Two Divine Mothers had volunteered. That was decent, as far as oooo—— was concerned. The rest of the Divine Mother council praised them with words while secretly sneering at their idealistic sisters.

Most of them didn't expect them to be able to kill the Emperor of Water. No, it would be more accurate to say that they hoped that they wouldn't be able to. After all, the death of the Emperor of Water would mean that they wouldn't be able to get access to his method.

To them, this was already around ninety percent of the motivation for the conflict with human civilization. Certainly, they cared that three of their sisters were dead. It was not pleasant to see so few of their fellow Divine Mothers be whittled down in numbers in such a short span by one person.

There was also anger at his insolence. A being from such a primitive civilization had managed to kill three of their sisters was an affront. It didn't matter if he was an Administrator as well. They certainly would also relish the destruction of this impertinent civilization.

However, the ability to Administrate the universe without consequence was the jackpot. It was the miracle that they had dreamed of for eons. In the face of such an extraordinary reward, even the death of half their Divine Mothers was not necessarily unacceptable, as long as they were part of the surviving half, of course.

After all, once they had overcome the price of Administration, their strategic power would multiply by an order of magnitude. They would be able to crush both the aquadites and the dessandrites at once, since their Administrators didn't have the ability to overcome the price of Administration.

As the two volunteering Divine Mothers retreated from the meeting to prepare, the rest of the Divine Mothers had already decided to remain on standby and pay extremely close attention to the battle that was undoubtedly about to ensue.

The best-case scenario would be that the two sisters brought the Emperor of Water near death, where they could jump in and intervene. The Divine Mother that the insolent Transcendent had attacked, Divine Mother o-ooooo, was also a mental specialist, so she would undoubtedly have the opportunity to extract his secrets.

Not only would they be able to get rid of this threat, but they would also be able to get what they had sought for so long.

'I did warn him that there would be reinforcements,' she mused as she logged out of the meeting, immediately tapping into the live surveillance feed of the battle, before frowning.

Far away in the Colton Star System of the Fallen Rain Cell, Rui's ethereal eyes lit up as he studied the memories of the Divine Mother. He did this while she vainly thrashed against him. His hand was still impaling her body like a skewer. He ignored her temper tantrums. His verse was stronger. His body was stronger despite the fact that her body was packed with Transcendent esoteric bioengineering.

Her mental manipulation might have forced him to defend himself under ordinary circumstances, but Dwight proved his extraordinary creation power with how well the Armor of Flowing Wisdom could resist her attempts at trying to access the integrated information of his conscious mind. Rui only had to mildly apply his Martialverse to the armor to amplify its adaptive evolution capabilities.

His focus was on the memories he scoured in her mind. With an active mind, he was able to create a SOUL model based on the neural activity correlation analysis. Most of the information that he found in her mind was things that weren't of great interest to him.

She had a lot of memories of copulation, which Rui was most certainly not interested in. She had a lot of classified and confidential information that o-o-o-o didn't. O-o-o-o had spent many years away from the Arakai Web Civilization's mainland. She was out of the loop on some of the more recent paradigm shifts.

It explained why he had been caught so off-guard by the abundance of prothanite in their war fleets. She had departed from the mainland before the arakai cracked widespread mass production of this substance millennia ago.

He gathered all the strategic information he could grasp until he stumbled upon a topic that drew his attention.

That was how Divine Mother o-ooooo labeled it in her mind when translated. His ethereal eyes lit up with interest, digging deeper into her memories. From what he understood, the Arakai Web Civilization shouldn't have been able to access the Galactic Core that easily.

After all, the Orion Star Strand was sort of an offshoot star strand between the other spiral arms of the Milky Way. There was no direct path to the galactic core. Yet, this Divine Mother seemed to have memories of it nonetheless.

What he saw in those memories blew his mind away.

The galactic core of the Milky Way in her memories was perhaps the most calamitous phenomenon he had ever seen in his entire life. Sagittarius A* was the largest black hole he had ever seen, towering above the o-ooooo in her memories like a cosmic tyrant of extraordinary proportions.
