A few more days passed, and today I put my plans into motion. While those two are out of the house, I set the dining table and wear a modest dark navy-blue dress with black embroidery in a faint checkered pattern.

"Perfect!! I think it looks like a pretty inviting dinner. According to my calculations, they should arrive soon." I decided the first step in turning those two into my permanent allies is to force them to use my system. Ayla has her own system, and Shizune doesn’t even have one, so now I’ll make them both use a system controlled by me.

"...Pandora, we’re back! You can start moving the house!!!" The two burst through the front door, barging in and slamming it shut as Shizune calls out to me. Immediately, both freeze in place at the sight of me wearing much more modest clothing in front of a fully set table packed with foods they liked from different universes.

"Pandora, what are you doing?" Shizune questions, her caution and suspicion on full display. A little frustrating, but I accept it with a smile on my face.

"I decided to make dinner tonight, to celebrate us being together for three months. Time practically flew by. And I also want to give you both a gift. Can you sit down and enjoy the meal with me?" I say to them as I light a few candles. Both place their shopping bags on the couch and approach cautiously.

"Pandora, is this for real? There’s nothing in this food, right? Don’t make me have to bring up the little cans under the fridge again!! Who cans their own flesh as emergency food?" Ayla asks suspiciously, pulling out one of the chairs at the table.

"Yes, it’s for real, and it’s just food! It’s your own fault for snooping through my emergency food. I’m genuinely celebrating! You can even see I’m dressing more modestly for this night, which is relevant to our relationship as Multiversal traveling companions..." I place two crystals on the table.

"I’d like you both to accept this gift. These crystals are useful. It’s a unified system — it’ll help you, answer your questions, and can even teach you new spells. It’s the same system I use." All of this is true. I just didn’t mention that it’s the system I created and that I control every aspect of. I built it based on the system Omnipotent Pandora created before she became omnipotent.

"It looks interesting. You’re very beautiful, and thank you for the dinner! The smell, at least, really does seem very good." Ayla speaks with a smile, trying to be peaceable. She grabs a plate and analyzes the food. Shizune, still suspicious, steps closer and picks up one of the crystals.

"Why this? You’ve never seemed like the type to give little gifts... much less a system. Besides, I can’t analyze this system. You hid something in it, didn’t you? What’s wrong with it?"

"...You’re so harsh, Shizune. I have feelings too, you know? Not everything I do has to be bad or have hidden intentions!!"

"You should learn to be grateful. I hate ungrateful people. If you don’t want the gift, fine — throw it in the trash. I don’t care if you decide to discard it. I won’t force you to use anything." If she doesn’t accept it, that’s fine. I have countermeasures.

The system is just the most peaceful and undetectable one. I have plans — whether it’s slipping things into every meal they eat in this house, slowly manipulating their magic to corrupt their minds, or just fucking them for so many millennia that their minds turn to jelly and they become sex slaves to pleasure. Any of these plans I’ll carry out if the other fails.

"I didn’t mean to seem ungrateful... it’s just suspicious... I’ll... accept it for now, even if I won’t use it." I grab a plate, ignoring her, but I keep up the offended act.

’She’ll try to keep the peace? She accepted my gift... even if she doesn’t use it now, I guess that’s fine...’ They seem quite emotional, but unfortunately, they’re less easily influenced than Amiya. Both have suffered a lot in life — they’re sharp to my malice.

’Wait... malice... they’re on guard against my malice... but... what if I’m not cruel...’ I watch Ayla analyzing the crystal while eating her meal, then look at Shizune, who tucked hers into her pocket, probably to examine later.

’What if I’m so sweet, so pleasant, so good that they simply start trying to trust me? If I take advantage of that trust, I can tame them...’ I pull a watch out from within my shadows.

"Hey, Ayla, I had this other gift for you. I planned to give it to you in the future. It’s a watch that shows the time in your world, and it even has a recording mode so you can see certain points of your world. Of course, everything is very slow, but you’ll be able to observe how everything is." I was going to give this to her when she was already my slave/shield.

"Oh!! Is this for real?!!" She seems genuinely excited right away — a real reaction, unlike the one she showed for the meal I prepared.

I’ll adapt my plans. I’ll slightly reduce the intensity of the little pranks I pull, shifting to something lighter. I’ll dig deeper into their feelings of friendship to force them into accepting my system’s conditions.

’If they bind themselves to the system I created, and then accept the rules, they’ll be inferior to me forever and will become unable to leave.’ Not many know this, but every system has that capability — but only if the person accepts being eternally limited.

You can easily use the system as much as you want without ever agreeing to submit to its whims. There’s almost no use in submitting, so no one does.

Of course, the two of them would never agree to do that. But I just need to make it happen, and that’s it!! I’ll have total control over them if I can get them to accept the system’s terms.

’Yes, this plan is perfect. Months of perfecting this, and I found the final gear. I’ll take advantage of friendship and trust to limit them with my system. After limiting them, I’ll sever Shizune’s connection to her original self.’ I give them a gentle smile, grabbing my meal while Ayla seems absorbed in the watch, using it and ignoring the food.

"I’m not emotional or sentimental, but I genuinely like having you both here. I’m sorry if my attitude is shit and ruins your trust. I’ll change." Yes, I’ll change — until they’re under my control. Then I’ll become even worse!!!

’Suspect me all you want, Shizune. Your human mind and limited morals will never beat my obsessively meticulous planning.’ I stay confident, even though I’m not certain of my success.
