Chapter 317: Chapter 317 Would you have a pup for me?
Aria’s POV
The dress came off. My bra followed. He looked at me the way he always did when I was naked—like he was angry about how much he wanted it, like he still couldn’t believe I was real.
"On your back. Legs open. Wider."
I did it. I let him see everything, flushed and dripping and still twitching from the first orgasm, and I watched his throat work.
He shoved his pants down just far enough. He didn’t even bother taking his shirt all the way off. He hooked my knees over his elbows, folded me nearly in half, and sank back into me with a groan that sounded like it had been torn out of him.
This angle was worse. Deeper. I could feel him in my stomach. Every thrust punched a helpless little "ah" out of my mouth and he watched my face like he was collecting them.
"Look at you," he said, breathless now, the control starting to fray. "King’s Luna. Smith heir. And you’re lying here with your pretty legs spread, taking cock like you were made to be bred." His forehead dropped to mine. "You have any idea what you look like? Flushed. Messy. Cunt stretched around me and still trying to pull me deeper. You’re filthy, baby. You’re perfect."
I grabbed at his shoulders, nails digging in. "Don’t stop. Don’t you dare stop."
"I wasn’t going to." He snapped his hips harder, the headboard knocking the wall. "This is mine. You don’t get to walk around this earth with an empty womb and a used-up heart after what they did to you. I’m going to fill you. I’m going to fuck a life into you and then I’m going to keep you in this bed until it takes."
The words hit me somewhere under the heat, somewhere tender and terrifying, and I moaned like he’d put his mouth on me.
"Damian—"
"You’d let me, wouldn’t you?" His voice dropped, wrecked and hungry. "You’d let your King use you like a breeding bitch. Keep you dripping for days. Pump you so full of me it leaks down your thighs when you try to walk." He kissed me, messy, teeth catching my lower lip. "Tell me you’d let me."
"I’d let you," I gasped. "I’d let you do anything. I want it. I want you to come inside me. I want—"
He cursed, low and vicious, and his rhythm broke. He drove in to the hilt and stayed there, grinding, and I felt him start to go, felt the hot pulse of it as he spilled into me in thick, heavy waves.
I came again around him, weaker, shaking, clinging to him like I might fall through the mattress if I let go.
He didn’t pull out. He stayed buried in me, breathing hard against my throat, one big hand splayed over my lower stomach like he could already feel something there.
For a long time neither of us spoke.
Afterward I lay against him in the dark, his heartbeat slow under my palm.
His fingers moved through my hair, patient, like he had all the time in the world and no intention of spending it anywhere but here.
"Aria."
"Mm."
"I want to ask you something." His voice had gone quiet, careful, the way it never was with anyone else. I felt his chest rise slow beneath my cheek. "Will you have a pup for me?"
I went still.
I lifted my head and looked at him. The moonlight cut across half his face, and for once the fearsome King of every wolf on the continent looked almost unsure—like the answer mattered more than anything he had ever asked for and he was bracing for me to say no.
"A pup," I repeated.
"Ours." His hand curved warm around my jaw. His thumb brushed my cheekbone, impossibly gentle after everything he had just done to me.
"Yours and mine. I want it. I want a whole life with you, all of it—everything we didn’t get before you found me. I want to see you carrying something we made. I want to put my mouth on you every morning and know that what’s growing in you is mine. I want a pup that has your eyes and absolutely none of my manners."
A breath of a laugh escaped me, shaky.
"I’m serious, sweetheart." He searched my face. "If you’re not ready, I wait. I will wait as long as you need. But I need you to know that this is what I want. You. A family. A life that belongs only to us."
My throat went tight. Two years I had spent being nobody’s real anything, standing in a house that was never mine, wearing a title that meant nothing. And now this man—who could command an entire kingdom with a look—was asking me, softly, in the dark, if I would let him build something that belonged only to us.
"Yes," I whispered. "God, yes."
The breath went out of him all at once. He pulled me down against his chest and held me there like he was afraid I would take it back, his face buried in my hair, and I felt him smile against my temple.
"Thank you," he said, so quiet I almost missed it. "You have no idea what you just gave me."
I closed my eyes.
His arms were a cage I had no interest in leaving.
