Chapter 354: New Idea

Li Yang’s manor was actually very well-built. The moment Yun Yun stepped inside, she couldn’t help but marvel.

Even though it wasn’t completely finished, you could already get a sense of its overall style and atmosphere.

“This is a vacation resort!” Li Yang said earnestly. “My target audience is the white-collar workers from the city. For married couples, on a two-day weekend, they’d definitely be willing to bring their families here to have some fun in the water, right?”

“It looks good!” Yun Yun said after her tour. “But I can’t say whether it’ll be successful. I feel like you’re missing a key attraction—a real hook!”

“A hook?” Li Yang asked.

Yun Yun thought for a moment before replying, “A gimmick that can grab people’s attention. What you have now… it’s definitely feasible, but it’s missing that ‘must-see’ quality. There’s no compelling reason for people to come.”

Li Yang thought for a moment, then asked, “The popular hotels in the city right now… like Xue Chu Medicine Cuisine, Dynasty Hotel, Hidden Dragon Manor… they’re all doing great, right?”

“Right!” Yun Yun nodded.

“I’m the one who supplies their ingredients!” Li Yang said with a grin. “How does a ‘culinary tour’ sound? Would that work?”

Yun Yun was taken aback. “Really?”

“Of course!” Li Yang said with a laugh. “And another thing—how is Cold Lake Ice Spring selling in the city? That’s produced here too. Cold Water Lake is on the property, and its water quality is exceptional.”

At this, Yun Yun’s expression turned serious, a new light glinting in her eyes.

‘If that’s really the case, this might actually be worth a try.’

“So, what do you think?” Li Yang could see she was tempted. “If you think it’s viable, we can give it a shot. I’m confident it’ll work.”

“I can give you this opportunity,” Yun Yun finally said after a moment. “But I have to be honest, it’s just an opportunity. I can set up a dedicated tour route, but without any advertising, I think it’ll be hard to get results. In other words, even if I create a route for you, there’s no guarantee anyone will actually come.”

“You don’t have to worry about that!” Li Yang was so happy he nearly pumped his fist in the air, but he quickly composed himself. “I’ll figure out a way to handle that part. At the very least, I’ll find a way to run an ad campaign.”

“Alright, then. I’ll go back and get things ready. Oh, and I’ll need a price list from you for the food, lodging, and other amenities.”

Elated, Li Yang found Gao Xin Xue and told her what had happened.

“Really?” Gao Xin Xue had only known that Li Yang brought a beautiful woman back to discuss some business, not that she was from a travel agency. “That’s wonderful!”

“Sister Gao, how’s the hiring going?”

“We’re almost fully staffed. They’ll be able to start work soon.” Gao Xin Xue was practically rubbing her hands together in anticipation. After working for Li Yang for so long, she had been waiting for the manor to be built so she could finally put her skills to full use.

‘I can’t believe we can already get started.’

“Excellent!” Li Yang breathed a sigh of relief. “By the way, what else do you think we’re missing?”

“A play area in the lake!” Gao Xin Xue said with a smile. “I’ve already started buying inflatables so the kids will have a place to play. We’ll just have to be careful about safety, of course.”

Li Yang nodded, when suddenly, inspiration struck.

Gao Xin Xue’s eyes lit up. “I think you might be onto something there!”

The more Li Yang thought about it, the more he felt it had real potential. He clapped his hands. “Yes, yes, yes! I’m going into the city. I have to find someone who can design an obstacle course for us.”

Gao Xin Xue was getting excited too. ‘This Li Yang really is full of clever ideas,’ she thought. ‘His imagination just runs wild.’

“Okay, you should go then!” Gao Xin Xue nodded. “But this is probably going to cost another fortune.”

“No problem!” Li Yang said. “It’s nothing. I have money now. I’m heading out!”

With that, Li Yang got in his car and rumbled off toward the city.

Once he got to the city, Li Yang realized he didn’t know much about this sort of thing and naturally thought of Zhang Rong. He gave her a call. “Aunt Rong, I need to ask you about something!”

Zhang Rong hadn’t heard from Li Yang in a while and answered curtly, “You little brat. You only call me when you need something, don’t you?”

Li Yang gave an awkward laugh. “Aunt Rong, I mean to call, but you won’t sleep with me…”

“Don’t you dare talk such nonsense!” Zhang Rong snapped.

Li Yang didn’t dare joke around anymore and explained what he needed.

“An obstacle course?” Zhang Rong was stumped. “I… I have no idea about that.”

“You don’t know either?” Li Yang was disappointed. “Then where am I supposed to buy something like that?”
