That night, in the largest room on the top floor of the central mansion in Silverport, a purple lightning barrier was once again laid by Sane covering the four stone walls to block any energy fluctuations from transmitting outside.

Unlike the time receiving Finnick in Lyra city over ten days ago, this time Kaelen and Sane had recovered four-tenths of their origin Divine Energy, and even had Finnick with five-tenths of stabilized Life power standing beside them.

As the communication ring on Kaelen’s wrist glowed and the three-dimensional screen appeared in the middle of the room, the faces of the sons in the control room of the Crimson tribe immediately appeared clearly. Standing in the center position in front of the lens this time was the fourth son in the family, Oliver.

At the age of twenty, Oliver possessed a sharp, breathtaking beauty that made it hard for people to take their eyes off him. His deep purple long hair flowed in waves down to his waist, his long, narrow purple eyes always harboring a half-true, half-fake smile; he wore a light purple silk robe embroidered with silver water wave patterns, his hand leisurely fanning a white jade folding fan.

Seeing third brother Finnick standing crossing his arms in the form of a tall young man beside the two fathers, Oliver slightly raised his eyebrows, closing his folding fan and tapping it lightly against his palm:

"Wow, third brother has recovered his human form already? At home I heard eldest brother and Ignis recount that when you first went over, third brother was forced to turn into a small cat lying on his back letting Papa wipe his paws for several days. Too bad, I even intended to bring a camera over to record that scene as a souvenir for the whole tribe to watch."

Finnick standing beside Kaelen, hearing his fourth brother open his mouth with the first sentence bringing up his historical stain, had a face as black as the bottom of a pot, coldly answering back:

"Just worry about keeping your own body first. Your Rule link over this side has not even been opened a single tenth yet, let me see later after stepping through the spatial rift how long you can keep that dandy young master appearance."

"Third brother doesn’t need to worry for me." Oliver smiled crinkling his eyes, patting lightly on the brocade pouch worn at his hip: "Learning from the painful experience of third brother, before entering the teleportation room I asked eldest brother and Ignis to pre-compress a large amount of reserve faith into this pouch already. Absolutely no such thing as losing my image in front of the citizens like someone else!"

Kaelen looked at the two brothers bickering through the screen, both amused and shaking his head:

"Alright, stop standing there teasing each other. Edward, Ryder, prepare to fix the coordinates, over this side the two fathers and Finnick are starting to open the gate here!"

At the other end of the line, Edward and Ryder along with Wofu immediately stepped back two steps, simultaneously releasing Space and Destiny power. While at this end in Silverport, Kaelen, Sane, and Finnick simultaneously waved their hands up. Three abundant origin Divine Energy streams intertwined into each other, easily tearing open the spatial veil in the middle of the office room without encountering a repelling force as massive as the first time.

Slash!

A spacious silver light gate opened smoothly. From inside, Oliver leisurely stepped outside, the light purple silk robe flap fluttering lightly following every footstep without catching a single speck of space dust.

Right when the toe of Oliver’s shoe touched the stone floor, the rule pressure of the Great World immediately pressed straight down onto the top of his head! But exactly as prepared, Oliver quickly crushed the reserve faith stone inside his brocade pouch, simultaneously Kaelen also immediately pushed the faith cocoon just gathered from the Seven Autonomous Cities and the Cathalan Kingdom merging into the fourth son’s body.

The two combined faith membrane layers helped Oliver block the sleepiness of the world rules. He only halted losing three breaths, then smiled standing up straight, fanning his folding fan performing a very stylish greeting to the two fathers:

"I greet Papa, greet Daddy. Finally I have managed to come over to this side with you two!"

Kaelen stepped over hugging his fourth son lightly once, his hand patting soothingly onto his smooth purple hair:

"Crossing safely is good then. The time the temporarily borrowed faith membrane layer can keep for you is also only about one hour. Taking advantage of the time you still keep three-tenths of your origin Divine Energy and this adult form, let’s go out to the dock establishing rules for the entire seven East coast cities right tonight."

"Yes, I listen to Papa’s arrangements completely!" Oliver’s long, narrow purple eyes flashed a cold, sharp light completely different from the joking appearance earlier.

Fifteen minutes later, on the vast granite square in front of dock number one of Silverport, thousands of torches and magic lights had been lit up as brightly as daytime.

Under the summoning of Godfrey and Brian, the acting mayors, judges, and merchant guild representatives from the remaining six autonomous cities of the East coast along with over twenty thousand citizens and former slaves of Silverport had gathered fully at the foot of the high platform.

Everyone looked up at the central stone pedestal full of nervousness and awe. In the past few days, the entire East coast region was shaken by the news of the Twelve Merchant Bosses of Silverport being judged turning into crippled old men in iron cages, while the White Bone Forest of a hundred years of death in just one afternoon had turned into a deep blue forest sea. Everyone clearly knew the Sirs standing behind Lyra city were exactly the True Gods currently restoring order for the world!

When Kaelen, Sane, and Finnick stepped up onto the high platform, behind them at this moment appeared an additionally exquisitely beautiful young man wearing a light purple robe, holding a white jade folding fan in his hand.

Even though having only released three-tenths of Divine Energy, but when Oliver stepped out standing at the edge of the high platform and cast his gaze looking down at the tens of thousands of people below, a strict, orderly, and inviolable prestige automatically spread across the square, making all whispering gossiping sounds immediately fall dead silent!

"From today onward, the Seven East Coast Autonomous Cities alliance officially abolishes all the old blood trafficking laws and slave contracts."

Oliver’s clear voice like the sound of jade bells transmitted across twelve docks: "In the name of the supreme Rule of this world, I grant down for the seven East coast cities seven Rule Steles. Anyone living, working, or trading on this land, regardless of rich or poor or race, must obey every single clause engraved on the stele face!"

Finishing his words, Oliver lightly folded his folding fan shut, then pointed the fan head straight toward the dark sea surface in front of dock number one!

Rumble rumble rumble!

The seawater surface outside the bay suddenly boiled surging violently! Under Oliver’s control, seven giant seawater pillars over thirty meters tall simultaneously shot from the bay bottom rocketing up into the night sky!

Right when the seven water pillars just reached their peak in mid-air, a bluish-purple origin Divine Energy stream from the folding fan head shot out, directly freezing and solidifying those seven seawater pillars into seven transparent bluish-purple crystal stone steles fifteen meters tall, three meters wide, harder and more eternal than any metal kind in the world!

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Individual silver light streaks ran along the surface of all seven crystal steles, automatically engraving deeply all clauses of the Lyra Covenant code of laws along with regulations on commerce, taxation, labor protection, and strictly forbidding the trafficking of lives onto the stele face!

"Go!"

Oliver lightly waved his folding fan. Six crystal steles immediately transformed into six shooting star streaks tearing the night apart, flying returning plunging down into the central squares of the remaining six autonomous cities! The largest stele then landed straight down into the middle of the square of dock number one of Silverport, radiating majestic rule ripples covering shading the whole city!

"From this minute on, the seven Rule Steles will connect directly with the courts of the cities."

Oliver looked down at the merchant guild representatives currently trembling at the foot of the platform, coldly declaring:

"All goods purchasing and labor hiring contracts must be confirmed under the light of the Rule Stele. Anyone daring to use fraudulent tricks, forcing down prices on the poor, evading taxes, or secretly trafficking slaves, the Rule Stele will automatically sense and strike down a seawater prison locking that person tightly along with their entire assets waiting for the court to try! No one can bribe the rules, nor can any single gold coin bend the scales of the law!"

Over twenty thousand laborers, poor sailors, and former slaves on the square burst out in utmost joy. Throughout the past hundreds of years in Silverport, the poor being oppressed had no place to cry for justice because the old court was originally raised by the Twelve Merchant Bosses; now having the Rule Stele of the Deity protecting fairness, not accepting bribes, made the voiceless completely at ease!

"Thank Lord God of Rules!"

"Thank the True Gods for bringing fairness to us!"

Over twenty thousand people on the Silverport square simultaneously knelt dropping down onto the ground, kowtowing bowing to the Rule Stele and the four figures on the high platform. From all across Silverport and even the six autonomous cities along the Eastern coastline, individual clear bluish-purple faith thread streams began to fly up, tailing each other flowing toward Oliver, laying the first brick for the clearing of the fourth link of the world Orbit!

After leaving Brian and Godfrey at the square to guide the citizens and merchant guilds to register contracts through the Rule Stele, the four people of Kaelen’s family newly turned around stepping back inside the main hall of the mansion having closed its doors tightly.

Just stepping across the threshold, Oliver had smugly spread his folding fan open fanning it before his chest, turning his head raising his eyebrows showing off to third brother Finnick:

"How is it, third brother? I told you so, doing things must be both quick and neat while maintaining a dashing demeanor like me here. Not at all like someone else who just..."

Oliver had not even finished the words "like someone else", the one-hour time limit of the temporarily borrowed faith membrane layer in his body had exactly ended! Because the third link standing before him was War in the North which still had not been completely cleared, and his Rule link had also only just sparked in the seven East coast cities, the suppressing force of the Great World’s rules immediately struck down without giving any face!

Poof!

A light purple smoke puff exploded right in the middle of the main hall. The tall, seductive handsome man currently standing fanning his folding fan immediately vanished completely! The baggy light purple silk robe fell collapsing down onto the marble floor.

Two seconds later, from within that soft silk fabric pile, a tiny head with purple hair long touching the ground clumsily poked out. Kaelen, Sane, and Finnick simultaneously looked down.

Sitting amidst the clothes pile at this time was a little boy just three, four years old, his skin rosy white like a porcelain doll, his large round purple eyes bewildered, his two cheeks chubby like small steamed buns. The most special thing was the lower half of the boy’s body had been forced to expose the original Half-Snake form: a deep purple snake tail perfectly smooth, chubby and short currently curled up under his buttocks, while his two tiny hands still hugged tightly the white jade folding fan now as large as half his body!

The space in the main hall was dead silent for five seconds. Finnick stood crossing his arms looking at his fourth brother having just patted his chest showing off three seconds ago now having turned into a steamed bun lump with a snake tail sitting swallowed up inside the baggy clothes pile, his originally always perfectly straight mouth corners slowly curved up into an extremely gloating smile.

Finnick leisurely stepped over, bent down using two fingers picking lightly the collar behind the nape of the Half-Snake boy Oliver lifting him completely off the fabric pile, placing him sitting properly onto the stone tea table surface exactly identical to the way Daddy had done with him the other day, his calm voice ringing out full of "care" appearance:

"Fourth brother, just now you intended to say not like someone else huh? Why not finish saying it, third brother is listening here."

Oliver’s porcelain doll face immediately flushed red from his two cheeks spreading all the way to his ear tips, the chubby purple snake tail under his buttocks slapped forcefully down onto the stone table surface emitting a "smack" sound!
