Chapter 90: Jealous Nox (Mild18+ Ugo x Moon)

  • Next Chapter

"Damn it, let me rest," Nox cursed.

Nox crouched on the high wall of the courtyard, eyes narrowed sharply.

This had been happening for a while.

He was initially relaxed on guard. He knew Moon had planted many illusions along the way, and those two packs had little chance of finding them here.

Nevertheless, even if Moon himself believed in his mere, small, basic tricks, Nox’s belief in Moon was unbreakable and solid.

Shht! Shhhhht... srrsss...

Something rustled behind the bushes again.

Nox tensed, his hand already on the hilt of his short blade tucked inside his sash.

"Damn it, come out," he muttered under his breath.

Another soft scuttle.

He dropped down silently and stalked closer.

The only reason he hadn’t checked the bush until now was that he didn’t want to leave the perimeter unmonitored while Moon meditated.

And what if it was an ambush?

Wouldn’t he hand Moon right over to them as soon as he left the boundary wall?

In the end, he could not tolerate the mischievous movement in the bush any longer.

So when he saw Ugo come out and take Moon inside, he decided to check out the cause of trouble in the bush.

Nox was worried a little, since Ugo carried Moon inside—and from his side, it looked like Moon had some difficulty, or maybe he had fallen asleep.

Nox felt a slight, uneasy tremor in his stomach.

He could not pinpoint why, but his always-smiling face gradually became somber.

He looked over his shoulder at the two retreating figures going inside.

And his mood was not so good anymore.

"Damn it all," he cursed for the third time and slowly jumped down on the other side of the wall.

Just as he was near the bush and was lifting his hand holding a knife, a small, fluffy thing with oversized ears and a bushy tail poked its head out from under a withered shrub.

Then another.

And another.

Three little mountain Alpine red squirrels.

He had seen them when they were descending the mountain. They were running and sprinting all over the snow and bushes.

Nox’s shoulders dropped.

He was worried for nothing. He gritted his teeth and swore at the bush.

"You little shits..." he pounced on the bush with a leap and grinned, "I will make you stew."

But the red squirrels were equally fast in jumping, just like Nox, or even better.

The biggest one squeaked and darted left.

The other two scattered in opposite directions.

Nox cursed again and lunged.

With that, the squirrels ran and sprinted even faster.

They jumped on the bush, on the lower tree bark, and the wall.

Nox’s forehead vein pulsed seeing this.

The more he couldn’t catch one, the more he got irritated and angry.

He chased the first one across the open yard, to the well, and to the backyard. The beast zigzagged under a wooden bench.

He dove, his fingers missing the catch and just brushing soft fur as it slipped free and scrambled up a post.

In his rage, Nox even forgot he could have just shot a poison dart or thrown his knife to stab it down.

He was exceptionally good at hunting.

He could easily throw a wooden needle or dart to catch them. But he was determined to catch them alive and scare the squirrel out of its mind.

That would be the most effective revenge for his entire time of tension.

At last, near the backyard and the central room corner, he managed to catch one, and shouted to another who was looking at his arm holding his mate,

"Get back here—"

He wanted to go after the second one.

But just as he was about to move, he heard a soft, broken gasp.

Then a low moan, muffled by the walls but still clear enough to freeze him mid-step.

"...ah—uhng..."

Nox’s ears burned hot.

He stopped there motionless, one foot still raised.

Another wet sound drifted out from the closed door.

Then a deeper groan that Nox knew very well belonged to Ugo.

Nox’s face went rigid.

He slowly turned his head away, his jaw clenched so tight that it was aching. But not more than his throbbing heart.

His chest was tightening in a way that made him feel suffocated.

"Just another night..." he mumbled through his teeth.

His hand suddenly felt like no bone was there, and he really wanted to sit right there.

In his momentary distraction, the little squirrel slipped from his arm and ran to a corner.

All three of them scrambled up the far wall and vanished into the night, their tails flicking like they were laughing at him.

Nox stayed rooted for a long second.

Then he muttered a string of quiet curses, turned on his heel, and walked back to the wall like he heard nothing.

"Just..." he mumbled as he sat on the wall, shaking his head as he tried to dispel his tiredness.

"Yes, just..." he mumbled.

"Fuck, it’s not just... they are mating."

He swore at last.

And hacked his knife at the distant bush, not caring if there was anything there or not. "Damn Ugo, traitor."

"Okay, just one night..." he crossed his hands around his knees and hid his face in them.

As he curled up against the wall, as if he would fall any time soon, he murmured as if telling himself, "It’s... nothing. Just another season."

"We have had plenty, just that..."

"Damn, Ugo... you."

In the winter night, his soft curse could just reach the closed door.

But not inside.

Inside, there was no room to hear a childish curse or any grievance for leaving a man out in the cold.

There was only the burn of passion.

And the burn of the pain.

Maybe the burn of the memories too.

The memories Moon didn’t want to remember. And the memories Ugo wanted to erase from Moon’s mind.

As Ugo pressed Moon down, his hot body touched Moon’s chest, and he kissed Moon without restraint anymore.

For the first time, Moon’s thoughts about Ugo wavered.

His pupils dilated, and his body went limp from the aggressive sucking and kissing.

Moon’s mind went blank for a moment.

He always thought Ugo was a gentle person, and that he was not like Leo or Rio, or Axe and Nox, whose minds were always filled with insatiable passion and lust.

But this part of Ugo really startled him.

Regardless, he loved this aggressiveness.

He embraced it.

Not for any other reason, but because this suffocating feeling was making him so dizzy and drunken that he even forgot about his name, not to mention his pain from the deception.

Moon’s fingers dug into Ugo’s shoulders as their mouths pasted together.

The kiss was messy.

Wet.

Full of lust and a dripping sensation.

Ugo growled low against his lips.

His hands shoved Moon’s shirt up without care. Cool air hit bare skin for half a second before Ugo’s mouth followed.

"Mmph—!"

Moon arched hard when Ugo’s tongue dragged over his nipple.

Ugo sucked hard, his teeth grazing the peak.

"Fuck... Ugo..."

Ugo chuckled, "Wait a little."

"I didn’t mean it."

"You meant fuck you."

"No..." Moon snapped.

"Then, enter your hole?"

"No... fuck."

"Yes, shoving my cock?" Ugo mumbled and bit on Moon’s collarbone.

"...Ah—uhng..."

Moon’s body shivered in pain and pleasure.

Ugo only hummed and switched to the nipple, biting down enough to make Moon’s hips jerk up.

Their cocks rubbed through the trousers.
