"I think Chenguang is cuter. I like him more!" Yan Huan deliberately provoked Ning Chenyang and hugged Ning Chenguang tightly.

"No... Godmother, don’t do that! Yueyue will get mad if she finds out!" Ning Chenguang pushed Yan Huan away forcefully.

"Yueyue... Yueyue... That name sounds so familiar!" Yan Huan muttered to herself for a few moments, and then suddenly her eyes lit up, "I know, it’s your little wife, isn’t it?"

"Godmother, what nonsense are you talking about? What little wife, she’s my sister." Ning Chenguang blushed.

"Still won’t admit it? I’ve heard from your mom that girl chases after you. She probably thinks our little Guangguang is handsome and wants to marry you!" Yan Huan loved seeing Ning Chenguang’s shy expression and couldn’t help but tease him more.

"Yueyue is not that superficial!" Ning Chenguang shouted.

"Wow, the little guy is something; he even knows what superficial means!" Yan Huan laughed heartily.

"You’re too much; you’re corrupting the kids." Ji Chuan felt embarrassed listening to this. These are just little kids, and they’re already talking about spouses every day.

"It’s not that easy to corrupt them." Yan Huan rolled her eyes at him.

Ji Chuan scratched his head, thinking back to his own childhood. It seemed the elders often talked to him about spouses too, but he grew up just fine.

"Aren’t they supposed to press the bed? It’s getting late. The sooner this is done, the sooner we can go back," Qin Jian said after checking the time on his watch.

"True. You all have a long day ahead tomorrow. Let them get on with it." An Hao agreed.

"Alright." Yan Huan directly opened the door to the bridal chamber and turned to the two little ones, "Go on, have fun! Play to your heart’s content!"

"Don’t worry! Godmother, leave it to us brothers!" Ning Chenyang slapped his chest to reassure her.

On the bright red bedspread lay a neatly arranged red quilt. The two kids kicked off their shoes and jumped onto the bed, like Sun Wukong entering the Heavenly Palace, causing a ruckus.

Jumping back and forth, flipping, and rolling around, although it wasn’t summer, their antics had them sweating profusely.

"That’s enough, as long as you’ve captured the spirit of it," Qin Jian said, watching his two sons romp around like little monkeys, worried they might ruin the newly made bed before anyone could sleep in it.

"No way! Grandma Feng told us to go all out! We have to play joyfully so that my godmother can also have two smart and lively boys like us in the future!" Ning Chenyang had been specifically instructed by Feng Yuzhi before coming.

So, he put all his energy into it.

"That’s enough. If you keep jumping and break the bed, I think your Uncle Ji will be upset tonight!" Qin Jian glanced at Ji Chuan and teased.

"Why?" Ning Chenguang asked.

"Are you silly? If the bed breaks, there’s nowhere to sleep," Ning Chenyang mocked his brother.

Qin Jian’s hint was not lost on Ji Chuan, who smiled slightly and looked dotingly at the two frolicking little ones: "It’s okay! Let them jump, even if the bed falls apart. Good things are worth waiting for; I’ve waited all these years, what’s a few more days?"

"What? What’s the connection between a collapsed bed and eating?" Ning Chenyang didn’t understand.

Qin Jian chuckled softly, "Let your mom explain it to you."

An Hao glared at them and muttered, "Can you two behave in front of the kids?"

The two grown men seemed to realize their mistake and quickly fell silent.

Yan Huan laughed twice, "An Hao’s words really do have authority!"
