Chapter 66: Chapter 66: Crushing

Rage. Pure rage.

They watched as Fang Can was surrounded by his adoring fans, basking in their cheers.

Meanwhile, the dozen or so Martial Artists, fighting on enemy turf, were met with a sea of boos. The difference in treatment was worlds apart.

Humiliated by Fang Can again and again, they could no longer bear it.

"I can’t take it anymore!"

Filled with incomparable fury, one of the Martial Artists in a sleeveless shirt lunged forward. In an instant, his right fist crossed a dozen meters, aiming straight for Fang Can’s heart.

"I, Lei Li, am going to beat you to death, you bean sprout!"

Without any warning, despite being unable to see, Fang Can’s body glided like a piece of paper.

He shifted sideways a mere two inches, his body grazing the man’s right fist as he dodged Lei Li’s attack by a hair’s breadth.

Just as he seemed to have dodged, Lei Li’s hands shot down like eagle talons in the next instant, digging firmly into the tiled floor.

Using them as a pivot, his mid-air body stopped abruptly. He twisted ninety degrees, then brought his right leg down in a powerful axe kick aimed at Fang Can’s head.

BOOM!

As the dust settled, the ground beneath his foot had been pulverized. But Fang Can stood before him, completely unharmed, having just managed to evade the attack.

"A coincidence? No, he’s perceiving the attacks through his skin!"

At that moment, the expressions of the fifteen Martial Artists on the scene turned grim. They all understood that this boy wasn’t joking when he’d spoken of a fight.

To be able to dodge attacks just by feeling the changes in airflow on his skin... his technique truly surpassed theirs by a wide margin.

"In my current state, my intuition can already faintly sense their attacks and conditions."

Fang Can mused to himself, his eyes still covered.

His current state was akin to a cicada sensing the autumn wind before it blows, or even a "Peter Tingle." Without relying on external senses, his body could subconsciously avoid danger.

’I don’t believe it. You might dodge once, but can you dodge ten times, or a hundred?’

A cold glint flashed in Lei Li’s eyes as he threw his fists out like heavy cannons.

In a single breath, he changed moves more than ten times, his body moving so fast it left afterimages.

His fists, fingers, legs, shoulders, and back all became lethal weapons.

But Fang Can, as if he could see the future, dodged every attack, each blow just barely grazing past him.

Seeing that Lei Li was struggling to take down Fang Can, a distant Martial Artist shouted, "Brother Lei, I’ll help you!"

"Me too!"

"Count me in!"

...

In an instant, a crowd of supporters had gathered. A dozen or so Martial Artists swarmed forward, surrounding Fang Can.

They knew in their hearts that the moment Fang Can chose to handicap himself for this fight, they had already half lost.

Even if they won against an injured opponent, there would be no glory in it. They might as well work together and defeat Fang Can as quickly as possible.

"Dammit, our luck is shit today. We ran into a maniac." As one of the dozen Martial Artists, Ye Hua felt it was just bad luck. After all, there was no point in winning against an opponent like this.

With the shared goal of a quick victory, the combined force of over ten people—some using fists, some fingers, some blades, some swords—coordinated their attacks, preparing to overwhelm and kill Fang Can.

Facing their combined assault, Fang Can, standing at the center of the group, said calmly, "The power is sufficient, but..."

Almost instantly, Fang Can’s body became a blur. He twisted at an angle that defied the limits of the human body, evading every single surprise attack in mid-air.

CLANG! Following the sound of metal on metal, everyone whipped their heads around, on high alert.

Fang Can was already far in the distance. He finished the rest of his sentence: "...your speed and technique are far too lacking."

’How is that possible!’ The Martial Artists’ eyes went wide. Staring at the distant Fang Can, they found they couldn’t even clearly see his movements.

’How could this be,’ Lei Li and the other dozen or so Martial Artists roared in their minds. If they were in his shoes, they would have died from that barrage of attacks long ago.

"It seems I overestimated you. I originally thought you might pose a threat to me," Fang Can said with a hint of regret.

He had truly overestimated these Martial Artists. After activating Evil Tiger Devouring Body, his current strength was in no way inferior to a standard Martial Artist of the Profound Gate Ninth Layer.

’Whatever, let’s just get this over with.’ Fang Can had no interest in sparring any longer.

"So, do you want to know the difference between us?" 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ

Fang Can raised his fist, facing the dozen Martial Artists. "Let me teach you what speed is..."

"Not good!" In that instant, the Martial Artists felt every hair on their bodies stand on end.

Before they could react, Fang Can crossed several meters, appeared before Lei Li, and raised his right fist. "Technique!"

’That’s my Thunder Emperor Fist!’ Lei Li roared in his heart upon seeing Fang Can’s opening stance.

A move he had practiced for more than a decade looked even more domineering when performed by Fang Can. The psychological blow was immense.

Facing his opponent, Lei Li crossed his arms in front of him, trying to block the punch.

The next moment, Fang Can’s fist smashed into Lei Li’s arms like a meteor.

CRACK... CRACK... CRACK...

With a series of shattering sounds, his arms broke inch by inch under the force of the punch, which then slammed into his chest with terrifying kinetic energy.

In a single moment, Lei Li’s chest imploded. His body shot backward like a falling star, leaving a spray of crimson blood foam and fragments of internal organs in the air.

Fang Can had forcibly blasted a massive hole straight through his chest.

Only then did Fang Can’s voice finally arrive, finishing his sentence: "...and power!"

Shock. For a moment, everyone on the scene was left completely stunned.

They knew there was a gap between them, but they had never imagined it would be this massive!

Ye Hua wanted to turn his head to look at Lei Li, but a ghostly voice sounded from behind him.

"You’d better worry about yourself."

"Hah!" In that same instant, Ye Hua threw an elbow backward, but it hit nothing but air.

And before his eyes, the blindfolded figure—like a god or a demon—had already raised his fist, an overwhelming power ready to erupt from his arm.

’Death... I’m going to die!’

Driven by the will to survive, Ye Hua roared, "I surrender!"

BOOM!

Almost instantly, a powerful, heavy explosion echoed from right in front of Ye Hua’s head.

Fang Can’s fist had stopped steadily just before his forehead. The intense Qi Force that followed blew Ye Hua’s hairpin away, sending his long black hair dancing in the wind.

Terrified, Ye Hua fell to his knees. The feeling of having taken a trip to the gates of hell and back left his legs weak.

If it had moved just one more inch forward, his head might have exploded just like Lei Li’s "broad chest."

"Dodge! That guy is behind you!"

"Dammit, I’ll fight you to the death!"

"He’s over here with me! Quick, help!"

Before Ye Hua’s eyes, the remaining dozen or so Martial Artists had descended into chaos, because Fang Can was like an assassin lurking in the shadows.

Though they were on a wide, open stage, his movements were ghostly. He always struck from their blind spots, and every casual punch was like a swing from the Grim Reaper’s scythe.

In a matter of seconds, all of the Martial Artists who had challenged him together were sent flying with broken bones and torn tendons.

Only after knocking every last one of them down did Fang Can’s crushing advance finally stop.

Looking down at his fists, Fang Can knew that he had just barely managed to control his desire to kill.
