"With Zane by my side, how could anything happen? I fear death, and if something really happens, I’ll run faster than anyone..."

Carson Flores hugged Shirley Miller, rubbed her head, and smiled, "But you, I’ve heard you’ve interrupted your cultivation to reach Quasi-Saint and rushed over. That’s a bit regrettable."

Shirley Miller lifted her head, her eyes brightly looking at Carson Flores: "I’ve already set one foot in; just missing a bit of opportunity, unrelated to cultivation improvement. Whether I stay in the Sea God Sect or come here, it makes no difference."

"Under the Immortal Emperor’s Summon Order, formations between Immortal Domains are activated, allowing direct traversal across Star Domains. I’ve come along to reunite with all of you and to save the journey; otherwise, if I were to travel alone later, who knows how many years would be delayed."

Shirley Miller explained her reasons for coming, eagerly asking, "Wasn’t Zane seriously injured and almost dying previously? Has she recovered?"

Carson Flores laughed heartily, "With me, the Son of Destiny around, of course, she’s recovered. Not only is she fully healed, but her strength has advanced to become a true Quasi-Saint, and she regained her youth, transforming into an unrivaled beauty..."

As Carson Flores said this, he suddenly noticed Shirley Miller’s expression turn a bit odd. Suddenly coming to his senses, he chuckled helplessly, "Wife, what’s with that look? Even if she’s now a peerless beauty, I regard her as an elder, and I wouldn’t dare have any other thoughts."

Shirley Miller was amused by Carson Flores’ words and felt she was being a bit "sensitive," giving him a playful slap on the chest, "You’re to blame for having so many examples before you."

With many women around Carson Flores, Shirley Miller naturally had the most right to say this. Carson Flores could only smile awkwardly, not daring to refute.

Shirley Miller wasn’t truly concerned either, and laughed, "You sound so smug, as if you’re doing pretty well over here."

Carson Flores laughed, "Indeed, I’ve gained a bit of fame here..."

Carson Flores briefly recounted his Bitter Sea Immortal Domain journey and experiences after arriving here, and Shirley Miller listened with brightening eyes.

"Husband, you’re amazing!"

"So impressive!"

He’s managed to reach a level protected by many Quasi-Saints, fearless of the Master of Path.

"Mary Jimenez, are you planning to go to the battlefield this time?"

"Hmm, having been the Sea God for so many years, absorbing a lot of their Will Power, now that I’m here, I might as well contribute."

Not waiting for Carson Flores to speak, Shirley Miller smiled, "Even though I’m not entirely a Quasi-Saint, I won’t be crushed or killed by a single move even when facing one, so you don’t need to worry about my safety. We’re a couple; we should fight side by side rather than having you protect me all the time, right?"

Carson Flores found no reason to refuse and could only seriously say, "On the battlefield, it’s a matter of life and death, you must not show any mercy or hesitate; otherwise, you’d be harming yourself."

Shirley Miller understood Carson Flores’ concern, as she hadn’t engaged in much combat or killing, possibly hesitating to strike decisively on the battlefield. She smiled, "Don’t worry, though I may not be as good as you, I won’t gamble with my life or sympathize with the enemy."

Carson Flores thought for a moment, "There should be some time before you go to the battlefield. Let’s see if there’s a chance to add you to my team so we can look after each other."

Shirley Miller smiled, "If it works, that’s great; if not, don’t force it."

Carson Flores lamented, "The position is too low; if I were a Squad Captain managing ten thousand people, supplementing the reserve positions each time would surely include all of you in my team."

Shirley Miller comforted, "Don’t burden yourself with everyone’s safety for the future. There’s a saying: Respect others’ destiny and let go of the need to help, or you’ll find yourself living very exhaustingly."

Carson Flores laughed heartily, "Alright, I’ll only care about those around me; others can live or die as they please — I have no feelings for them."

After pausing, he continued, "Stay here first and wait to enter the reserve. Once you’re in, if there’s an opening, I’ll be sure to bring you into my team right away."

Shirley Miller nodded, "How are they all?"

Carson Flores chuckled, "Come on, let’s go see them."

Carson Flores invoked the Ethereal Pagoda, a flash of Golden Light passed, and the two appeared on the mountain peak within the grand hall.

Within moments, figures appeared, and elegant silhouettes showed up inside the hall.

Samantha Tate’s eyes lit up upon seeing Shirley Miller, "Sis, you’ve finally arrived!"

Seeing everyone safe and sound, Shirley Miller’s face relaxed.

"Home!"

As Shirley Miller’s gaze swept over the group, she noticed two unfamiliar but beautiful women, one an unparalleled beauty, the other charming and alluring.

"These must be Snow Zane and the Broken Heaven Pathist who seized the daughter’s body, right?"

Truly a flawless beauty, drop-dead gorgeous...
