Victoria grabbed Daemon’s hand and pulled him forward with sudden urgency, her fingers lacing through his as she led him into the forest.

the same dense woodland where, just hours before, they had fought side by side against the corrupted creatures. Now the night had transformed it into something else entirely.

a hidden world of shadow and silver light, where the thick surrounding trees created walls of privacy and the forest floor beneath their feet was carpeted in soft moss and grass.

When they reached the clearing,Victoria finally stopped. The space opened before them like a secret room carved from the wilderness, the smooth green platform of moss-covered earth glowing faintly in the moonlight.

Ancient trees ringed them on all sides, their branches forming a natural cathedral overhead.

Daemon studied her face, searching her expression in the pale light. "Victoria," he said softly, his thumb brushing across her knuckles. "Are you sure about this?

If you want, we can go back to town. Book a hotel room. Somewhere with an actual bed and"

"No." Victoria shook her head, her voice firm despite the flutter of nerves in her chest. She turned to face him fully, her free hand coming up to rest against his chest.

"I want it to be here. Right here, right now."

A slow smile spread across Daemon’s face, genuine pleasure lighting his features. "Then I’m more than happy to oblige," he murmured, pulling her closer. "I was hoping you’d say that."

The forest seemed to hold its breath around them. The bright full moon hung directly overhead, its silver light streaming through gaps in the canopy and painting everything in shades of pearl and shadow.

The cool night breeze whispered through the leaves, creating a soft rustling symphony accompanied by the distant chirping of crickets and the occasional call of a night bird.

The clearing felt like a world unto itself quiet, sacred, utterly private.

Victoria felt the moonlight on her skin like a caress, saw it reflected in Daemon’s dark eyes as he gazed at her.

At first, the familiar shyness crept over her. Victoria felt her cheeks grow warm, a blush spreading across her face as the reality of what they were about to do settled over her.

She found herself avoiding Daemon’s gaze, her fingers nervously playing with the edge of her shirt.

She glanced up at him, then quickly looked away, her heart beginning to beat faster in her chest.

But as the moments passed and Daemon simply stood there, patient and steady, his hand warm in hers, something shifted.

The nervousness didn’t disappear entirely, but it transformed into something else anticipation, desire, Her eyes softened as she looked at him again, and this time she didn’t look away.

A gentle smile curved her lips. She stepped closer, closing the small distance between them, and lifted her hand to rest it against his chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat beneath her palm.

"There she is," Daemon whispered, his own expression transforming as he looked at her.

His expression softened completely, his gaze lingering on her face as though he were memorizing every detail.

He reached for her other hand, his fingers intertwining with hers, and his eyes reflected the moonlight like mirrors as he pulled her even closer.

"We’ve done this before," he murmured, his voice low and intimate. "So many times. Why are you so shy tonight?"

Victoria laughed softly, the sound like music in the quiet clearing. "I don’t know," she admitted, her smile widening. "Maybe it’s this place. This moment. Everything feels... different. Special."

"It is special," Daemon agreed, and then he leaned down and kissed her.

It started gentle a tender brush of lips under the moonlight, sweet and questioning. But Victoria responded immediately, her mouth opening beneath his, and the kiss deepened.

What had been gentle became fierce, passionate, a sudden ignition of the desire that had been building between them all evening.

Daemon’s hands came up to frame her face, his fingers sliding into her hair, and Victoria pressed herself against him, her arms winding around his neck.

When they finally broke apart, both breathing hard, Victoria’s hands went to the hem of Daemon’s shirt. She pulled it up and over his head in one smooth motion, tossing it aside without care.

Daemon’s hands found the buttons of her blouse, his fingers working them open with practiced ease, and soon her clothing joined his on the forest floor.

They came together again, kissing hungrily, hands exploring newly bared skin as more garments fell away her bra, his belt, her pants, his boots until finally they stood before each other completely naked in the moonlight.

The romantic tenderness of the first half of the evening gave way to something rawer, more primal.

Victoria felt the shift in herself, felt the wild, uninhibited part of her nature rising to the surface. She wanted him wanted this with an intensity that made her bold.

"I need you," she breathed against his mouth. "Now, Daemon. I need you now."

Daemon groaned, "Victoria—"

He pulled her down onto the soft moss, the cool earth beneath them a stark contrast to the heat of their bodies.

Victoria straddled him immediately, taking control, her hands braced on his chest as she positioned herself above him. When she sank down onto his length, they both gasped, the sensation overwhelming and perfect.

"God, Victoria," Daemon groaned, his hands gripping her hips as she began to move.

She rode him with abandon, her head falling back as pleasure coursed through her. The moonlight painted her skin silver, and Daemon watched her with something like awe in his eyes.

She moved faster, harder, chasing the building pressure inside her, and when her first orgasm crashed over her, she cried out into the night, her voice echoing through the trees.

But she wasn’t finished. Not even close.

"More," she panted, and Daemon was more than willing to oblige.

He rolled them over, pressing her back into the moss, and hooked her legs over his shoulders. The new angle made her gasp, made her clutch at his arms as he thrust into her with deep, powerful strokes. The intensity built again, faster this time, and Victoria felt herself climbing toward another peak.

"Yes," she moaned. "Yes, just like that don’t stop"

Daemon didn’t stop. He drove into her relentlessly, his own breathing ragged, and when she came again, her inner walls clenching around him, he groaned her name like a prayer.

They shifted again, Victoria turning onto her hands and knees, presenting herself to him with shameless desire.

Daemon’s hands gripped her hips as he entered her from behind, the position allowing him to go even deeper. Victoria pushed back against him, meeting each thrust, her fingers digging into the earth beneath her.

"Harder," she demanded, her voice rough with need. "I want it harder."

Daemon complied, his hips snapping forward with increased force, the sound of skin meeting skin mixing with their moans and the ambient sounds of the forest. Victoria felt wild, untamed, completely free in a way she’d never experienced before.

This was what she wanted, what she needed the raw, intense connection, the pleasure that bordered on overwhelming.

Each position brought new sensations, new heights of pleasure. Victoria lost count of how many times she came, her body trembling and oversensitive but still craving more.

And through it all, Daemon was with her, matching her intensity, giving her everything she asked for and more.

Finally, when they were both slick with sweat and trembling with exhaustion, Daemon pulled her close, her back to his chest, and thrust into her with deep, deliberate strokes.

Victoria felt him swelling inside her, felt his rhythm becoming erratic, and she knew he was close.

"Come inside me," she whispered, reaching back to tangle her fingers in his hair. "I want to feel it."

With a guttural groan, Daemon buried himself deep and came, his release pulsing into her in hot waves.

Victoria moaned at the sensation, her own body shuddering with one final, gentle climax as she felt him fill her.

They collapsed together onto the moss, both breathing hard, their bodies still joined. Daemon wrapped his arms around her, pressing kisses to her shoulder, her neck, her hair.

Victoria smiled, sated and content, feeling the pleasant ache in her muscles and the warmth of his seed inside her.

"That was..." Daemon began, but trailed off, apparently unable to find adequate words.

"Perfect," Victoria finished for him, turning her head to kiss him softly. "It was perfect."

They lay there in the moonlight, wrapped in each other’s arms, the forest peaceful around them. Victoria felt herself beginning to drift, exhaustion and satisfaction pulling her toward sleep.

But then Daemon stiffened behind her.

"What" he started, his voice suddenly sharp with alarm.

Victoria’s eyes snapped open. She followed his gaze

There, at the edge of the clearing, a figure was emerging from Daemon’s shadow.
