Super Tycoon: I Beg You, Stop Pulling Stunts

Chapter 592: Hello, I’m Lin Chu

  • Next Chapter

The car slowly pulled onto Rashid’s property. A majestic little lioness with golden fur trotted out to greet them, docile and affectionate, with her handler following behind.

Rashid got out of the car, accepting a “hug” from her.

Lin Chu: ‘…Thanks, but no thanks. Stay away from me.’

Lin Chu still couldn’t quite understand this hobby of keeping big cats.

“Relax, she’s always been very docile…”

Rashid noticed Lin Chu’s wariness and said with a shrug and a smile.

“You should be the one telling *her* to relax. I’m worried I won’t be able to hold back and might kill her. I’m terrifyingly strong right now.”

Lin Chu joked nonchalantly.

His Savage Physique training was something he planned to continue this year. While there was no real need to fight a wild beast—that was something for Sparta’s slaves—bragging a little in front of a friend was perfectly fine.

Rashid was left somewhat speechless, but he couldn’t help but shake his head and chuckle.

“Come on, she’s already here. I’m a bit curious what your chat will be like. Mind if I listen in?”

Rashid was quite curious about tonight’s “main event,” feeling a bit like he was about to watch a play unfold.

“Suit yourself… I don’t mind. I’m just making an ordinary friend.”

Lin Chu replied with a smile.

He played his part perfectly.

“Oho, we’ll see if you’re still saying that in a little while.”

Rashid clearly didn’t believe him. He slung an arm over Lin Chu’s shoulders and led him inside, heading straight for the second floor.

He’d been to the house before, so he was familiar with the layout.

After politely greeting Rashid’s wife, he was quickly led to the study.

Rashid patted him on the shoulder, then turned and left.

Pushing open the door to the study, Lin Chu saw a young woman in a long black dress at the computer, engrossed in a video game—it was none other than the recently popular *Black Myth: Wukong*.

Er.

He glanced over and couldn’t help but suppress a smile.

‘He was the one who’d recommended this game to Rashid.’

‘A successful piece of cultural exportation, one could say.’

Hearing the door, the girl, who had been engrossed in her game, glanced back. She quickly paused it and stood up, looking slightly flustered.

She definitely had Chinese ancestry, but she also possessed the high-bridged nose and deep-set eyes characteristic of a Middle Eastern beauty. She had long, black hair and skin so fair it seemed to glow, giving her an air reminiscent of an ethnic minority.

Since she was “at home,” she wasn’t wearing a headscarf.

She was, without a doubt, gorgeous.

Quite alluring, and her aura was very elegant.

‘Still, beautiful women are hardly a rarity in my eyes,’ Lin Chu thought. ‘Right now, I just want to get this “blind date” over with and go home to lift some weights.’

He watched her with an impassive expression, though his face wore a perfectly polite smile as he casually shut the door.

“Hello, I’m Lin Chu.”

At his simple self-introduction, Lin Chu saw the young woman’s face turn visibly red. She seemed completely flustered, her shimmering eyes filled with bashfulness.

‘Hm?’

‘Well… that’s a surprise.’

‘Okay, I know I’m handsome, but surely not *this* handsome. Maybe exotic beauties just have different standards?’

‘In all my time picking up women, I’ve never met one who seemed ready to fall for me after a simple introduction.’

‘The ones won over by my ‘superpower’ of money don’t count, of course.’

‘As a “little princess” of a royal family, this one in front of me—even from a collateral branch—is definitely not short on cash.’

‘Even when Dongnya approached me on Changbai Mountain, there was a process. The first time we met, the stars in her eyes weren’t nearly this bright.’

‘To be fair, the feeling is pretty nice.’

‘Heh.’

‘A man’s eternal weakness.’

The blushing, shy little princess seemed to snap out of it after a few seconds of awkwardness. She took a deep breath, and her already generous curves became all the more stunning.

Lin Chu couldn’t help but inwardly scoff, ‘So much for her being a straight-A student, huh?’

‘She seems more like a beautiful ditz.’

“Hm?”

“Are you all right?”

Lin Chu asked casually with a smile.

“N-Nothing’s wrong… My name is Misha. It’s very nice to meet you. Would you like something to drink? Coffee? Tea?”

She finally seemed to snap out of her daze, speaking in a rush as if to cover up her embarrassment, but even her voice trembled faintly. Her Mandarin, however, was quite standard.

Lin Chu was at a loss for words.

‘Seriously?’

‘Is it really necessary to be this…’

‘…worked up?’

‘I’m not some pop idol…’

‘The way she’s acting, she really does seem like a rabid fan.’

“Whatever’s fine.”

She poured him a cup of tea. Lin Chu sat down in a nearby chair and watched her with a composed expression. Her face was still bright red.

‘Honestly, this is pretty over-the-top.’

‘For a royal princess, she seems awfully sheltered. Of course, it could also be… true love.’

‘But… why?’

Misha sat across the table, staring intently at Lin Chu. He once again got the feeling that… she was a little obsessed.

‘The feeling was a bit unnerving.’

‘It’s pretty scary.’

‘A woman you’ve never met before suddenly acting this way toward you.’

“Are you going to stay silent this whole time? I heard you’re a mathematician. Is this a common hobby for mathematicians, this… uniqueness?”

Lin Chu started a new topic, his tone faintly teasing.

“I… I wasn’t.”

“I’m just so happy, I don’t even know what to say. I’m just really happy to see you…”

Her excitement was impossible to hide.

“Am I some kind of celebrity?”

Lin Chu took a sip of tea and asked with a helpless sigh.
