Fenric exhaled softly and smiled.

"Just a warm-up."

He wasn’t doing this to play the hero—just to confirm the system’s response.

As he turned to leave, something tugged lightly on his sleeve.

He looked down and saw the same high school girl, trembling but alive, staring up at him with wide eyes.

"Onii-chan... thank you for saving me."

She bowed deeply, voice soft and sincere. When she looked up again and truly saw his face—sharp features, calm confidence—her cheeks flushed pink. Her heart skipped.

Strong. Handsome. Gentle.

He was like the prince from her daydreams.

And he had just saved her life.
