It was almost the same for Noah Evernight.

“No, this isn't how the story is supposed to go!” Noah protested. “You're meant to fall for the heroine. That's literally the plot!”

But their response only made everything worse.

“We only want you, Ashton Lane.”

And just like that, Noah's problems multiplied.

Now four ridiculously handsome men were obsessed with him, refusing to let him out of their sight for even a moment. Wherever he went, they followed.

Noah didn't want any of this.

He was supposed to be a villain—though honestly, he didn't have the strength or personality for the role. The male leads weren't following the script, the plot was falling apart, and everything was spiraling out of control.
