The Mage's 5 Fated Alphas (BL)
Chapter 121: Flame Phoenix Spirit 2
His wolf heart was wounded sharply.
He swore he would never want to get hard in his wolf form.
He now understood why Rio hadn’t let Moon see his face when he fucked him inside the witch’s cavern.
That was because Rio had already been in his suppressed wolf form.
He had already been evolving back then.
And Rio had fully awakened during the mating that night.
Nox and Rio had to leave Moon there because Rio’s form was unstable, and Nox was afraid he would hurt Moon.
Though it left Moon with long-lasting pain and heartache, it was still better than seeing a wolf fucking him from behind.
That was what Rio believed.
Axe looked at Moon, who was massaging his own wrist and sitting, leaning against the bed, and sighed.
Would he ever be able to love them from the heart?
Leo, still in giant wolf form, let out a low rumble.
He had calmed down. His amber eyes were still hazy, but the pure lust had faded.
He lowered his head and gently nudged Moon’s shoulder with his nose, as if apologizing in the only way he could.
Moon’s heart softened despite everything.
He lifted a hand and stroked the thick crimson fur between the wolf’s ears.
Axe finally loosened the net a little, but he did not let the spirit go free.
"You. Start talking. What is this place, and how do we claim it?"
The little spirit rubbed its tiny wrists and put on an aggrieved expression.
"This is the bridal chamber of the Hidden Flaming Garden. And of course I built it for my disciple to inherit my great vigor... no! My great wisdom. Ahem, ahem, ahem."
Axe stared at it without a word.
Moon asked this time, "Can you take Leo as your disciple? He has fire affinity."
"He can indeed take my inheritance, but he is not a phoenix. He is a wolf," the spirit hesitated.
"Must it be a phoenix?" Moon asked.
"Not really... okay. Since I like his vi... No! Wisdom. I will give this place to him."
"Does he need a contract with this place?" Moon asked again.
"He can’t. He is not an immortal. But as his mate, you can. I see you have an immortal core inside you."
Moon smiled.
He had already guessed the place would be handed over to him even without asking.
He now had a feeling this was something pre-planned, and these spirits were simply following the arrangement. Or deliberately putting on an act.
So if his guess was correct, he would soon get calls from the others as well.
Axe still looked suspicious. "And you? What happens to you?"
The little spirit grinned, showing two tiny sharp teeth.
"I am bound to this place. Wherever the master goes, I go. From now on, I am your personal chamber spirit. You can call me Xiao Hong. Don’t worry, I won’t put aphrodisiac in your rooms again... unless you ask for it."
It winked at Moon in a way that was far too lewd for something so small.
It then went out and came back with a crystal flame flower and placed it beside Moon.
"You can form the contract with this."
Moon didn’t waste time.
He dripped his blood onto the flower and formed the contract.
He leaned back against the soft bed, one hand still buried in Leo’s thick fur, and finally let himself breathe.
"Xiao Hong, aren’t you going to show us your true form?" he asked with a small smile.
The little spirit froze for a moment, then grinned.
"Indeed. There is nothing left to hide."
It flew outside and shouted once, "Let’s see the great-great-great ancient empress Xiao Hong’s divine beauty!"
A bright red light exploded from the tiny body.
The plump bug-like form stretched and expanded. First came the cry of a phoenix—clear, sharp, and full of ancient pride.
Flames burst outward, forming a pair of enormous wings made of pure fire.
For a few seconds, a majestic fire phoenix hovered in the garden, its feathers glowing gold and crimson, eyes sharp and arrogant. It took a full swing over the place. Flying like a fiery goddess.
Then the flames folded inward.
When the light faded, a young woman stood in the middle of the garden.
She looked around seventeen or eighteen.
Her long hair was the color of red and waved. Her skin was fair with a faint rosy glow.
She wore a thin red dress that clung to a soft, full figure, and her eyes still held the same mischievous, lewd spark as before.
A small flame mark glowed between her brows.
Axe’s mouth fell open.
Moon’s eyes widened slightly.
A girl?
They had never thought it was a girl. Not to mention so young one.
Xiao Hong came inside the chamber, put one hand on her hip, and lifted her chin.
"What? Never seen a proper fire phoenix deity before?
She walked closer, bare feet silent on the carpet, and looked Moon up and down with open interest.
"Mm. Not bad. At least my new disciple’s Dao partner is good-looking. And the big wolf is also handsome when he’s not trying to mount people."
Axe finally found his voice. "You... you’re a woman?"
Xiao Hong rolled her eyes.
"Of course I’m a woman. What did you think? That all chamber spirits are sexless little bugs? Tsk. Mortals these days have no imagination."
She snapped her fingers.
A soft red cushion appeared behind her, and she sat down elegantly, crossing one leg over the other.

"Anyway. The Hidden Flaming Garden is now under your name, little immortal. The fire vein, the orchid garden, the lava river, everything. But let’s be honest, you still need to find my original flame essence to fully revive me. Or else this entire place will burn down sooner or later."
Moon still looked a bit dazed, but he nodded slowly.
He had already expected something like this. Lupine needed something in return.
