Carson Flores cupped his hands and said, "Senior, may I know if this person was involved in Mordyn Jandric’s betrayal?"

Arwenna looked at the disciple, who continued to report, "Upon investigation, aside from Mordyn Jandric’s senior disciple and third disciple, there is no clear evidence that the others were involved in the betrayal; they were all kept in the dark."

Arwenna asked, "What is Ulric Coffey’s power level?"

The disciple answered, "Lower Grade Grand Luo Initial Immortal."

Arwenna turned to ask Carson Flores, "Fellow Flores, is she your friend?"

Carson Flores hesitated and replied, "Entrusted by someone, I’m here to introduce her to someone. I didn’t know her before. If possible, may I take her away?"

"Of course, if she was involved in the betrayal, then pretend I didn’t ask."

Arwenna smiled and said, "Since it has been confirmed she wasn’t involved, you may take her away; you are a great contributor to the Bitter Sea Immortal Domain, and we’ll naturally fulfill your request."

Carson Flores cupped his hands and said, "Thank you, Senior!"

Arwenna waved her hand, "Though the Quasi-Saint of the Demon Race vanguard is dead and residual demon races remain, the teleportation coordinates and such crucial information must have been known only to him. Even if she were involved, she was merely a pawn and is not important. You need not be polite with me. Speaking of which, all of us owe you a great favor."

After exchanging pleasantries for a bit, Carson Flores went outside of the hall and saw a voluptuous, seductive woman wearing rune shackles on her hands and feet standing at the bottom of the hall steps.

Carson Flores walked up to the seductive woman and examined her for a moment: "Lucindra Lam?"

The seductive woman nodded slightly, "I am Lucindra Lam. Who might you be?"

In a calm voice, Carson Flores asked, "Is your father Broken Heaven Pathist?"

Lucindra Lam paused slightly, her gaze filled with doubt, "Only my master knows this. Who are you?"

Carson Flores casually replied, "Your master mentioned it. Do you want to live?"

Lucindra Lam’s eyes suddenly brightened, her gaze became excited, "Yes, I want to live! I’ll do anything as long as I can live!"

Carson Flores said calmly, "Wait here."

Having confirmed Lucindra Lam’s identity, Carson Flores returned to the hall.

Having come to find someone, Carson Flores had no other business, so after exchanging pleasantries with everyone, he bade farewell and departed.

The major forces within the hall all showed significant goodwill towards Carson Flores, including Book Sea Pavilion, which subtly indicated a wish to recruit him. However, Carson Flores had already expressed his intention to leave, closing off their approach.

Carson Flores pondered that they might not truly admire him much or genuinely appreciate him; their gratitude was merely in alignment with Arwenna, and recruiting him wasn’t aimed at him as a person but rather the favor owed.

With Lucindra Lam’s shackles unlocked, Carson Flores swiftly led her away from Spring God Palace.

Lucindra Lam followed obediently behind Carson Flores, eyes filled with joy and curiosity as she observed Carson Flores’s back, maintaining silence.

The duo left Spring God Palace far behind, walking until several tens of thousands of miles away before Carson Flores stopped and turned to face Lucindra Lam.

"Aren’t you curious?"

Lucindra Lam respectfully replied, "Since my benefactor has rescued me from the fire, of course, he will tell me the reason, so why should I hurry?"

Carson Flores smiled, "You really are patient. Alright, the matter is simple; I was entrusted by someone to bring him here to meet you."

Lucindra Lam’s eyes suddenly brightened, her gaze fervent, "Who is it? Is it related to my father?"

Carson Flores summoned the Ethereal Pagoda, then retrieved the Sun and Moon Dragon Chalice from the Space Ring.

Lucindra Lam exclaimed, "This is my father’s Life-bound Magic Treasure... Sun and Moon Dragon Chalice?"

Carson Flores laughed, "Senior, your daughter is now before you; come out and see her."

Lucindra Lam clapped her mouth with joy, exclaiming, "Is my father inside?"

"Lucindra!"

Broken Heaven Pathist’s excited voice came from the Sun and Moon Dragon Chalice: "My daughter, I finally see you!"

"Father! It’s really you!"

Lucindra Lam embraced the Sun and Moon Dragon Chalice, overwhelmed with emotion, "You’re not dead, you’re still alive! This is wonderful!"

Broken Heaven Pathist laughed, "Yes, I’m not dead. I’m holding on just to see you again!"

Lucindra Lam anxiously asked, "Father, are you alright, why can’t you come out?"

Broken Heaven Pathist smiled wryly, "My body was injured by the Thousand Demon Monarch, life force cut off, and even my Primordial Spirit severely damaged. Only the Sun and Moon Dragon Chalice is keeping my Primordial Spirit intact. I’ve been enduring so long just to return and see you again!"

Lucindra Lam asked, "Isn’t there a way to save you? You were hurt by the Thousand Demon Monarch; he must have a solution, right?"

Broken Heaven Pathist sighed, "He doesn’t have a way either. For me to survive, there’s only one method..."

Lucindra Lam eagerly asked, "What method? Father, tell me, I will definitely accomplish it to restore your health!"

Broken Heaven Pathist’s voice was filled with emotion, "Indeed, it must be my daughter. I didn’t endure and long to see you again in vain. Good, I’ll tell you the way... Carson Flores, could we have a private word?"

Carson Flores smiled, "Alright, you two speak."

Carson Flores stepped forward, disappearing from between the two and reappearing at the peak of a distant mountain.

Lucindra Lam quickly set up a sound barrier and hurriedly asked, "Father, you can tell me now; what method can restore you?"

Broken Heaven Pathist’s voice subtly changed, "My dear daughter, are you willing to give everything to save me?"
