Chapter 957: Woman In White
The human soul was Max who had just regained consciousness. However, because he didn’t have a physical body and his soul wasn’t strong enough to allow Soul Vision, he couldn’t see anything around him, and thus remained blissfully unaware of the danger he was in.

Moreover, many from their group didn’t want to help him either. Their race’s dire situation was the result of their ancestors trying to help humans after all.
The Red-Scaled Rhino Elder saw this and despite feeling the instinctive compulsion to act, he didn’t move.
Just when the spike limb of the Keatonian was about to capture Max’s soul and other groups were feeling disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to reach him in time as the Keatonians were closest to him...

A slender figure suddenly appeared before him and slapped the spiked limb, causing it to splinter and explode.

On the universal scale, save for the Ancestral Armaments that could destroy multiple galaxies when activated, the Holy Armaments were the strongest weapons and only the top races had one.
In fact, any race that had a Holy Armament would become a powerful race, able to rank in top thousands.
How could a race, ranking at the bottom of Million-Races rankings, have a Holy Armament? And since it had one, why was it not ranked in the top thousands?
Suddenly, she paused.
’...It’s because of Infernal Devils.’ she realized and it filled her with a newfound awe for the infernal devils.
Just how strong a power had to be to make a race, capable of entering top thousands, bottom feeder and so scared that it wouldn’t dare to reveal its whereabouts? She could only imagine because her Keatonian race wasn’t even ranked in the top thousands.
As these thoughts raced in her mind, the human woman swept her gaze across everyone and softly said, "Anyone who isn’t afraid of death can come forward. I promise to send you to the afterlife."
No one responded.
While each person leading their groups was powerful enough to make an entire Star System Tremble, she held a Holy Artifact. Not to mention them, even those way stronger than them wouldn’t want to clash with her.
"No one?" she asked, a small smile appearing on her lips. Then she glanced at a group, eyed their leader and gently asked, "Have you informed the Infernal Palace?"
This group was from Poison Winged Ant Race. The Infernal Palace dominated the region they lived in, so they were naturally subservient to them. For this reason, if anyone were to inform Infernal Palace about her appearance, it would be this group.
The Elder of Poison Winged Ant Race stiffened and stuttered, "I-I..."

She grabbed Max’s soul and threw it into the gap. As it disappeared, the barrier rumbled and the gap instantly closed. At the same time, an energy fluctuation was emitted that zoomed toward the woman.
"How troublesome!" the woman let out a soft groan. She didn’t move because evading it was impossible. Taking a breath, she slashed three times and neutralized the energy fluctuation.
Just as she finished, the void rippled nearby and eighteen figures, all cloaked in dark fire, appeared.
