Chapter 1342: Chapter 1342: Tell Me, Where Is She?

"Besides me, who else has the ability to take her away under such security conditions tonight?" There was not the slightest reflection on his actions, and his tone even seemed somewhat proud.

Manuel Ink felt the nerves in his forehead twitch, giving him a severe headache.

However, he wasn’t surprised by the answer from the Old Master.

Other than Old Master Ink, he couldn’t think of a second person with the ability and motive to take Summer Sutton away.

In fact, Watt Bennet didn’t invite Old Master Ink to the wedding this time, only inviting Manuel Ink as the representative of the Ink Family.

The Old Master came only because he insisted on it.

On the way to Bali Island, Watt was quite puzzled by the purpose of Old Master Ink’s trip, but after tonight’s events, he understood the Old Master’s motive.

Wasn’t he here for Summer Sutton?

From the moment he decided to come to Bali Island, he never intended for this wedding to go smoothly!

Although Manuel Ink could guess the Old Master’s motive for coming, he had no idea where Summer Sutton might be hidden in a place as remote as Bali Island.

Nor did he know if she had been taken off Bali Island by the Old Master’s people.

Rubbing his aching forehead with his fingertips, he looked at the Old Master again and asked bluntly, "Where is she?"

"I’m not telling you." Old Master Ink snorted, tossed the quilt aside, and got into bed. "It’s late, past twelve, don’t bother, get some sleep!"

Regardless of Manuel Ink still being there, the Old Master fumbled for the bedside lamp switch, turned off all the lights in the room with a click.

He obviously had no intention of engaging further with Manuel Ink and certainly wasn’t going to reveal Summer Sutton’s whereabouts.

Manuel Ink knew his temperament well; as long as he didn’t want to talk, no matter how long he stayed, it was impossible to obtain Summer Sutton’s whereabouts. He could only try to find her on his own.

"I’ll find her." Without lingering in the room, Manuel Ink opened the door and walked out.

Because of Summer Sutton’s disappearance, all the security and staff at the resort were very busy that night.

It was already past midnight, the garden fully lit up, with many people searching back and forth.

As Manuel Ink was returning to his room to rest, Watt happened to walk outside his villa.

Raising his face, Watt’s gaze lingered on him for a long time, as if pondering something.

Manuel Ink actually knew what he was contemplating.

Was he suspecting him?

In fact, Manuel Ink had sent Summer Sutton back to Watt’s side many times before, so Watt wasn’t very suspicious of him, but he was uneasy about Old Master Ink.

After standing outside the villa for a while, he eventually walked in.

As he entered the living room, Manuel Ink happened to come out of the room, standing at the top of the spiral staircase.

"Summer has disappeared, I won’t overlook any corner of the resort." As the two men locked eyes, Watt didn’t explain much, tossed him a sentence, and started searching the villa.

"As you wish." Manuel Ink did not interfere, stepping aside to clear the stairs.

Watt had brought quite a few people, about a dozen.

In the middle of the night, with over a dozen people searching a small villa, the commotion was somewhat loud.

It seemed Old Master Ink heard the noise, opened the room door, walked out, stood at the top of the stairs, looked down at the bustling crowd with a faintly sarcastic glance, "Oh, such a big scene, do you think this is a public street?"
