Chapter 745: Crossover Part 12

After Shizune stopped watching me, I finished what I was doing and altered her magic to make it look like I was still in the house. It was a simple process once I took control of her magic. Since I was done pleasuring myself and had already finished analyzing Shizune's magic, I entered the universe where the two of them were and concealed my presence.

Invading the dwelling place of the supreme deity that governs this universe was easy — not because the security was poor, but because I'm so strong that this entire universe was within the reach of my Mana. And now I stand before "her," the entity that rules this universe.

"[What are you? You... are pure darkness... I will not permit something like you in my universe.]" This thing asks me in a neutral tone. It looks like a giant cube with a single vertical eye. It exudes considerable power, in fact, but it's a little disappointing.

"I'm just an outside visitor, a goddess from another universe, and I'm interested in something. You've made a beautiful universe here. Do you have a humanoid form?" From what I gathered, she's the only goddess of this universe. That's why this universe is so perfect and peaceful — everything is exactly as she wants it.

"[No.]"

"I see. That's unfortunate. If you were a cute girl, I might even be more merciful when killing you. Or perhaps I'd be more sadistic. You don't seem to want to talk to me. You don't like my presence, I take it?" I make my intentions implicit, which seems to disturb the cube.

"[Please leave this place. I don't know what you are, but you shouldn't exist here, much less have come to me.]" I approach the cube, which moves away from my hands, retreating.

'So cowardly...' If someone threatened me with death, I would never just say "Please leave this place." I see that this is one of those annoying moralistic entities. It cools my desire to play a little.

'Normally, in the past, I would leave this universe so as not to tarnish the image of the Omnipotent Pandora... but before Omnipotence, I would never give up what I want. So fuck it all!! This universe is already mine.' I smile — a wide smile — as I approach the cube again.

"[I SAID LEAVE.]" The tone becomes clipped, with a strange static as she uses her power to try to pressure me and crush me against the floor. Such a pathetic display of strength is almost an insult to me as the Demon King.

"Did you try to force me to my knees?" I step lightly on the floor, producing a faint cracking sound. The gravity of the entire room increases to the point that the cube crashes to the ground, sinking in and unable to move.

"That's how you actually do it. If you want to pressure someone, don't do it so crudely. Smash them against the floor and make them realize the difference in strength. Not that you'll have a future to test what I said." I touch the cube and begin pouring my Mana into it.

"[W-What are you doing!! S-Stop!!]" The cube falls into despair. If only she were a beautiful girl, I could make her scream and enjoy it, but the distorted sound of this voice irritates me.

"Once I finish this, you will die. You will cease to exist and be assimilated by my Mana. I will replace you. And you know what?"

"I hated this shitty universe. All these planets full of life, with no conflict whatsoever and an artificial peace — that's something I detest. I'm going to make this universe more interesting. I'm going to annihilate 99% of all life in the universe, leaving only a few planets alive."

"My Mana will corrode the plants and animals, reducing food supplies and altering the mineral resources of this universe, making everything scarcer and sparking wars over resources."

"I will bring a true apocalypse to this universe, and whatever is born after that will become suited to my image."

"[S-Stop... I-I beg you!! Th-This isn't fair to my children—]"

"Children? You consider all life in the universe your children? How adorable. To me, all the lives I created in my universe are useful pieces. What different views we have." The cube, which had a dark blue hue at the edges and a deep cyan blue at the center, begins to turn black at the edges and red at the center.

"..." A black fluid starts to drip from the cube. It looks like tears, though corroded by my power. It's strange, honestly.

"[W-Why... why did you come to my universe... j-just to kill me?]"

"Ah, simply because I'm bored and irritated. I'm a monster. There's no complex reason! And because I want to dominate multiple universes!! I'm going to paint the multiverse with my colors. Seems like a good life goal — a lasting one — and you're the first of many." The system of gaining power through followers that existed in the world I came from — that system also works if you replace all the divinities of a universe.

Worship and faith don't matter to someone who can't leave the universe and seek out another entity with no connection. It means that if I replace the gods of a universe, all the faith of the people is absorbed as power by me.

Besides, each universe I contaminate will become a small battery that will store and send constant magic to me. In other words, each contaminated universe will give me more power.

"You seem to be suffering..." I watch her body turn completely black as the universe begins to take on my marks. I obviously use a great deal of magic to hide this until Shizune and Ayla leave this place.

"[Y-Your fate will be deat—]"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, shut up." I punch the cube, smashing it to pieces and stealing its place. I already know what she was going to say — nonsense about me having a bad fate — but I can easily crush any of those fates, so I couldn't care less.

"Seeing such a limited future means nothing to me!! I've already reached the top once. I can do it again despite the odds," I say as I bite into the cube, beginning to devour it to try to steal its characteristics.

"Well, that's that... I should leave here and go back home." I look around while chewing pieces of the cube. There's not much else for me to do. My Mana is spreading throughout the universe. This was a pretty weak divinity, so it was quite dull.

But other universes will have gods or entities as strong as me, or even stronger, and it won't be so easy to contaminate them.

"I should make Ayla and Shizune useful as soon as possible. The next universes might pose risks if I'm unlucky." I feel happy. It's the first step. It reminds me of the first person I killed.

The person I killed as soon as I was born, to devour and satisfy my hunger. It's almost the same thing. I'm happy to begin my own story. I will spread the name Pandora across the multiverse as the most evil being of all.
