Chapter 92: Chapter - 92 - A Night That Broke Walls [R18]
Lucien and Xandra entered her house. The door clicked shut behind them, sealing away the prying eyes of the village. The familiar scents of home—dried herbs hanging from the rafters, the faint smokiness of the hearth, the subtle sweetness of dried flowers—wrapped around them like a worn blanket. Xandra could feel Lucien’s hand resting at her rear and squeezing them—firm, deliberate, possessive. It wasn’t as though she disliked it. In truth, she had missed this.
The warmth of his touch sent familiar shivers cascading down her spine, memories of encounters past flooding back with vivid clarity—the weight of his body, the low timbre of his voice against her skin, the way he had looked at her as though she were the only creature in existence. Every nerve in her body awakened beneath his palm, and she found herself leaning into him instinctively, her body remembering what her mind had tried so hard to forget.
"L-Lord Lucien, where do you think your ring might be?" Xandra asked, her voice carrying a breathless quality she couldn’t quite hide. Her fingers fidgeted with the hem of her sleeve, a nervous habit she’d never managed to break.
Lucien had told her he’d lost his ring, perhaps somewhere in her house. Somewhere deep inside, she knew it was nothing but an excuse—a flimsy pretense to be alone with her. And she didn’t mind. Not in the slightest.
Lucien stepped closer, his presence overwhelming in the small space. The scent of him—something earthy and dark, like thunder before a storm—filled her senses, intoxicating and familiar all at once.
"I believe I told you not to call me that," he murmured, his breath warm against her ear.
"B-But it’s embarrassing if I don’t add ’Lord’ in front of other people," Xandra protested, a deep blush coloring her cheeks. She could feel the heat radiating from her face, spreading down her neck like wildfire.
"Then simply call me Lucien when we are alone." He leaned in, his lips hovering tantalizingly close to hers. "How about you try it?"
Xandra’s heart hammered against her ribs.
"Lucien... where did you drop your ring?" she managed, her face burning crimson.
Lucien’s hand slid down in her robes, pulling her closer deliberately. Xandra gasped softly, her nervousness giving way to a smile.
"Perhaps it’s here. I need to take a proper look."
"Then please... explore as much as you can," Xandra replied, a smile breaking through her shyness—newfound confidence sparkling in her eyes. She was tired of being the timid girl who blushed at every glance. With him, she wanted to be bold.
Lucien drew her closer, and their lips met.
The sounds that followed were swallowed by the empty house, unheard by anyone in the village. Their playful search for the missing ring was forgotten almost immediately as the distance between them disappeared.
Their energies began to stir, yin and yang reaching for one another, a subtle pull that grew stronger with every passing moment.
Before she realized it, there was no stopping what had begun.
"My lord, perhaps it’s time to fill my core with your energy. I can’t wait anymore," Xandra breathed, her fingers resting against his shoulders.
It was difficult to recognize her as the same shy girl—she wasn’t shy anymore. The transformation was complete, and she reveled in it.
"Yes, I can’t wait to increase your cultivation," Lucien replied, his voice low and rough with desire.
She kissed him again, and Lucien kissed back, his tongue inside her mouth and sucking her as if he would make her mouth dry—the only distance they had was their clothing. Lucien grabbed her rear with both of his hands and pulled her closer while kissing. When Lucien left her, her mouth was dry from the kissing, her body warm, heat was surging from her body.
She came closer again, kissing Lucien on his beautiful face. He was kissing her on her neck. If this dual cultivation became successful, she would have a breakthrough that would increase her cultivation by folds. Xandra started going down, kissing him—face to neck to his bare chest. She ripped his clothes; she knew someone as rich as Lucien would never say anything. She removed everything that Lucien was wearing. Before she knew it, she saw what would transfer astral energy inside of her—his tool, his weapon, thick.
It was her first time, but dual cultivation is second nature for a realm master. She took his weapon and used her mouth to take his essence as deep as she could. Lucien decided to help her; he grabbed her head and made it as deep as possible. It was in her throat, and then Lucien didn’t stop. She was opening her mouth as wide as she could. After those thrusts, Lucien didn’t want to give his essence that easily—dual cultivation is like a duel, it’s like a fight with love. But when Lucien saw her giving everything she could, he gave his essence as deep as he could, filling her mouth and stomach. She felt the surge of power and her astral pool became stronger and bigger. She ripped her clothes that she was wearing and immediately kissed his chest. "Lucien, my lord, fill my core," said Xandra.
Lucien didn’t waste a single second and took her in his arms, her body straight, his face touching her stomach. Then he moved her more upward until his mouth could reach her core. Lucien wanted to taste her core. As soon as his tongue reached inside her warm core, she felt a surge—not being able to withstand it, she immediately grabbed Lucien’s long hair, which made his head push his tongue deeper. Her core immediately leaked her energy. Lucien felt that; he then dropped her—not completely, but only a little enough to face her, but her legs were still in the air on his arms.
"Seems like your core is ready," said Lucien with a smile. Her face was red but she knew that she enjoyed that tasting of her core. Lucien used his weapon to touch her core. He entered inside her—first it was half, then he pushed it in immediately. Something was blocking him but got teared down. She felt an electric signal on her body and locked Lucien with her leg.
"Should we start?" asked Lucien. She was panting and said, "Yesh..." It sounded cute and hot to Lucien. Then thrusting began—it was slow first. Lucien wanted her to get used to it, but then she grabbed Lucien like an animal grabbing her food. She was in the air, her back against the wall, and they both were using their astral energy, so each thrust became inhumane, touching her core’s deepest parts. Lucien and Xandra were thrusting each other so hard that the wall started to crack.
When he heard it, he took her to the bed, bent her over, knees on the floor, and grabbed her hips and started thrusting over. "This... is my first essence for you," said Lucien. "Yes, my lord, give it to me, I want it inside," said Xandra, trying to manage her voice—even speaking was hard with each thrust. Lucien started to give his essence inside of her and he made sure that he went as deep as possible. When Lucien was filling her, Xandra felt everything—she felt warmness, a new surge of power. For a few moments Lucien didn’t take out his weapon from her core and it felt incredible.
"Did you have a breakthrough?" asked Lucien.
"Yessss," said Xandra.
"Don’t worry, this was just first, the night is young," said Lucien, and he kissed her again. Lucien and Xandra didn’t stop after that. Lucien was rewriting the memory of her house in her mind; whenever she would see the house and its corners, walls, furniture, she’d remember this night. Lucien took her in every possible position—sometimes on the floor like a dog, sometimes spreading her legs, sometimes on the wall, and sometimes on the table and furniture. There was no stopping. Xandra’s core reshaped into his weapon.
She was a realm master as well, but her stamina was less compared to Lucien. At some point they didn’t care about anything. Lucien bent her over toward the wall and thrusted her, then pulled her leg upwards—she was on support of the wall, but then the wall broke. But they didn’t stop. Lucien grabbed her leg and took her to the bed while still buried inside her in that position. After many breakthroughs, the bed couldn’t handle it either—it broke. Everything in that house became a mess, but they were not getting enough of each other. There was no stopping. She didn’t care if Verek saw her; she didn’t care if the whole village saw her. Whenever Lucien filled her with his essence, she would be dripping down. She got addicted to that feeling.
When they finally stopped, it was already the next afternoon.
They hadn’t realized more than twelve hours had passed, but it didn’t matter. They had no one to answer to.
The room had a smell of their bodies, their energies flowing in the room. Xandra’s core was overflowing and she was panting. Now her strength was unmatchable as compared to before.
"How many breakthroughs did you have?" Lucien asked.
Xandra rested beside him, her arms wrapped around him, her hair slightly disheveled and her breathing slow and content.
"A lot..." She paused, testing her body’s limits. "I don’t think I’ll be moving around much for days. But I’m glad I had a breakthrough because of my lord." She caught herself and winced.
"What did I tell you earlier?" Lucien teased, a smile playing on his lips.
"Lucien," she corrected herself without a trace of shyness. The name felt natural on her tongue now—intimate and right.
She continued, "That was the best night of my life—and day, since it’s noon now." A satisfied smile curved her lips.
"Lucien, are you going back to your estate?" Xandra asked after a long moment of comfortable silence. She knew he couldn’t stay here forever. She wanted to go with him—desperately—but she had to cultivate and strengthen her forsaken divinity powers to become useful to him. During the recent battles, she had been the only one absent from the battlefield, and the guilt had weighed heavily on her. Every night, she had lain awake imagining what might have happened if Lucien had fallen while she was safe in her village.
"Yes, I’ll have to return." Lucien’s voice was gentle but firm. "But remember—you must cultivate and become as strong as you can, so you can protect what you love."
For Lucien, he was referring to her village. He knew how she had gone beyond her limits to save it, how she had sacrificed and bled for these people. But Xandra’s priorities had shifted. Now, the only one she loved was Lucien. Before him, her duty had been to her village. Now, she would do anything just to be with him. Anything.
"Lucien, will you take me away from here once I’m strong enough?" Xandra asked, lifting her head to meet his eyes.
"Yes, I will." He reached up to brush a strand of hair from her face. "For now, this is the safest place for you—even my own estate isn’t safe. You have to grow stronger. Take this." Lucien produced an echo crystal from his void and placed it in her hand. It pulsed with a soft, blue light.
"You can contact me anytime you wish. And if you’re ever in danger, I’ll come to you as fast as possible." His thumb brushed across her knuckles. "No matter where I am. No matter what I’m doing. I will come."
Xandra clutched the crystal to her chest as if it were the most precious thing in the world. "I’ll become strong enough to stand beside you. I promise."
A few hours later, Lucien’s carriage stood ready for departure. The horses stamped impatiently, their breath misting in the cool air. Everyone had gathered to see him off.
Lucien and Xandra emerged from the house together. Xandra walked beside him, her cheeks still faintly flushed from the emotional farewell. The damaged walls and scattered furniture inside her house told their own story, but no one held it against them. If anything, there was a certain respect in their eyes. Xandra had caught the attention of a noble realm master, and that was no small thing.
Lucien walked toward the carriage while Xandra stood at its side. Almost all the villagers were present—except Verek.
"Isalyn, take care of Xandra and this village," Lucien said, embracing her. Isalyn stiffened for a moment before returning the embrace, her arms wrapping around him with a fierceness that spoke of unspoken feelings.
"I will, my lord," Isalyn replied, her voice steady despite the conflict in her eyes. "You have my word."
"Nyxara and Kraul’vun, take care of your respective cities. Make sure to help each other and make this place as powerful and prosperous as you can," Lucien ordered.
Both commanders bowed deeply.
"As you command," Nyxara said, her silver eyes gleaming with determination.
Kraul’vun nodded, his massive form casting a long shadow. "We will not fail you."
At last, Lucien approached Lady Arianwen, the archbishop of the cathedral. He hugged her—quickly, catching her off guard. She hadn’t expected such familiarity from him, not in front of everyone. Her body tensed, then relaxed into the embrace.
Lucien spoke in a voice so low only she could hear.
"And make sure to help your demonic friends."
Arianwen’s eyes widened in shock.
"How did you find out?" she whispered, still held in his embrace. Her heart pounded—if he exposed her, everything she had built would crumble.
"That you’re from a demonic realm? That was easy." He pulled back just enough to meet her gaze. "Why not try entering my astral pool and see my physique for yourself?"
Arianwen immediately touched Lucien’s back and sensed it—an Abyssal Demonic Buddha Physique. The energy radiating from him was unmistakable, ancient and powerful. Relief washed over her like a tidal wave. He himself was a demonic realm master.
When she realized Lucien’s commanders were Nyxara and Kraul’vun—figures she had read about in books during her time in the demonic realm, legends whispered in the dark corners of demon society—she felt immediate respect for him. She was from the demonic realm, but she was not as strong as them. Just as in the human realm, not everyone was as powerful as Lucien. She was a survivor, not a conqueror.
Lucien asked only one question:
"Can I trust you to take care of my people?"
Arianwen answered without hesitation.
"Yes, my lord." There was no waver in her voice, no doubt in her heart.
"Good. Then I’ll see you again when I feel like it," Lucien said, releasing her.
Isalyn watched the interaction from a distance, a pang of jealousy stirring within her. She hadn’t heard the conversation—the words were for Arianwen alone—but their prolonged embrace made her uneasy. Something was happening between them, something she didn’t understand. Her hands clenched at her sides.
As Lucien was about to enter the carriage, Xandra stepped forward and hugged him in front of all the villagers—then kissed him. It wasn’t a chaste farewell kiss. It was deep and desperate and full of promise. Lucien was caught off guard but reciprocated without hesitation, his hand squeezing her rear.
"Woah, chill out. Was last night not enough for you two?" Celbeth teased from inside the carriage, her voice carrying a note of genuine amusement.
Xandra turned crimson with embarrassment, burying her face in Lucien’s chest for a moment before stepping back.
"Come back to me," she whispered.
"Always," Lucien replied.
He entered the carriage, waving farewell. Xandra’s eyes grew wet, but she knew this was necessary. She would become the strongest to fight alongside Lucien—that was her new goal now. The echo crystal was warm against her chest, a constant reminder of his promise.
A hand came to rest on her shoulder. It was Isalyn.
"Xandra, it’s time to start your training. From now on, you’ll live in the cathedral," Isalyn said, her voice softer than usual.
"Yes, my lady," Xandra replied immediately, wiping her eyes.
Isalyn studied her for a long moment.
"He cares for you. I can see it." She paused. "That’s rare, for someone like him."
Xandra nodded, unable to speak. The tears threatened to return.
"Don’t waste it," Isalyn said, and there was something in her voice—envy, perhaps, or regret. "Now come. Your training begins at dawn."
Lucien sat in his carriage, a little bored. The landscape rolled past the window, endless fields and forests stretching toward the horizon.
"You seem bored with me. Why? did that Xandra take all of your essence? Hahaha," Celbeth laughed, lounging across from him with an easy grace.
"Do you really think you can handle me? You know I’m an early Abyss Core realm master," Lucien said with a smirk.
"Wh-What? Abyss Core?" Celbeth’s shock was evident—her eyes went wide, her mouth falling open. Then she immediately launched herself at him, hugging him tightly, overwhelmed with happiness.
"You breakthrough? When? How? Why didn’t you tell me?"
"Why didn’t I tell you? I was planning on hiding it, but I can tell you. You’re the first I’ve told about this." He paused, letting the weight of the confession settle. "Besides..." He leaned closer to her ear, his voice dropping to a murmur. "Don’t you think it’s time for your... breakthrough?"
She pushed him back, laughing nervously.
"If you tease me like that, I don’t think this carriage will survive it."
"Oh, yeah. I have a question—why were you looking for me last night?" Lucien asked, settling back into his seat.
"How did you know?" Celbeth’s eyebrows rose.
"I know you were watching from the roof. Do you really think I can’t tell how many people are around me without even seeing them? And Verek was there with you." He tilted his head, studying her reaction. "So... did he enjoy the show? Seeing his lover?"
"Haha, lover." Celbeth’s laugh was bitter. "It was one-sided on his part. And no lover leaves their love to die—realm master or not. He was crying. After watching for half an hour, he left. He was nowhere to be found." She shook her head. "I looked for him, but he’d vanished. Probably off licking his wounds somewhere."
"Yeah, not like I care." Lucien waved a hand dismissively. "So tell me, what is it?"
"I got a message from Evelyn. Remember Annie from the Trial of Imperial Succession? She’s looking for you." Celbeth’s tone shifted, becoming more serious.
"Why?" Lucien asked, his interest piqued.
"Perhaps Prince Andrin has escaped from prison, and they want your help," Celbeth said, meeting his eyes. "The message was urgent. Whatever’s happening, it’s big."
Lucien was silent for a long moment, staring out the window at the passing landscape.
"Prince Andrin... that fool. What has he done now?"
