Chapter 211 - luna’s new physique

I watched her as she went into total focus while I continuously supplied her with everything: energy from the SSS-Rank monster core, all kinds of herbs and monster materials that reacted to her, and every other resource that showed a reaction. I also took her Space Ring.

Then I took out her own resources.

Her mood kept getting better as time passed.

After doing this for about fifteen minutes, she finally stopped absorbing everything like crazy, and I let out a sigh of relief.

Then a Shadow Guard told me that she now had sufficient energy to begin her awakening and obtain her new physique.

The Shadow Guard then said that it wasn’t appropriate to stay here. My eyes widened as I called all the Shadow Guards and ordered them to keep an eye on her. I then created a dome of Darkness and Space around her, making sure she couldn’t be seen.

After that, I stepped outside and leaned against the cave wall.

I closed my eyes and used my perception to its maximum, keeping an eye on everything around the dark field I’d created for her.

I wouldn’t let anything... I mean, not even a fly, disturb her as I activated one of my new physique abilities.

The entire dungeon fell silent as a thick aura spread throughout it, scaring off all living beings.

It was as if the Abyss itself were staring at you.

I looked in that direction and saw Luna. All the coldness and killing intent in my eyes vanished into thin air, along with the Abyssal Aura, as I stared at her with my mouth agape.

I pointed a finger at her.

"Who are you?"

Luna stood there, her eyes twitching. She had felt the oppressive pressure throughout the entire dungeon.

When she stepped out, she saw me looking alarmed. A warm feeling flooded her heart, but the next second, it vanished.

She rushed forward and punched me lightly.

"You... What? Can’t you recognize your own fiancée now?"

I rubbed my head.

"You should go and look at yourself."

Then I fell to the ground, dramatically placing my hands on my head.

Luna blinked, completely confused.

"What do you mean?"

I sighed and took a mirror out of my Space Storage.

"Take a look at yourself! You’ve become even more adorable and beautiful. How are we supposed to travel now? Everyone is going to stare at you! It’s a disaster!"

She blinked, genuinely baffled, and looked at herself in the mirror. Her eyes widened.

Then she opened her status panel and said clumsily,

"Oh, it’s true! My Charm Stat went up again. It must be because of my new physique."

My eyes twitched.

Of course it’s going up! If it didn’t, it would be a cosmic crime.

I asked a question I immediately regretted.

"So, how much is it now?"

She smiled sweetly, with a smile that could throw heaven into chaos, and said,

"Not much. It only went up by one tier."

I blinked.

"One sub-tier or a whole tier?"

She replied,

"Two sub-tiers."

"My Charm Stat is the highest it’s ever been since my awakening, and now it’s SSS-Rank."

I almost spat blood on the spot.

"What?!"

She innocently replied,

"SSS-Rank."

I put a hand over my face. I didn’t even dare take a proper look at her because her appearance was divine. No, it had gone beyond that.

Then I nodded.

"Hmm, there’s no choice."

"Next stop is the Royal Palace."

She asked curiously,

"Why are we going to my home?"

I said with a straight face,

"Of course, to hide you! If people outside saw you, a war would break out."

She got annoyed and glared at me.

I simply shrugged.

"What? I’m telling the truth."

Then she asked,

"Aren’t you curious about my new physique? It’s an SSS+ Rank one with the potential to become even higher."

I looked at her practically glowing face. She was so excited.

I just stared at her like a fool before immediately realizing what I was doing and coming to my senses.

Then I opened my status screen to distract myself for a moment, only to see something that made my eyes twitch.

I called Luna over.

I nodded and said,

But then I looked at her and asked,

"If that’s the case, how did I become 14? Even if time flows differently inside the dungeon, it should only create a difference between the time inside and outside. So how did I age faster?"

She had no answer to that, but Luna offered a possibility.

"Then this dungeon’s time flows faster as we grow. You can consider it two timelines, but think of it as time flowing faster in this space than normal. That’s how you aged."

I nodded.

"That could be possible. I can sense that this space is different, but I can’t pinpoint exactly what it is."

Then Luna’s eyes widened as she panicked.

"Hey, let’s get out of this dungeon immediately!"

I laughed as I watched her panic and ordered the Shadow Guards to head for the exit.

Then I teleported to the treasure chest in the dungeon, put it into my Space Storage, and teleported back to the running Luna. I touched her and teleported us out of there.

It was comical watching Luna run after finding out that her vacation time was going to be cut short by a massive chunk with every moment she spent inside.

She ran as if someone were coming to kill her.

I grabbed her and teleported us to the exit, and we both left the dungeon together.

As soon as we got out, she checked her status panel to make sure she was still 13 years old.

Then she let out a massive sigh of relief.

"Yay! I still have close to a year to enjoy my vacation!"

She looked at me.

"No more dungeons! If you want to hunt monsters, let’s go to the forest. I remember they said there are a few deadly forests in these areas."

I looked at her puffed-up face and laughed before noticing something.

"Hey, you’ve grown a little taller than before. You’re almost as tall as me."

She glared at me.

"What are you saying? I’m already as tall as you!"

"Hmph! I feel like I’ve even surpassed you."

I simply waved a hand.

"No way. In your dreams! Keep dreaming."

She glared at me.

"No, look! I’m taller!"

She came closer and tried to tiptoe to increase her height.

I immediately pointed that out, and she stopped. Then we actually measured our heights, and I was still a little taller than her.

She began to pout.

Then I asked,

"So, tell me about your amazing new physique while we’re going to the town."

Her eyes lit up as she began explaining her physique to me, starting with its name.

I raised an eyebrow.

"Huh? It has a similar name to my physique."

She nodded with a smug expression.

"Hmph! Isn’t it amazing?"
