"Do you want to know?" Wang Xiaohu teased, "I won’t tell you just yet, but one thing’s for sure, you’ll definitely like it when you see it!"

"What on earth is it? You can’t just say half and leave the rest. Isn’t that exhausting? Spill it!" Ning Chenyang was eager to know, Wang Xiaohu made it sound so intriguing, it must be something good.

"Want to know? Then call me Tiger Brother!" Seeing that his topic had successfully piqued Ning Chenyang’s interest, Wang Xiaohu became even more smug.

"Taking advantage of the situation! No way! Tell me or don’t, I’m not calling you Tiger Brother, dream on."

"Alright, this is your own refusal. Don’t blame me! If you won’t call, you’ll have to wait until after school to find out!" Wang Xiaohu said, humming a tune and walked away triumphantly.

The class bell rang again and again, and time passed quickly.

When school was over in the afternoon, Wang Xiaohu dragged Ning Chenyang, Bean Sprout, and Sheng Xiaoguang to wait outside the school gate for someone.

They waited for a full twenty minutes, and still no one showed up. Ning Chenyang was getting impatient: "Who exactly are we waiting for? Are they coming or not?"

"Wait a bit! She has duty today! Don’t rush! When she comes, you’ll know it’s definitely worth the wait!" Wang Xiaohu said confidently.

Seeing Wang Xiaohu’s eyes light up with anticipation, Ning Chenyang thought maybe he was right.

He already showed strong interest, so it must be attractive.

"Alright then. Let’s wait a bit longer! I need to pee, I’ll go to the toilet, you guys wait for me!" Ning Chenyang said.

"Go, go! Hurry up, she should be here soon."

Ning Chenyang, carrying his backpack, jogged to the restrooms on campus. He was mindful that Wang Xiaohu was waiting, so he rushed ahead without stopping.

The design of this restroom was different from the older ones; both male and female restrooms shared the same entrance, but led in two different directions.

One went east, the other went west.

Ning Chenyang was running too fast, and just as he entered the restroom, someone came rushing out. Both of them in a hurry, didn’t manage to stop in time, and they collided hard.

Ning Chenyang took the brunt of the collision, with greater force, knocking the other person to the ground.

But he was fine, having trained for a month in the military, his stance was steady. Though he collided with the other person, he didn’t fall.

"Can’t you watch where you’re going? Why are you running!" The other person, a young girl, spoke in a sharp tone that was quite unpleasant.

"You have eyes, why didn’t you avoid me?" Ning Chenyang frowned, questioning the girl, who was busy dusting herself off as she got up from the ground.

The girl, hearing this, suddenly looked up.

At that moment, both of them froze.

"It’s you!"

"It’s you!"

They exclaimed in unison.

"It’s me!"

"It’s me, so what?"

They both said together again.

"Why do you keep copying me?" The girl muttered, but her sharp tone softened a lot, as she finished dusting herself off, she looked at Ning Chenyang and said, "Do you still remember my name?"

"Luo Tong!" Ning Chenyang curled his lips with disdain, "You’re really a lingering ghost, I can even encounter you here!"

"You still remember me!" Luo Tong laughed, "Last time, at the hospital, thanks to you, my brother got better! Ning Chenyang, thank you, I’ll treat you to a popsicle sometime!"
