Ten Lucky Draws: I Became OP

Chapter 697: The Nameless Singularity

Before leaving the void, Ash looked around until he spotted the multicolored black hole.

It swirled slowly in the distance, a massive vortex of shifting hues — deep purples bleeding into vibrant golds, crimson reds, and endless blacks that seemed to devour light itself.

The black hole was both beautiful and terrifying, a living wound in the emptiness, pulsing with the compressed remnants of the destroyed Prime and Primordial Expanses.

Ash descended toward it, his form cutting smoothly through the void.

As he drew closer, he scanned the black hole with his eyes, his reddish-purple gaze piercing through its layers of compressed potential and nothingness.

[The Nameless Singularity – one of the three ultimate anchors in the cosmology of Ten Luck Draws: I Became OP.

It is a fixed point that holds the entire structured cosmos together, preventing the verse from drifting into.... chaos.]

"Honestly," Ash muttered with an arched brow as he read the description, "I have no idea what the hell I’m going to do with this, but I’m definitely not leaving it behind."

The description made it clear that this singularity was the one thing holding the entire Novel together.

Now that Pantheos was complete and he had the power to bring anything he wanted into the story itself, he found himself at a loss for how to handle this strange anomaly.

Still, with a nonchalant wave of his hand, he tucked the swirling, multicolored black hole away, sealing it in a private pocket within Pantheos just for himself.

Then without further waiting, this version of Ash then simply faded away, dissolving into motes of light.

----

Back at the lake, the original Ash opened his eyes, still leaning back on the grass with a calm, satisfied expression.

One of the twins, Caelan, suddenly yanked his fishing line with a triumphant laugh as a massive dragon fish broke the surface of the lake.

The creature was enormous — scales shimmering with iridescent gold and crimson, its body thrashing wildly as it tried to escape, sending sprays of glowing water high into the air.

"Haha, I got you!" Caelan shouted, grinning from ear to ear as he wrestled the line. "Just look at the size of this thing!"

Kael laughed beside him, shaking his head.

"Since when does this lake have Dragon fishes?"

Ash smiled faintly as he watched the twins struggle with the massive fish, its roars echoing across the lake.

He sat up slightly, brushing a few blades of grass from his clothes.

"It’s nearly time for us to finish our last business," he said calmly, his voice carrying easily over the water. "I’ll give you all one more decade. After that... we move."

With those words, Ash vanished from the lakeside, dissolving into motes of light.

-----

Ash reappeared in the minor existence belonging to Ancestor Seeker.

The realm was a breathtaking paradise of knowledge and books.

Towering libraries carved into floating mountains stretched endlessly into the sky, their shelves filled with glowing tomes that contained every kind of wisdom imaginable.

Rivers of liquid ink flowed gently between the structures, and the air itself carried the comforting scent of old parchment, fresh ink, and faint lavender incense.

Soft golden light filtered through the leaves of ancient trees that grew between the buildings, illuminating countless floating lanterns that drifted lazily through the air.

At the peak of the highest library-mountain, Seeker, Luna, and Kaguya were seated together in a spacious, sunlit reading pavilion.

The three women were deep in conversation, their voices light and filled with the easy banter that only close sisters could share.

Seeker leaned back in her chair, flipping through a glowing book with a small smirk.

"I still can’t believe how shameless some of you are," she said, her silver hair catching the light.

"The way Nia was acting the other day... She literally threw a tantrum because Husband wanted to spend time with Aphrodite and Persephone... it’s like she wants to keep Ash locked in her room forever."

Luna laughed softly, her light brown hair swaying as she sipped from a cup of fragrant tea.

"Well, as far as I know she’s always been like that. But at least she’s honest about it. Unlike some of us who pretend to be refined while doing the exact same thing."

Kaguya, with her long black and white hair and graceful fox features, let out a quiet chuckle, her twelve tails curling lazily behind her.

"Tsk, speak for yourselves. I simply know how to share... unlike the rest of you greedy foxes."

The three of them laughed together, the sound warm and familiar as they continued their playful teasing.

Ash appeared a short distance away, his presence quiet but unmistakable.

The women turned toward him almost immediately, their expressions shifting from casual banter to warm affection.

"Ladies.... have you missed me?"

Ash floated up the towering mountain of books with effortless grace, his black baggy attire fluttering lightly in the conceptual breeze.

The mountain itself was a marvel — an endless ascent of ancient shelves carved into the living stone, filled with glowing tomes that hummed with latent knowledge.

Kaguya chuckled softly as she watched him approach.

"Speak of the devil and he appears," she said, her voice smooth and teasing, a playful glint in her eyes.

The other women chimed in with warm affection.

Luna smiled gently, setting her book down. "We missed you too~"

Seeker’s long brown hair caught the soft light as she looked up at him with a fond expression.

"Indeed, I’ve missed your chaos a bit."

Ash reached the top of the mountain and settled down in the middle of the pavilion, right between them.

He sat cross-legged, his presence instantly making the atmosphere feel warmer and more alive.

Kaguya leaned slightly closer, her voice soft but carrying a hint of curiosity.

"Is it time for us to head into the First Absence yet?"

Ash smiled, his reddish-purple eyes warm as he looked at her. He leaned in toward Kaguya’s ear, his breath brushing against it as he spoke in a low, intimate tone.

"Not yet," he murmured. "I’ve given everyone a ten-year deadline."

He paused, his lips curving into a mischievous smile as he added, even softer,

"Because I’ve missed all of you so much... I need ten years to properly appease myself."

The realm around them seemed to heat up instantly.

The air grew thicker, charged with a sudden, undeniable tension. Luna’s cheeks flushed faintly, Seeker’s brown hair shifted as she glanced away with a small, knowing smile, and Kaguya’s nine tails flicked once in mild surprise.

Kaguya, however, was not one to give in so easily.

She tilted her head, her fox ears twitching as she gave him a playful, slightly haughty look.

"Is that so?" she said, her voice carrying a teasing edge. "You think ten years is enough to make up for all the time you’ve been busy? You’ll have to try harder than that, my dear."

Ash’s smile only widened, clearly enjoying her playful resistance as the three women surrounded him in the quiet, sunlit pavilion atop the mountain of books.
