Chapter 360: Chapter 356: Various Means and Patchwork Monsters

On the border of the Great Derivation, the atmosphere was more tense than ever.

Organized legions gathered one after another at the border; a single glance revealed tens of thousands of them.

Those qualified to join had to at least reach the Heaven-Ascending Road in their Realm.

Each one of them was a renowned hero in their own right, yet now they were gathered here as if on an assembly line.

Having a lower Realm, conversely, became a form of protection, as they were not even qualified to join this battle.

Last night, after a missive was sent throughout the army, these people had thoroughly studied the films *Galaxy Legend*, *One-Punch Man*, *JoJo*, *Shi Leng*, and *Naruto*.

Now, the thought of having to fight and kill those who possessed memories from these works stirred up incredibly complex emotions within them.

They were currently gathered, awaiting orders from their commanders.

"According to the original plan, we will divide into five groups. Four of those groups will each be assigned one million players, coordinating with ten thousand Heaven-Ascending Road Martial Artists, and led by three Fourth Turn experts."

"When the time comes, we will use the teleportation Arrays to advance on four fronts, pinning down Fang Can and eliminating the characters under his command."

"As for the final team, it will be led by the remaining thirteen Fourth Turn experts, with ten million players in tow. They will be teleported directly outside the Great Derivation Imperial Palace to execute a decapitation strike."

The Chu Emperor spoke, pointing to the burning incense stick behind him. "For the future of our nations, once this incense burns out, prepare to charge the Arrays. Teleportation teams, get ready."

At his words, the Mages holding various kinds of Magic Staffs nodded grimly.

As they waved their Magic Staffs, intricate Arrays began to unfold beneath the feet of the numerous Martial Artists.

’It’s finally starting.’ The players’ hearts surged with excitement. They felt none of the Martial Artists’ somber melancholy and only wanted to kill more enemies.

As time ticked by, second by second, everyone on site began to focus with intense concentration.

Finally, when the last wisp of incense smoke dissipated, the Chu Emperor used his Heart Image to broadcast a vast, powerful thought that resonated like the tolling of a great bell at dusk.

"All troops, move out!"

As his voice fell, a dazzling brilliance erupted from the teleportation Arrays, engulfing the entire area. In a single breath, the space outside the Chu capital was completely empty.

「Meanwhile, on the eastern border of Great Derivation.」

Belial’s colossal form sat silently on the edge of a high mountain, like a great tower.

He merely had to lift his gaze to see three men floating in mid-air before him, watching him with cold eyes.

"I’ve waited all night for you. So you finally decided to show yourselves." Belial’s voice was mocking. "Just three of you? You really look down on me."

"Hmph! You annihilated the Super Dominator lineage of my Blazing Kingdom. For this heinous, bloody crime, even death is too light a punishment!"

The black-haired old man in the lead spoke in a cold voice. As he did, he slammed his hand down on the green dial on his right arm.

In the blink of an eye, a vibrant green light flared, and his body transformed into a 30-meter-tall, slender giant.

Belial’s eyes flickered. Based on the memories Fang Can had given him, he realized who this was: a Fourth Turn expert from the Blazing Kingdom’s "Super Energy Instrument" lineage.

According to the descriptions in the Blazing Kingdom’s autobiography, the *Classic of Mountains and Seas*, the man before him had transformed into a monster called a "Super Giant."

Beside the Super Giant, the other two men revealed sinister smiles.

They were Reincarnators sent to support the Super Giant.

The Reincarnator on the left, who had a cleft chin, was enhanced with the "Blacklight Virus" plus the "Hulk Bloodline."

The next moment, as the Blacklight Virus took control of his body, a power that was black and green intertwined erupted from within him.

In an instant, his body swelled dramatically, growing at a visible rate until he became a colossal monster, pitch-black and wreathed in wisps of green light.

And on the right, a female Reincarnator piloted a seventy-meter-tall Jaeger (from *Pacific Rim*), forged entirely from Edman Alloy and equipped with a Jenos Core Power Furnace.

Protected within the Mecha, she had now assumed a combat stance.

The four colossal figures now faced off. In response, Belial gave a cold laugh. A massive club had appeared in his hand at some point.

’Is that a Sacrificial Artifact that evolved into an Ultimate Battle Nizer?’

Watching Belial’s club, the three Fourth Turn experts, who had all seen *Galaxy Legend*, had the same thought.

However, compared to the original, this Ultimate Battle Nizer was, for some reason, not black iron in color. Instead, it was completely white, as if unpainted.

"A three-on-one, eh? Back when I was tearing my way through the Land of Light, you lot were probably still playing in the dirt somewhere."

Facing their stares, Belial let out a wild laugh. The iron rod in his hand erupted with a blinding red light as he swung it unhesitatingly toward the nearest Jaeger.

In an instant, the air shrieked as if filled with the wails of ghosts and gods.

Faced with a massive iron rod weighing one hundred thousand jin, a mere graze would mean death and a light touch would mean injury. Even in a Mecha made of Edman Alloy, she had no intention of meeting it head-on.

She immediately executed an agile backflip, putting a hundred meters between them.

But during the flip, a fleeting glimpse revealed faint characters carved onto the white staff.

’What’s written on the Battle Nizer?’

The female Reincarnator wondered subconsciously as she dodged.

’It looks like... Ruyi... Golden Cudgel??? Oh no!!!’

Having realized the truth, she let out a silent, panicked roar in her mind.

Sure enough, the next moment, the white staff in Belial’s hand grew with the wind, suddenly extending to over ten times its original length.

The hundred-meter distance she had created was instantly rendered useless.

The iron rod, now dozens of meters thick, slammed into the Mecha’s abdomen. A terrifying destructive force starting at a hundred billion tons converged on a single point, sending the entire machine flying backward.

The terrifying force of the impact sent the entire Mecha crashing through a large mountain before it was finally spent.

"Motherf... Why the hell does Belial have a Golden Cudgel?! I’ll be a monkey’s uncle!"

Buried in the mountainside, the female Reincarnator muttered frantically as alarms for minor damage blared from all over the Mecha.

On the other side, the Blacklight giant saw this and immediately shouted, "Super Giant, be careful! That thing in his hand isn’t a Battle Nizer! It’s the Golden Cudgel from *Journey to the West*! It can change size freely! A graze will kill you, a touch will injure you!"

"What’s *Journey to the West*?!" the Super Giant asked instinctively.

But seeing Belial charging at him with a thousand-meter-long iron rod, he materialized an energy bone blade from the void, not planning to meet him head-on.

...

「Meanwhile, on the western front.」

King "Bird-Doesn’t-Shit," who had long, blue-purple hair and two goat horns on his forehead, was currently naked from the waist down.

One of the three Fourth Turn-level combatants warned, "Everyone, be careful! King Bird-Doesn’t-Shit’s specialty is being a moron. Whatever gags he throws at us next, do not play along!"

"As long as we don’t engage with his gags, he’s the weakest Fourth Turn there is."

"Is that so?" King Bird-Doesn’t-Shit said with a placid expression, picking his nose.

"It seems you’ve heard of my great reputation. But do you really think that’s enough to stop me from being a moron?"
