41- All against one

After all those days of training, after everything they had been through, this was the day they would finally reap the fruits of their efforts.

Each of the elemental users stood in position, their auras rising around them as they faced Dark, who had taken control of Noel’s body.

The sinister smile never left his face.

Massive ice spikes shot toward him.

Dark dodged some of them and shattered the others, but Mark appeared from behind one of the spikes and landed a powerful punch, forcing the air around Dark to surge outward.

Dark responded with a much stronger punch, but the others gave him no chance to retaliate.

Dill lunged at him and began throwing a series of attacks.

Dark dodged every one of them, but Dill unleashed a powerful gust of wind that pushed him backward.

Zaki seized the opportunity and grabbed him, while Sif lunged toward him and stabbed him with a massive blade of water.

Dark’s gravitational aura exploded outward, sending everyone flying away.

Then the energy wrapped around his body and healed his wounds.

“More... Show me more of your power!!”

Bahaa appeared behind him through a dark portal.

“Don’t regret that arrogance later.”

Bahaa kicked him with tremendous force, sending Dark several meters backward before the plants wrapping around his legs stopped him.

In the next moment, a powerful tornado formed around him.

Thousands of concentrated droplets of water and grains of sand began spinning inside it at tremendous speed.

Water and sand shards tore into Dark’s body from every direction while the wind compressed him from all sides.

“Wail!! I think we’ve got him! Now you can—”

Dark’s aura exploded.

The tornado vanished instantly, along with everything surrounding him.

The plants restraining his movements withered away.

Dark slowly raised his head.

“Are you finally done playing around?”

Dark portals opened in front of the elemental users.

Then Dark began attacking them one after another.

He struck Dill in the stomach, causing him to cough up blood before collapsing to the ground.

Then Dark extended his hand toward Zino.

Zino was preparing to attack him with his sand when he suddenly froze in place under the force of gravity.

The sand surrounding him turned against him and surged toward his body, leaving severe wounds across him.

Zaki became enraged and lunged at Dark but he raised his arm...

A gravitational aura wrapped around Zaki, completely restricting his movements.

“Now’s your chance!!”

Sif was standing behind Dark, his massive water blade raised and ready to strike.

But Dark turned their plan against them.

He lifted Zaki with gravity and hurled him toward Sif.

The two crashed to the ground together.

Dark laughed, then turned around.

“Half of you are down already...”

This time, Adam charged forward.

Crimson electricity ignited around his body as he engaged Dark directly.

His attacks were faster and more powerful than those of the others.

“I see you’re stronger than all of them combined.”

“I don’t want your praise.”

Adam struck him with a powerful bolt of lightning, but suddenly, his body was pulled back toward him.

Dark caught him by the neck.

“Even so... it’s still not enough.”

He slammed Adam into the ground.

Blood came from Adam’s mouth.

Dark’s eyes suddenly widened.

He extended his arm to the side.

Powerful sound waves tore through it, shattering his arm and severely injuring him.

Dark staggered backward, gasping for breath, blood flowing from his ears.

“I can’t hear anything anymore... This is your chance to take me down?”

Noah emerged from the dust, concentrated sound waves swirling around his arms.

But dark arms emerged from the ground and wrapped around his body before piercing his limbs.

Noah screamed in pain.

Dark appeared in front of him.

“What’s this? I could still hear your scream despite what you did to my ears.”

He punched Noah with tremendous force, sending him to the ground unconscious.

Dark had spread a field of energy around himself.

He could sense anything that entered that field.

That was how he had detected Noah the moment he entered and captured him immediately.

Dark turned toward the remaining fighters.

His smile gradually disappeared.

“You two are the only ones left who can face me... Come on, then.”

Bahaa was gathering what remained of his energy, trying to recover the strength that had been weakened by the Void Chains.

He opened his eyes.

“That’s enough... Now!!”

He and Amin charged at the same time.

Bahaa opened a dark portal in front of himself and disappeared into it, while Amin charged directly toward Dark, flames blazing around his fists.

Bahaa emerged from another direction and fired a dark beam toward Dark.

Dark was forced to block the beam with his arm.

At that exact moment, Amin arrived and landed a flaming punch.

Dark staggered several meters backward, but quickly charged toward them.

Amin intercepted his attack, and the two exchanged several rapid blows while Bahaa fired his beams from different angles, forcing Dark to constantly change direction.

Amin seized an opening and unleashed a wave of flames that launched Dark into the air.

Bahaa appeared directly above him and struck his chest with a powerful dark attack.

Dark barely managed to block it.

But he failed to notice Amin appearing behind him.

Amin kicked him with tremendous force, sending him toward the ground.

Before he could hit it, Dark stopped his fall with gravity.

The two gave him no chance to recover and attacked again.

During the exchange, Amin unleashed flames that engulfed Dark’s body while Bahaa fired a massive dark beam at him.

Suddenly, both of them stopped moving.

A dark-blue aura wrapped around their bodies.

Dark had immobilized them with gravity.

He appeared in front of them and looked at Bahaa for a few moments.

“You’ve become nothing but trash without me... Haven’t you realized that yet?”

He began choking them with immense force.

A reddish-orange aura intensified around Amin.

His eyes began glowing with the same color.

Suddenly...

Dark turned to the side and tried to defend himself.

A massive beam of light pierced through him and sent him flying hundreds of meters away.

Bahaa fell to the ground, gasping heavily.

The aura around Amin faded as he looked toward the source of the beam.

Elyes was standing there with difficulty.

It seemed that he had recovered part of his energy.

He gave a faint smile.

“I can help... My energy is starting to return.”

“Good... Fire another beam.”

Elyes concentrated energy in his arms and fired another beam.

Amin ran alongside it.

When the beam struck Dark, Amin jumped and flames wrapped around his fist.

He charged directly through the beam toward Dark.

The beam burned both of them, but Amin endured the pain and unleashed all his flames against Dark.

He retreated afterward, no longer able to fight with the same efficiency because of the burns and injuries he had suffered.

Dark emerged from the center of the energy, his body covered in burns and blood.

He was furious.

“Despite how weak you are... your numbers are truly annoying.”

Elyes looked at Dark with concern.

“Damn it... What can we do to stop him?”

“We keep fighting...”

Amin looked at his arms, smoke rising from them.

“I’ve overused my flames... We need to hurry.”

Then he looked toward Wail, who was standing behind them alongside Raouf and Mark.

“Wail... Stop watching the fight and help us.”

“I thought the Golden Symbol of Yassin in my hand might help... but Dark’s movements need to be restricted.”

“Alright...”

Amin charged toward Dark again, followed by Elyes and Raouf.

Bahaa remained where he was, watching them.

He bit his lip in frustration.

Suddenly, his eyes widened when Mark placed a hand on his shoulder.

“Bahaa... You fought with everything you had before any of us. We’re just finishing what you, Elyes, and Wail started.”

Bahaa removed Mark’s hand from his shoulder and stood up.

“Spare me this nonsense... Let’s finish the fight first.”

Mark smiled.

“You got it... I have a plan.”
