Grayan Darlington interrupted Jorren Jaramillo, speaking gravely: "Apart from transmitting larger targets, a large Teleportation Array can transport over vast distances. If their purpose is to welcome someone, that person might be very far away."

Kaelithra Nixon widened her eyes: "These Black Robed individuals are the Vanguard? Their mission is to establish a large Teleportation Array here and instantly transport their people to this location?"

Jorren Jaramillo said solemnly: "It’s most likely so. The Black Robed people’s accents are unusual, unlike those in the Bitter Sea Immortal Domain. They might be constructing the array here to bring their clans or forces directly into this land."

Grayan Darlington asked: "Then the question arises, who are they, and what is their purpose?"

Kaelithra Nixon speculated: "Perhaps their Immortal Domain has suffered a calamity or is facing destruction, so this group bears the responsibility and has arrived in the Bitter Sea Immortal Domain using some special method. Their task is to erect the large Teleportation Array and guide all their clans here."

"Because this location belongs to the Mysterious Void Sect, if matters were to be exposed, it would surely face the sect’s opposition, hence they’ve secretly hidden in the Red River Mountains to build the Teleportation Array, only to have Carson Flores destroy it."

"Their materials are insufficient, and with their Artifact Refiners likely dead or wounded, they can’t refine the Array Core. As the Artifact Refining competition is held here, they kidnapped you both, using your identities to threaten you to gather enough materials and forcing you to help refine the core."
