Chapter 1937: Handle It Immediately

He glanced at the caller ID; because of the matter with Abby Sawyer, he had saved Tess Tate’s number before letting her become a manager.

Today was the first time this girl called him, and he couldn’t guess what it was about.

But he quickly answered, "Hello, Tess."

"CEO Kingston, I need to tell you something. Do you have time now?"

"I do, go ahead."

So, this girl told him all the gossip she had heard, which not only damaged Abby’s reputation but also hurt CEO Kingston’s reputation.

As Justin Kingston listened, his brows slightly furrowed, and his handsome face darkened.

After Tess Tate finished reporting, and after listening to her concerns, he only said one sentence to her, "Okay, I’ll handle this matter."

After the call ended, Justin analyzed that since such rumors had spread, someone must be maliciously slandering.

Who could this person be?

The answer would only come through an investigation, and although there was a prime suspect, he couldn’t make blind guesses; everything needed evidence.

But this matter had to be clarified immediately, to prevent Mia from being harmed.

At this moment, in the production team.

After filming the scene between Anton Ford and Abby Sawyer four times, the director was finally satisfied.

But Abby didn’t breathe a sigh of relief; being kind-hearted, she felt very sorry, "I’m sorry for taking up everyone’s time." She bowed deeply to everyone.

Everyone accepted her apology and even clapped for her.

With Anton present, the director didn’t dare to say anything.

Anton Ford stood in front of her, staring at her disappointed little face, and he felt really pained.

"What does this little setback matter?" He said to her with a relaxed tone, hands in his pockets, "The entertainment industry is darker than any workplace, it really tests the strength of your heart."

She looked up at him, meeting his gaze, and felt grateful for his patience.

Anton Ford continued, "Every actor who’s not naturally gifted will go through this at the beginning; you need to not only work hard but also withstand the pressure."

Fortunately, he didn’t blame her, even though she had delayed his time.

So towards Anton Ford, Abby Sawyer felt grateful in her heart, "Thank you." She genuinely thanked him from the heart.

Because he loved her too much, he didn’t dare to touch her easily. Anton was very afraid that this feeling was like a bubble, disappearing at the slightest touch.

So he was very cautious.

Not far away, Angel saw them still being so close after the shoot and felt very unbalanced inside!

When she saw him this morning, she had greeted him twice proactively, and he didn’t even acknowledge her! Not even a glance!

Does this Abby Sawyer have some magic power?

Making both brothers go crazy over her?

Bitch!

At this moment, Anton Ford’s phone rang, and Jerry Garcia walked over with his phone, "Anton, it’s CEO Kingston."

Anton Ford turned his gaze and reached out his hand.

Abby Sawyer also turned and left...

He took the phone and answered, "Bro." Then he started walking, "What’s up?"

"There’s a rumor going around that Abby Sawyer is my woman. Anton Ford, settle this quickly." Justin’s voice was low, "I’m helping you, but it’s causing trouble for myself. How will I explain this to my wife when I get home?"

"Is there such a thing?" Anton Ford had no idea.

"Handle it quickly." After saying that, Justin hung up the phone directly.

Anton Ford was left a bit stunned, bewildered, then he thought back on what his brother had just said, it must be true.

As for Jerry Garcia? He didn’t know what CEO Kingston had just told him, he only knew that Anton’s face was looking quite grim!

Damn it, can’t keep his mouth shut! Full of cunning!

"Anton, just now... Tess Tate called him." Jerry Garcia was also curious, "What exactly happened?"

Anton Ford didn’t need to ask Tess Tate; he believed what she said was true, she must have heard something.

Because this girl was genuinely concerned about Abby, and from their interaction today, it was clear she wholeheartedly supported Abby, helping her.
