“Hehehe….is this a dream? A D-rank dungeon is so profitable. No wonder you agreed to that proposal of Darius.”

Sylvia giggled, unlike her usual self, clutching her student card strongly. Her blue eyes were shining like a star, filled with excitement that she was unable to hide.

“Tch…can you stop it already? You are creeping me out. I didn’t know you were such a gold digger.”

Aria, who was beside her, couldn’t help but speak, feeling quite weird.

Although she knew Sylvia was quite fond of money, her obsession seemed to have gone haywire recently.

“Gold Digger? Oi, you little elf, watch your mouth; otherwise, I might blow it up someday.”

Sylvia’s smile abruptly disappeared as she threatened Aria.

“I just like having money, what’s wrong with that? If you don’t want it, how about you give me your share?”

She asked, lowering her eyes to Aria’s hand holding her cards, which swiftly disappeared, making her task her tongue.

“So stingy!”

“It seems you have gone crazy, Sylvia. Blow my mouth? Try it if you dare.”

Aria glared at her,

“I will just summon my Elemental Giants and crush that crazy head of yours. You are a healer, and won’t die so easily, right?”

“You dare! Let’s see you do that then. I can blow that Giants of yours too.”

“Yeah, yeah…your pride has gone through the roof just because of a few toys? Heh…do you think my Gaints are so easy to blow up?”

“Why don’t I try it then. Summon it and let me see how sturdy it is.”

“Tch…why will I do that? I am not a psycho like you. So much for being a Healer. All you want is money and explosives. Were you a bandit in your last life?”

“Oi, little elf, you went too far. Who is a bandit? Watch your mouth.”

“Look, even your way of speaking resembles a bandit. Sylvia, you might really…”

“Damn it, you really want to fight?”

“Yeah, bring it on. Do you think I will lose to a mere Healer?”

“Okay, then. Let’s go to the training ground and have a spar. I will blow you up with that Giant of yours.”

The more they argued, the more heated Sylvia and Aria became as they were practically on the verge of fighting.

To be honest, this was the first time Soren saw two girls going at each other like this.

‘Just when did they become so fierce?’

Not only Soren, but even Evan was also confused as he looked at the two girls arguing and then at Soren.

‘Why do I feel like it is all because of this guy?’

He had a hunch, but didn’t express it. Rather, he came close to Soren and coughed.

“Aren’t you…going to stop them?”

If he didn’t, they might really spar.

If that happened, there was no way Sylvia would win, though. She was a healer after all and wasn’t a match for Aria, who was a summoner.

“Hmm? Yeah, I probably should. It seems I was enjoying it a bit too much.”

Soren showed a sly smile at Evan before coming closer to Sylvia and Aria.

“Pah…”

“Ouch!” *2

Then, without missing a beat, he lifted both his arms and loudly smacked their butts in sync, eliciting cries of pain before wrapping his arms around their waists.

He didn’t even care that he was in front of Aurelia and Elise.

“Okay, you two, stop arguing, will you?”

Soren smiled after seeing them stop arguing and glare at him instead.

“We just came back after conquering the dungeon. There is no need to fight anymore. Go and rest instead.”

Soren didn’t care about their glare, though. Rather, after seeing they stopped, he released them and looked at the others.

“You guys too, go and rest. Now that we are all almost over level 50, things will get a bit more tense. Levelling up won’t be as easy as before.”

As a captain, Soren felt he should warn them not to grow too proud because of all their recent victories.

That was because things would be different once they began dealing with monsters of C-rank and higher.

“You guys should already know. Most monsters above level 50 are somewhat intelligent, and it isn’t easy to kill them. Going directly into a C-rank dungeon without a strong team backing you is practically suicide.”

The level range for a C-rank dungeon was from level 51 to 100. This meant someone like them, who barely crossed the threshold, would have a hard time levelling up in such a place.

“So, our plan this time should be to study well in the Academy and make full use of the Club’s advantages. Especially you, Sylvia…”

Soren turned to Sylvia and reprimanded her.

“Don’t get too full of yourself and focus on your class. External things can only help you so much after all.”

He advised her and only removed his gaze after seeing Sylvia nod lightly.

Although he felt he should properly educate her, he refrained from doing that for now and continued.

“Take the gains we got from this dungeon and convert them into your strength. I will give you all a huge opportunity later if you decide to team up with me again. What do you think?”

Soren smiled meaningfully.

The opportunity he spoke of was obviously the Conquest Order he got in the dungeon.

Although he didn’t tell them what it was, he could feel they likely guessed something.

Sure enough, nobody asked what it was and lightly nodded before leaving after discussing things in a hurry.

As Soren said, they needed to consolidate their strength and make plans for the future.

Now that they had conquered a D-rank dungeon, their interest in a higher-ranked one was obvious. But now things wouldn’t be so easy.

‘Well… when it comes to strength, they are surprisingly serious, huh.’

Soren thought while seeing even Sylvia leave without complaint. From how they agreed with his words without complaining, they really accepted him as a leader, it seemed.

Even Elise didn’t say anything.

‘Welp… let’s put this aside first. Now that I have Echo Stones with me, it is time to meet Isolde.’

Soren thought with a slightly solemn expression.

Now that he recalled the plot of the game, the next event should happen after a month. Since he power-levelled everyone to level 50, he shouldn’t have much to worry about regarding that event.

Then he could fully focus on developing the guild he was planning to build outside the Academy.

So whether it was to form a better team or acquire an excellent crafter, he needed Isolde.

If Soren wanted to take the opportunities he remembered from the game, Isolde’s help was needed just as much as Mireya, the Prophet.

‘I hope everything goes well.’
