SUMMARY

[Notice: Rated eighteen, And The Best Stone Age Novel Of This Time!]

In the brutal Stone Age realm known as the Tribunal Kingdom, power is decided by blood in the arena and claimed in the dark of the caves.

Young gladiator Korr rises from the sand of the Pit of First Blood after killing his rival Tharn under the hungry eyes of the tribe. His victory draws the attention of Matron Vara ripe, commanding, and past forty summers one of the three rulers who form the Tribunal. She claims him for the night, beginning a dangerous bond of lust and ambition.

As the seasons turn, Korr is pulled deeper into the kingdom’s ruthless games. The Tribunal Matron Vara, the sharp-tongued warrior-priestess Elka, and the weathered Elder Gron rules by strength, cunning, and open desire.

Gladiatorial contests are not mere sport; they are the path to status, breeding rights, and survival. Rivals from neighboring tribes press at the borders. Within the caves, alliances are sealed with sweat and seed as often as with flint and bone.

Korr must learn that in this kingdom, a man’s axe is only half his power. The other half is the favor of the Matrons mature, fertile, and unapologetically hungry women who take what they want and keep what they claim.

As Vara’s influence grows, so do the threats against her. Betrayals fester. Old blood debts surface. And Korr finds himself caught between the Matron who first marked him and the rising forces that would see the Tribunal torn apart.
