Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!
Chapter 1315: Masters and Disciples.
The place where the meeting of the elves from the Seven Kingdoms took place was a magnificent structure made in the form of a round pavilion made of white stone.
Slender columns rose along its perimeter, decorated with living branches with silvery leaves that intertwined with each other. These columns served as a support for the openwork arches, between which a transparent coating shimmered, allowing you to see the vast crown of the Magic Tree, whose soft multicolored reflections painted the smooth floor.
Wide passages between the columns were open, connecting the pavilion with the surrounding garden. Along the outer edge were tables with treats, armchairs, and curved benches separated by flowering plants.
Before the arrival of Milica and her group, the hosts of the Kingdom of the Magic Tree and guests from six other elven kingdoms gathered in small groups, having conversations and slowly moving from one interlocutor to another.
"She’s here..." a voice sounded, and everyone present turned their gazes towards the archway, from where a group was approaching, led by an elf whom everyone recognized.
It was Milica Celestria, an elf of the seventh rank, because of whom the meeting was organized today.
But then everyone’s attention was attracted by the young elf who was following Milica.
She was tall, graceful, and sophisticated. Her skin had a delicate pearly hue. Her long, thick hair, silky as silk, shone with the color of young foliage: from delicate green at the roots to deep emerald at the tips.
The green eyes of the elf, with thin veins of gold in the irises, created the impression of a living forest.
And most notably, her ears were noticeably longer than those of all the other elves gathered here.
The more powerful elves of the seventh and eighth ranks sensed the purity of her bloodline and her affinity with the element of wood. At that moment, this young elf became the one they wanted in their eyes.
Idan and Arabel stood out from the rest in that they wore unusual clothes for elves — unusual black, but most importantly, both were representatives of the human race. And what is even more remarkable, both were only Platinum rank.
The presence of humans in the heart of the Elf Kingdom caused discontent among the majority of the gathered elves. Even representatives from other kingdoms expressed their disapproval.
In the eyes of the elves, humans were unworthy of being here. After all, the people of Junonia were not originally inhabitants of the World of Magic and did not possess mana.
The fact that they were trying to gain mana and affinity, despite their recent successes, did not make them worthy.
An elf with exceptional attractiveness and long blond hair came out to meet the group. The elves present, including representatives of other kingdoms, recognized one of the Guardians of the Magic Tree.
Milica approached this elf and, bowing respectfully in front of him, said:
"Master."
The elf nodded at her with a satisfied smile and said:
"Raise your head, Mili."
"Mili?" — Idan and Arabel exchanged glances, the first time they had ever heard someone address Miliсa like that.
Miliсa looked up, and her gaze was devoid of any expression, but Idan and Arabel, who were standing behind her, noticed how her long ears were covered with blush.
Then his gaze settled on Eulalia.
"Greetings, Grand Master," she said respectfully, bowing her head.
"Little Eva," — the elf smiled, which made Eulalia even more embarrassed. Previously, only Milica called her that, and now he does. And Eulalia couldn’t object to a Rank 8 being, the real Guardian of the Magic Tree.
"And these..." after Milica and Eulalia, the elf finally turned his attention to Idan and Arabel.
They looked at him curiously, but without fear or excitement.
For Idan and Arabel, he was not the first Rank 8 creature they had met.
"Master Severin," Milica said, "let me introduce you to the two students I told you about."
Severin blinked in surprise.
Milica pointed at Arabel.
"This is my third disciple, Arabel Fein," she said.
Arabel bowed her head respectfully to Severin.
Milica then pointed at Idan.
"And this is my fourth student, Idan Fein. He is also Arabel’s husband."
"A married couple, huh?" — Severin grinned, but glancing at Milica, he added, "You didn’t mention that they’re human."
Milica looked at him in disbelief and bowed her head.
"How come I didn’t mention it?" she asked. "Master, it seems that age is taking its toll, and you have begun to forget the details. I distinctly remember telling you about it."
Severin’s right eye twitched involuntarily.
"You didn’t mention it!" — He exclaimed in his mind. Seeing the faint smile on his disciple’s lips, he smiled. "She hasn’t changed..."
Everyone presents saw their interaction.
Most expressed disappointment when they realized that the elf who had attracted their attention was already a disciple of Milica Celestria, who was backed by one of the Guardians of the Magic Tree.
Some of the people present snorted disdainfully, expressing their indignation that she dared to take on members of the human race as her disciples.
But not everyone shared such thoughts. Some wondered, "What motivated her to choose members of the human race as her disciples?"
"There must be something special about these two."
Some of those who held this opinion were the elves of the eighth rank.
After meeting with his student, Severin returned and joined the conversation with the other eighth-rank elves.
With his departure, two groups emerged from the crowd. One of them was led by a beautiful elf with long sea—green hair and lapis lazuli eyes, and the other by a young elf with hair the color of scarlet flames and eyes burning like coals.
Although this elf had scarlet hair, his skin was fair, which made him different from the Elves of the Eternal Flame.
They were followed by three young elves each.
Approaching Milica, they smiled warmly and addressed her.
"Greetings to the Senior."
"Lavena, Renar," Milica greeted them and fixed her gaze on one of the elves standing behind Lavena.
"Weira..." said Milica.
The elf responded to Milica’s gaze with a complicated expression and bowed:
"Greetings to the Senior."
Milica nodded and turned to Lavena.:
"Thank you, junior, for taking her under your wing."
"Don’t mention it, Senior. You would have done it for me too," Lavena replied with a smile.
Meanwhile, behind Milica’s back, Arabel asked Eulalia:
"Who is this Weira?"
Eulalia turned her gaze to the elf and replied:
"This is a disciple that Master personally chose, but didn’t have time to train before she ended up in Limbo."
