Chapter 1326 - 1266: The Woman Without a Black Robe (2)

Oak Tree Hotel,

Sienna Johnson looked through the hotel window at the street outside but had no desire to go out for a walk.

The scorching sun baked this barren land, where children had to work at a very young age, most looking malnourished, and it broke Sienna Johnson’s heart.

But that wasn’t the most distressing thing for her; the most distressing was the sight of such young children holding guns and killing people.

"What are you looking at?"

Adrian Desmond walked in and saw Sienna Johnson standing by the window, a look of sadness on her face.

"You’re back?" Sienna Johnson glanced at Adrian Desmond, smiled at him, but when he got closer, she noticed a strange perfume scent coming from him and frowned.

Adrian Desmond is a man who doesn’t like using perfume, and that scent is one that a woman would use.

"Who did you meet?"

"A friend?"

"Male or female?"

Adrian Desmond paused, looking up at this woman. He stared at her for a few seconds, but Sienna Johnson withdrew her gaze, looking out the window.

"Female, and quite a beauty too..."

"Really?" Sienna Johnson’s attitude was somewhat cold. Adrian Desmond walked over, just about to hug her, when Sienna Johnson said with displeasure, "You smell of a woman’s perfume all over you. I don’t like this scent; go clean up."

"Perfume scent?" Adrian Desmond sniffed himself and indeed found the perfume scent on his body.

"..."

"You’re not misunderstanding something, are you?"

"Did you do something to make me misunderstand?" Sienna Johnson threw Adrian Desmond’s question back at him.

Seeing the woman’s demeanor, Adrian Desmond knew she had misunderstood, and he explained, "Indeed, I did meet a woman this morning, but there’s absolutely no affair between us!"

"Then what’s with the perfume smell on you?" Sienna Johnson’s look was like a severe interrogation, with a cold demeanor that even made Adrian Desmond afraid to joke with her.

"Isn’t it you who said we should trust each other? You have so little trust in me. We’ve been through so many trials; don’t you believe in my sincerity toward you?"

"The perfume smell is so strong on you, surely there was close contact; otherwise, how could you have the perfume smell on you just from keeping a distance? Adrian Desmond, you need to explain this clearly to me!" Sienna Johnson’s eyes couldn’t tolerate any deceit.

"Maybe I stayed too long in a room with essential oil fragrances, and it got on my clothes. I swear, I didn’t have any intimate contact with another woman... I didn’t even touch a finger of the other person."

"..."

"I met Larissa today, don’t let your imagination run wild. I’ve known Larissa longer than I’ve known you; if anything were to happen, it would have happened long ago."

"..."

"Larissa is downstairs; let’s have a meal together later. Larissa is quite indulgent, don’t talk too much with her. After the meal, if she invites you to hang out, don’t agree..." Adrian Desmond’s tone was as if he was afraid this innocent Snowy would be tricked by a big bad wolf.

"Why does she want to meet me?"

"She heard you’re pretty and insisted on seeing you. She thinks she’s the most beautiful woman in the world. Hehe... Where does she get this confidence from?" Adrian Desmond said.

"..."

"I’m going to take a shower, change into some clean clothes, wait for me."

"Alright."

Just as Adrian Desmond took some clothes to change and shower, the rumored most beautiful woman in the world appeared.

"Madam, this is Larissa. Sorry, I couldn’t stop her..." Brandon Potter explained.

Brandon Potter was blocked off by five men, and Larissa walked in like a proud peacock.

"You’re Adrian Desmond’s woman?"

"My name is Sienna Johnson!"

The woman before her was truly alluring.

Her figure was voluptuous, her tight leather outfit and skirt fitting snugly around her hips, exposing a bare, fair navel.

Wine-red wavy long hair flung out flirtatiously with the woman’s gestures, her deep eyes carried a bit of moisture, with a seductive look, and those flame-like red lips.

"Sienna Johnson?"

Lartissa’s gaze was seductive, her finger pointing at her reddened lips, murmuring, "How old are you? Your figure hasn’t developed well yet, right?"

Suddenly, Sienna Johnson felt like she was going to explode.

Although her figure couldn’t quite match hers, it was definitely above average, but all it took was one remark from her, and she was dismissed as underdeveloped.

"Though the body’s so-so, the face is something to look at."

Lartissa’s gaze felt like X-rays going through Sienna, making Sienna very uncomfortable.

"Please sit down," Sienna Johnson said, courteous yet distant. She even had Alyssa brew a cup of tea, although Larissa didn’t fancy tea, asking for wine instead.

"Where’s Adrian Desmond?"

"He’s downstairs taking a shower."

The place they were staying in was one of the nicer conditions locally, but compared to domestic hotels, it was worlds apart.

They had only been there a day, and the showerhead already stopped working, necessitating showering downstairs.

"Don’t you like me?" Larissa asked.

Sienna Johnson chuckled lightly, "We don’t know each other, so why say like or dislike?"

"I pursued Adrian Desmond back in the day."

Sienna Johnson picked up the floral tea in front of her, sipping it slowly, as Larissa’s words didn’t cause her any change in her expression.

"Aren’t you jealous?"

"Why should I be jealous?" Sienna Johnson said with a smile.

"Aren’t you afraid I’ll steal Adrian Desmond?"

Sienna Johnson eyed the woman before her and said, "You see, we’re completely different types; if Adrian Desmond likes my type, naturally, he wouldn’t like your type... You think that’s right?"

"You’re really sharp-tongued."

"I’m just speaking the truth."

On the surface, the two women seemed calm, but inwardly they were subtly competing.

Sienna Johnson was actually annoyed; at such a time, Adrian Desmond wasn’t swiftly dealing with the Night Owl, yet he had the mind to lure a woman over;

Larissa was of a completely different mind.

Larissa, having pursued Adrian Desmond for so many years, naturally carried a sense of comparison in her heart against the woman who had taken Adrian Desmond.

This woman was very pretty, prettier than Larissa imagined.

Looking at Sienna Johnson, Larissa felt as though her man had been taken away by Sienna.

"How did you win Adrian Desmond over?"

"He pursued me!"

"Haha, are you lying to me?" Larissa didn’t believe it.

Sienna Johnson didn’t want to chat with this woman and said to Brandon Potter, "Alyssa, go check if Adrian has finished his shower yet and tell him he has a visitor."

"Sure, Madam."

Larissa said, "No, you shouldn’t go!"

Brandon Potter frowned and, mindful of Larissa’s status, stopped.

Sienna Johnson asked, "What’s wrong?"
