Chapter 1230: Theory

The maturation of the seed of the " Ice Law of the Two Worlds" was the most significant result of Nemo and the others’ successful conquest of the Ice Cave.

Until that moment, neither Idan, Arabel, nor anyone else knew how to dispose of the unripe seeds of law obtained from the hearts of the four Anomalies.

Everyone realized that the Trees and the Will of the Earth must have some reason why they gave the Kingdom unripe seeds, because soon a lot of ripe seeds appeared on the Trees.

"The Law of two worlds?" came Lucinda’s incredulous voice.

Miliсa, Sierra, and Geminia thought about this incredible news in silence.

They already knew that the Earth was unique in its own way. They also knew that Junonia, a high—level world, has a strange connection with Earth, a world that has just begun to master its laws and is at the very beginning of the middle stage of its growth.

Idan and Arabel patiently waited for the reaction of the elders, seeking their opinion.

As well as Milena, Hailey, Nemo and Lina, who had not yet touched the laws and did not realize the full extent of what had happened.

So Ilveina was the first to ask, "Where did you get the Ice Tree that you just called the Ice Elemental Tree? And do you know what it is?"

Idan and Arabel remembered the System’s description of the seed from which this tree grew:

[The seed of the ice elemental is a tiny grain of ice, harboring a spark of life. If you plant it in a ground rich in ice energy and provide it with careful care, then there is a high probability that an ice elemental will be born from the grown tree.]

Seeing her waiting, Arabel replied:

"We received the seed of this tree as a gift from the wife of the cook who cooked at our wedding. All we know is that when the tree grows, it can produce an Elemental in the future."

"A gift from the cook’s wife?" asked Ilveina in disbelief, and the others remembered the mysterious guests who had come to Idan and Arabel’s wedding and connected them to the Mysterious Store.

Sierra, meanwhile, looked around the room.

"Let me say right away that the Kingdom’s acquisition of the ’Ice Law of the Two Worlds’ is an amazing event. Perhaps this was made possible by the mysterious and as yet unexplained connection between Junonia and your world."

Milica and Lucinda agreed with this statement.

"Or else..." Sierra paused and looked at Idan and Arabel. "All of this is made possible by the power that stands behind you."

Instead of denying it, Idan and Arabel smiled awkwardly.

It was enough for Geminia, Sierra, Milica, and Lucinda to realize that this was most likely the case.

Knowing that the couple always evasively answers questions about the origin of this power, none of them insisted on the truth. They understood that everyone has their own secrets and secrets, and some of them can be dangerous by the very fact of their existence.

"It’s one thing to get the rudiments of law, but another thing is what exactly will it give the Kingdom?" Sierra continued.

Everyone had a lot of assumptions about this, but given the uniqueness of the situation, no one wanted to jump to conclusions.

This was not a complete law of the two worlds, but only a rudimentary one.

"Let’s better discuss how to deal with the remaining unripe seeds of the law," she suggested, reminding the others about them.

"The seed of the ice Law has matured after it resonated with the Ice Law of the Ice Caves," Idan repeated.

"That’s something to think about," Sierra said.

Lucinda considered Sierra’s words and asked a question:

"Doesn’t this mean that in order for other seeds of the law to mature, it is necessary that they resonate with the relevant laws of other Forbidden Zones? And for that, Nemo needs to conquer them?"

"It seems quite likely," Sierra agreed.

But then Milica asked another question.:

"Is it really necessary to conquer all these Forbidden Zones for resonance?"

Everyone turned to look at her.

"It seems to me that it’s not so much about the Forbidden Zones and conquests themselves, but rather about the connection of the Kingdom."

After saying that, Milica looked at Nemo.

"Nemo is connected to Idan and, because of this, has a connection to the Kingdom."

"You mean..." Sierra guessed.

"Yes, thanks to Nemo, the Kingdom resonated with the Ice Law of the Ice Caves after the Ice Caves became Nemo’s territory," Milica nodded.

If Milica is right, then not only Nemo could have done it, but everyone connected to the Kingdom, including them, the Guardians. And then Sierra had a new hunch.

"You’re planning to return to Junonia soon, aren’t you?" she asked Milica.

Milica grinned and nodded.

Sierra, realizing that their thoughts coincided, smiled and said:

"That’s when we’ll test this whole theory."

"Yeah. If it doesn’t work out, Nemo will be able to conquer another Forbidden Zone and try to repeat," Milica agreed.

The others silently watched their conversation without interfering.

Arabel, frowning, turned to her husband, saw his smile, and asked:

"Do you understand what they’re talking about?"

Idan hugged her back and put his hand on her stomach.

"After Master returns to Junonia, Limbo’s restrictions will disappear, and she will not only regain her connection to the Bloodline Domain, but also to her Law."

Arabel’s eyes widened in realization.

"So the Kingdom may soon have a second rudimentary law, the Lightning Law."

After a short discussion on this issue, the meeting came to an end.

Geminia and Ilveina were the first to leave.

The others followed them. The group that returned from the Ice Caves felt tired and wanted to eat, take a bath and rest properly.

In the end, only Idan and Arabel were left in the living room.

Idan gently stroked Arabel’s stomach and asked:

"Is it soon?"

Arabel nodded and replied:

"A little more than ten days. And if I use the time room, then one or two days."

"Tomorrow, then?" asked Idan, his voice trembling slightly with excitement.

Arabel watched his reaction with a smile.

She was excited and a little scared herself.

From what she knew, childbirth is a very painful process.

They spent some more time together before Arabel returned to the time room to make her final dash. Idan, in turn, started training again, trying to drown out his anxiety.

Less than a day later, Arabel went into labor at night.
