demons were not in a very good position. Now Nadier definitely had two supremes and Celeste had three. So Helius was definitely not the strongest world anymore.

Because of this reason, Lilith was sure what was coming soon. This super powerhouse from outside of her universe, she was definitely going to demand something crazy from the demons.

But the main problem was the fact that, whatever demand she had, Lilith could only nod her head and agree to it. She was in no position to negotiate or reject anything, as long as she was still thinking about the world.

With all these thoughts in her mind, Lilith became serious. She was the empress of sin so all seven of the sins were represented by her.

But before of the stress she was feeling for the last few years, she had started to indulge in her sin of lust way more than any other and her being super busy was disturbing her sin of sloth.

So, even for her personal comfort, Lilith wanted the situation to improve. And for that to happen, she was actually ready to make some sacrifices.

But all this determination of Lilith was wasted because of what Chisato said next. When Lilith was anticipating an unreasonable demand, what she got instead was unconditional kindness.

Chisato told her about the meeting they had also how everyone trusted Lilith to know the truth. Chisato also explained how she and everyone else was willing to help her as much as they could in strengthening the demons. And they were going to do all this without charging anyone anything.

Lilith was dumbfounded after hearing all this and her mind had actually frozen in shock. But as a supreme demoness, there was no way she could stay like this. So she came back to her senses immediately and then with a very dumbfounded and suspicious look on her face, she asked Chisato if she was kidding or not.

Chisato was not offended with this suspicious tone of voice. This was only to be expected. Actually she would have been disappointed in Lilith if she was not suspicious of a super generous offer like this.

That was why, Chisato took her time in making Lilith to understand that even though they were outsiders, they had no ill intentions toward this universe or the mega world of Helius. The only reason why they were here was to help the universe and to get rid of the stagnation if was suffering from.

After explaining all of this to Lilith, she finally fully understood the situation. And after the understanding, she did feel a bit of regret.

She was one of key players who was responsible for maintaining the stagnation. Even if she had not thought how this was extremely problematic for the universe, she could not deny her wrongdoings.

This was a very surprising thing. For a demon and a supreme demon at that to feel regret, this was rare without any doubt. So in this situation, Lilith gave Chisato a bow and thanked her for everything that she had done to help this universe. At the same time, Lilith also decided to fully cooperate with the outsiders for the time being.

As for the other supreme, as Lilith was the brain of the duo, there was very little doubt that he would also agree to this.
