Tribunal Kingdom In A Stone Age: Blood, Lust, Gladiators and Milfs
Chapter 7: Taste Of Conquest…
Chapter 7: Chapter 7: Taste Of Conquest...
Wounded fighters leaned on stronger ones. Captured River spears and clubs were carried as trophies.
The bodies of their own dead were left for the morning return party; the living needed to reach the caves before exhaustion claimed them.
Korr’s chest wound had been packed with moss and bound tight with strips of hide. The cut across his ribs burned with every deep breath, but he kept pace near the front of the column.
Vara walked ahead with the elders and Elka.
Every so often she glanced back, checking that her claimed gladiator still stood.
They reached the arena as the sky began to pale.
The tribe that had stayed behind poured out to meet them, cheering, rattling bones, already starting the victory chants.
Fires were lit.
Meat was set to roast.
The smell of smoke and blood and triumph filled the valley.
Vara raised her arms for silence.
When it came, her voice carried clean across the stone.
"The River Tribe came with twelve canoes and left with fewer than half.
Their champion of the pit is ash.
Their leader at the crossing is meat for the crows. The eastern grounds remain ours.
The Tribunal stands."
The roar that answered shook dust from the high ledges.
Her eyes found Korr in the crowd.
"And the man who opened the River leader’s throat will take his reward in my furs before the sun is fully risen.
Let every fighter see what victory buys."
She turned and walked toward the caves without looking back.
The message was clear.
Korr followed, the tribe’s shouts rising behind him like a second heartbeat.
Inside her chamber the fire had been kept alive. Fresh furs were spread.
A clay bowl of water and clean moss waited for the wounded.
Vara closed the heavy hide flap behind them and finally let the Matron’s public face ease.
"Sit," she ordered.
Korr sat on the edge of the furs.
She knelt between his knees, untied the blood-stiffened bandage, and cleaned the long cut across his ribs with careful, practiced hands.
The water stung.
He did not flinch.
When the wound was packed again with clean moss and bound, she looked up at him, dark eyes heavy with more than concern.
"You fought like a man who intends to live long enough to cause me trouble," she said. Her hands moved to the loincloth, untying it. His cock was already hardening under her touch. "Good.
I prefer trouble that can still swing an axe."
She rose, shed the leather vest and skirt in two quick motions, and pushed him onto his back.
The silver in her hair caught the firelight as she climbed over him.
She took him in hand, guided him to her entrance, and sank down slowly this time savoring the stretch, the heat, the way his body still trembled faintly from the long fight and the run.
"This is not the hard claiming of the pit," she murmured, beginning to move.
"This is the reward. Feel it."
She rode him with rolling, deliberate hips, hands braced on his shoulders, careful of the bandaged ribs.
Her breasts swayed above him.
The bone necklace clicked softly with every rise and fall.
Korr’s hands settled on the soft curve of her waist, then slid back to grip the full flesh of her ass, guiding her deeper.
The wet sound of their joining filled the cave.
Outside, the victory drums had started slow, heavy, the rhythm of a tribe that had bled and won.
Vara leaned down until her mouth was against his ear.
"Elka watched you too closely at the river.
Gron says little, but his silence has grown heavier since you started filling my furs.
They see what the tribe sees a young gladiator rising fast under a Matron’s hand.
Some will want to use you.
Some will want to cut you down before you grow roots."
She sat up again, increasing the pace, grinding down hard enough that pleasure sparked sharp behind his eyes.
"I will not let them. But you must not give them cause. Stay sharp.
Stay loyal to the axe that claimed you first.
And keep winning."
Korr thrust up to meet her, ignoring the pull in his wounded side.
"And if loyalty is not enough? If the knives come from inside the Tribunal itself?"
Vara’s smile was slow and fierce.
She reached back, cupped his stones, and squeezed just shy of pain as she rode him faster.
"Then we water the stones with their blood the same way we watered the river sand. Together."
She came first back arching, a low broken sound torn from her throat, inner walls clamping and fluttering around him.
The rhythmic pull dragged Korr over the edge with her.
He held her hips hard and spilled deep, pulse after pulse, while she kept moving through it, milking every drop.
For a long time afterward they stayed joined, breathing hard, sweat cooling on their skin.
Vara eventually lifted off him and settled against his uninjured side, one heavy breast soft against his chest, fingers tracing idle patterns through the drying sweat and the faint remaining streaks of River blood.
"The tribe will feast for three days," she said quietly.
"Then the real work begins.
The River Tribe will not forget this shame.
They will either send more men or try quieter knives. And inside these caves..."
Her fingers stilled.
"Inside these caves the games never stop."
A soft scrape of movement came from beyond the hide flap someone shifting their weight outside.
Vara’s eyes narrowed.
She sat up, reached for the nearest flint knife, and called out in a voice that could cut stone.
"Speak or leave."
Elka’s voice answered, smooth and edged. "Only bringing word, Matron.
The captured River spears are being counted.
Three of their wounded still live.
Gron asks if you want them for the pit or the fire."
Vara glanced at Korr, then at the flap.
"The pit.
Let the tribe watch them die properly.
And Elka next time you stand outside my chamber while I take my victory, announce yourself louder.
Or do not stand there at all."
A soft, humorless laugh.
"As the Matron commands."
Footsteps retreated.
Vara set the knife aside and looked down at Korr.
The firelight painted her body in gold and shadow the soft belly, the full thighs, the marks his hands had left on her hips.
"She tests," Vara said. "They all do. Remember that when she smiles at you in the days to come."
Korr reached up and traced the line of her collarbone, following it down to the bone necklace.
"I remember everything that happens in this cave.
And everything that happens outside it."
Vara’s expression softened for a single breath something almost like real warmth before the Matron’s mask settled again.
She leaned down and kissed him once, hard and brief, tasting of blood and conquest.
"Sleep while you can.
The feast will demand our presence soon.
And after the feast, the Tribunal must decide how hard we press the River Tribe while their pride is still bleeding."
