Chapter 2355: Chapter 2355: What Happened (First Update)

Wang Daqu and his group, really wanted to shout MMP!

A bunch of losers causing trouble is one thing, but Shui Lan, Bing Zhan and the likes, what do they want?

Damn it, has Dream Sky ever faked anything in all these years?

What do you mean by saying that?

Honestly, Wang Daqu and his team really feel like hitting somebody right now.

Has gaming stopped being fun, or are the pretty girls no longer attractive?

Are you guys just full and bored?

But they’re merely managers, and the weight Shui Lan and his group carry in the music world is considerable. And now, more than ten people like them have tagged them.

It’s time for someone higher up to step in.

Director Sha!

Sha Tianba, the founder of Dream Sky!

He’s the only one who can handle this kind of situation.

Receiving the call, Sha Tianba just asked one question!

Is the data real?

With Wang Daqu’s positive reply, Sha Tianba said another line!

That group of people on Weibo, contact each and every one of them immediately and terminate the contracts!

Hearing this response, Wang Daqu and his group could barely contain their shock.

WTF! Terminate the contracts?

How about being this bold!

Though it feels incredibly satisfying and venting, but we’re talking almost twenty or so people. Their achievements in music are not insignificant, and terminating the contracts would mean significant losses.

Wang Daqu wanted to ask a few more questions, but Sha Tianba spoke again!

I’m flying back right now, and if this matter isn’t resolved by the time I return, you’re all fired!

Wang Daqu and his group almost spat blood.

???

WTF, how nerve-wracking is this!

Immediately, Wang Daqu and his group sprang into action.

Sha Tianba, in Dream Sky, is the final word.

His words are law, other board members wouldn’t dare utter a word.

So if Sha Tianba returns and this isn’t resolved, they are definitely getting booted by him.

Almost immediately, those top-tier and second-tier singers who were joyously questioning on Weibo received calls from Wang Daqu.

Wow, that was fast!

Less than five minutes after posting on Weibo, and already getting a call. Nice, nice, it seems my weight in Dream Sky is not light!

"Heh, President Wang, can you give us an explanation for this matter?" Shui Lan, drinking coffee, gazing at the skyscrapers outside the window, with a look of leisure!

"I will send the contract termination over to you right away. From now on, you have nothing more to do with Dream Sky. Also, Dream Sky will directly remove your songs.

Moreover, speak carefully, any slander against Dream Sky and we will hold you legally accountable."

From Wang Daqu’s side, with a firm attitude, inwardly feeling delighted!

Using contract termination to threaten them, who wouldn’t flip out?

Go stuff it!

Goodbye to you!

Hearing this unwavering voice, Shui Lan and the group were completely dumbfounded.

???

Contract termination?

Sent over right away?

Holy crap!

In a flash, the leisurely group’s faces turned pale.

Dream Sky, being Huaxia’s largest, most user-abundant music website.

Eighty percent of their income comes from Dream Sky.

After all, not everyone can release an album!

Not everyone gets the chance to be packaged by a company and hold concerts!

Not everyone has resources to leverage their fame to earn big!

If contracts are terminated with Dream Sky!

Their future...

Screwed!

"Hey, President Wang, we’ve been cooperating for four or five years now, and we’ve brought considerable revenue to Dream Sky.

How can you just terminate the contract like that?"

Shui Lan’s group was frantic!

They posted on Weibo completely out of envy for Zhang Fan’s song!

No kidding, as of now, the online listening has surpassed 200 million.

Ratings have reached 2 million.

And even the freshly made album pre-sale link has sold 300,000 copies.

Who wouldn’t be envious?

All we did was post on Weibo to ask, is it necessary to terminate straight away?

At this moment, they were genuinely in panic!

However, Wang Daqu’s attitude was indifferent!

"This is our Director Sha’s decision, if you have any questions, go to him. Right now, we’re busy promoting songs, goodbye!"

Heh, now you’re panicking?

Weren’t you having a grand time on Weibo just now?

Goodbye!

And upon receiving the response, Shui Lan and their group were even more dumbfounded.

Director Sha?

Damn, Sha Tianba?

How did this escalate to him?

In the next moment, Shui Lan and their group, faces pale, quickly deleted their Weibo posts.

Promptly, they rushed to the company.

"Brother Zhao, Dream Sky terminated the contract with me, they’re taking down all our songs!"

"President Zhang, over at Dream Sky..."

In that instant, countless music companies were bustling.

Contract termination?

I mean, is Dream Sky over there nuts?

Just for a song that got hyped? Terminating contracts with so many second-tier, even first-tier singers?

Are they not doing business anymore?

In the next moment, countless music companies called Sha Tianba.

However, the response they received was: keep nagging and we’ll take down all your company’s songs.

???

Numerous music companies were flabbergasted.

Is Sha Tianba insane?

What the hell!

Threatening to take down our company’s other songs?

Hell!

Seriously think only Dream Sky is the music company?

In the very next moment, the bosses of countless music companies directly sent electronic emails to Sha Tianba.

"Then let’s terminate the contract!"

Heh, they truly didn’t believe that Dream Sky dared to terminate the contract with their entire company!

They’re not small-time music companies.

They have over a hundred people in their hands!

There are about ten second-tier singers!

And the Twitter followers of these singers are easily in the millions.

If Dream Sky dared to terminate contracts, they’d lose countless fans.

All for one hyped song? Dream Sky wouldn’t dare!

Yet soon, they received a reply!

"Okay! Arrange it immediately!"

Seeing these simple words, the bosses of those music companies were all dumbfounded.

Sha Tianba, that idiot, really dares to terminate contracts with everyone in their company?

"Fine, fine, Sha Tianba, you’re the one who said it."

"Heh, alright, screw it, I’m not playing with you anymore."

"Notify all singers to post on Weibo that from now on they’ve terminated the contract with Dream Sky!"

And at that moment, on Weibo, countless singers simultaneously posted!

"Dear friends, Dream Sky has taken down all our songs, so from now, I won’t be releasing songs on Dream Sky. Announcing new partners in a week, kisses."

"My darlings, I’ve terminated the contract with Dream Sky, follow me please Q1!"

The flood of messages shocked the entire music world!

Damn, over sixty second-tier singers, twelve first-tier singers, and over a thousand third-tier and below singers terminated their contracts with Dream Sky?

What the hell is going on?

(Today five updates, hhhh!)
