"What is that?" Lansendel didn’t even have time to greet Celene happily before all his attention was drawn to the pool entrapped by Rose.

"The Pool of Life! The place where Asmodeus was born... Are you playing dumb?" Celene answered nonchalantly.

"I know, I do know.

But that thing, can it really be trapped by Rose?" Lansendel said with great seriousness, "When did Rose become comparable to the great AO?"

Celene, who was closely watching Rose’s actions, couldn’t help but glance at him... Lansendel, this scoundrel, even started calling the old guy ’great’ just to connect that spider Rose, whom she’s cursed as a ’sewer maggot’, to AO!

However, Celene had no interest in speaking for the old man on such matters... Even though she doesn’t like to think much, she knows what kind of reputation her old man has.

Being cursed a couple of times, so what?

After all, the cheap old man has already gained.

She just leisurely said, "The old man mentioned before that the Pool of Life is not very willing to be controlled on this top layer."

"So... does that mean the pool has finally matured?" Lansendel raised an eyebrow in surprise, "So, he knows the real target of Asmodeus charging up Heavenly Mountain is him, no, the water in his pool?

Though that thing’s life energy is intense, is it worth a Lord of Hell taking such a big risk?

Replacements, although expensive, aren’t unavailable."

"Don’t tell me you really think a Battle Angel can be made with just the Life Spring Water?" Celene sneered, "Even those ordinary angels in the Divine Kingdom, when created, need a Divine Power Crystallization!

God of Order dares to say it, who would believe it?"

Lansendel’s eyes flashed slightly: "Heh~ I generally don’t dismiss others’ words before the truth comes out."

Celene looked at him twice: "So the Lord of Dawn doesn’t need to maintain purity and sincerity!

Why is the requirement for light less than that for nature in this aspect?"

"Are you asking me?" Lansendel was extremely astonished, "Aren’t you yourself Primordial Light?"

"Ah... I forgot." Celene confidently said, "I’ve always considered myself the moon."

Damn BS!

Perhaps because after turning into a bird, his control has declined a bit; Lansendel’s feathered face almost showed all the abusive words he wanted to curse in his heart.

Hill, watching the giant screen, couldn’t help but laugh.

Lansendel flapped his wings, contentedly looking at his own light camera... So clear, hey~

It was the first time he’d seen a camera that could record so clearly in such bright light!

Indeed, specially made ones are different.

Then he turned to look at Shaer: "Just now I couldn’t ask you on that side, can you tell me now?

This thing, how did the God of Time and Space teleport it to you!

I didn’t even feel it..."

"Did you forget those little packets of the Undead Tribe?" Shaer gently laughed, "Although in Heavenly Mountain it’s not possible to do such strong multi-point teleportation, just a one-to-one, for him, barely takes any spirit."

"Is that what I’m asking?" Lansendel’s wings stayed in mid-air for a full three seconds before coming down, "What I’m asking is, how did he break through the dimensional barrier of Heavenly Mountain!

Is the power of space really that strong?"

"Do you think I would know?" Shaer steadily looked at him, "That’s the God of Time and Space’s secret!"

Lansendel’s bird beak couldn’t help but snap a few times... In the end, he swallowed the curses back down his throat.

Shaer not knowing is a joke!

That thing was directly sent to her side!

Without knowing the principles, without knowing the reasons, even if she loves William to madness, she wouldn’t let people do such things to her!

Damn Shaer.

But Lansendel wasn’t too surprised he didn’t get a definite answer.

It would indeed be strange to get the truth out of Shaer’s mouth.

He just needed to understand that the matter came out of skill, not immense power... He could see Shaer’s attitude clearly.

"What are you guys talking about?" Celene interjected dissatisfiedly, "Do you know what trouble Rose is causing, which is why you’re discussing such issues?"

Shaer sneered: "What trouble can Rose cause? Isn’t she just helping Asmodeus set a position?

You wouldn’t really think you could force the Pool of Life out with a spider web, would you?

"Obviously, she is carrying something that belongs to Asmodeus, that’s the only way the pool could manifest... Heh~ it appeared half-heartedly."

Celene let out a long ’oh’ sound.

Then, as she turned her head to look in another direction, she noticed the Great Peacock crouching beside Hill, suddenly falling into a state of slumber... just as it had in the floating castle of Toril.

Hill silently raised the crystal cup in his hand and took a sip of the water inside.

Clearly, Lansendel did not wish to face two Celenes at the same time.

After all, he had completed his task and didn’t want to work overtime any more, especially not such an excessively demanding overtime.

Hill looked around and suddenly pointed to the giant screen: "Asmodeus has arrived."

-----------------

"Asmodeus, my task is considered complete, right?" The crystal spider, formed from Rose and resembling gray jade, asked softly.

"Rest assured, I will not violate my contract; the Water of Life promised to you will not be a drop less." The Lord of Hell gazed towards his place of birth, a satisfied smile appearing on his lips.

"The sealing force above is very strong." Rose couldn’t help but comment.

She would attempt to rely on her own skills to slip inside... no one would find it odd.

Therefore, her words were spoken quite frankly.

"Heh~ The Gods of Order, each has added their own sealing force." Asmodeus was undeterred, "By now, the fusion of various powers has become exceedingly complex.

Without the Key to the gate, even they themselves can’t unravel this puzzle lock."

Rose was stunned.

Though she occasionally took impulsive risks, she was still very cautious in her actions... most importantly, this wasn’t like the Chaos Sea with that group of frogs, where one might be unsure of their own actions.

But this was power in the name of Order, a mighty divine power akin to AO!

How could they commit such disorderly acts?

Rose almost thought she had returned to the Elven Divine Kingdom by mistake!

"Do not be surprised, in their hearts, they see each other as the most terrifying threat.

Thus, they never leave gaps for their colleagues to exploit.

Moreover, it’s typical that they would rather let no one have it than let one person take everything.

Devils certainly understand their thinking." Asmodeus’s fingers emitted a slight glow... the Pool of Life seemed to resonate with him, and strands of jade-white light floated in the air.

Although the Gods of Order could not open this lock, the Pool of Life clearly knew where the head and tail were... the intertwining forces of locks turned into something else through the Pool of Life’s influence.

He didn’t want to harm the locks, but rather help perfect them... thus bypassing some of the restrictions imposed by the Gods of Order.

At this moment, the Pool of Life was connecting with Asmodeus, allowing him to find weaknesses in the locks in the shortest time... though the ropes tangled around the box become hard to untangle.

But finding a gap amid those twisted ropes became easier... after all, the ropes are bent!

Once a gap appears, the Pool of Life, which can turn real into unreal, will naturally escape from the box.

Though this time Asmodeus will undoubtedly empty the Pool of Life’s stock... yet he will be free.

Rose couldn’t help but climb up the spider silk to look afar: "Asmodeus, are you sure those Gods of Order won’t notice what’s happening here?"

"They absolutely won’t." Asmodeus sneered, "You probably don’t know that those folks in Toril are broadcasting everything live.

Therefore, everyone will know that the Queen of Chaos’s target is the gemstone on that Seven-Section Rod.

The fact that the Gods of Order were ambushed by me is one thing, but offering something related to Miska to the Queen of Chaos in full view of everyone is quite another.

This time, the reason they appear so calm is that they don’t want to lose face, no?

Heh~ If the Seven-Section Rod is lost in their hands, then what would remain of the glory from aiding the worlds in resisting the Bottomless Abyss back in the day?

Do they really think the worlds revere the Heavenly Mountain so much out of respect for their strength and holiness?

It’s to find themselves a way out.

But if Miska is released... then that way out becomes worthless.

Those old folks would never dare."

Asmodeus glanced this way while speaking.

"Oh my~ so he knew everything." Celene said with a playful smile, "Does that mean we’ve helped him a bit?"

"Listen to his nonsense!" Hill, who asked in front of the giant screen at the same time, received the most straightforward response... also from Celene.
