"What?!"

Wang Gege’s shout nearly shook the entire bedchamber.

Mini, who had been happily floating in front of her, visibly flinched at the sudden outburst. Its little golden body trembled in midair, and even its sparkles seemed to flicker for a moment.

"Host! Mini said it was good news!" Mini sounded slightly aggrieved. It had genuinely thought it was bringing its Host good news!

"Good news?!"

Wang Gege pointed at herself in disbelief before slowly realizing that, if this had happened when she had first arrived in this world, it truly would have been good news.

She pouted slightly before turning toward Xie Rong. "What are we going to do, Husband?"

Xie Rong sighed weakly before looking at Mini.

"Mini... since the request has only just been approved, and Furen hasn’t decided what to change the final reward to yet, she can still choose to keep her previous final reward, right?"

Mini blinked. "Of course!"

Wang Gege’s eyes immediately brightened. "Really?"

Mini nodded enthusiastically, apparently relieved that Wang Gege had finally understood why it considered the news good.

"Host only submitted a request to modify the final reward. The approval means Host is now allowed to make the modification, but Host has not decided what the new reward will be yet."

Wang Gege let out a long sigh of relief. "So I haven’t accidentally changed my final reward yet, right?"

"Correct!" Mini raised its little finger proudly.

Wang Gege immediately turned toward Xie Rong. "See! We still have a chance!"

Mini nodded. "Of course, Host!"

Mini turned toward him. "Nothing will change unless Host chooses a new final reward."

"Correct!" Mini smiled proudly.

Wang Gege exchanged a glance with Xie Rong before slowly lowering her gaze.

They had been so worried about the possibility of being separated that neither of them had actually stopped to consider what they could ask for instead.

"Then..." Wang Gege hesitated before looking back at Mini. "If we reach our milestone points for the final reward at different times, can we still return to the original world together?"

Mini tilted its little head. "Host is asking whether both Hosts can return together even if the milestone points are reached at different times?"

"Mm." Wang Gege nodded. "Exactly."

Mini’s little body swayed gently in the air. "Mini cannot confirm that."

Wang Gege’s expression immediately fell. "Huh?"

"The final reward is determined separately for each Host. Mini can only confirm the rules regarding Host’s own final reward. Host’s husband should ask Gemi about this..."

Wang Gege frowned slightly. "Then... you don’t know whether we can return together?"

"I am not angry..." Wang Gege muttered, though her slightly puffed cheeks made her words far less convincing.

Xie Rong raised an eyebrow. "Then what is Furen?"

"I am just..." Wang Gege paused, struggling to find the right word. "A little frustrated."

Mini quietly raised its little finger again. "Isn’t frustration also a form of anger?"

Wang Gege’s eyes immediately widened. "Mini!"

Mini flinched and quickly lowered its finger. "Mini will be quiet."

Xie Rong’s shoulders trembled slightly as he tried to suppress his laughter.

Wang Gege glared at him.

Xie Rong finally stopped laughing, though the amusement remained in his expression.

Before he could say anything, Mini spoke again.

Mini’s little body froze. A moment later, it pouted.

Mini remained completely silent.
