This was the first time since the Ascension Immortal Dynasty had firmly established itself upon the Four Symbols Stars that Zheng Yi had simultaneously summoned the Four Great Monarchs to come into his presence.

Zheng Yi’s voice sounded; with a casual beckon, countless streams of information evolved beyond the Thirty-Three Heavens.

Along with endless data streams and images, the origins of the God of Machinery and the transformations that occurred when the Technological Civilization developed to its extreme were immediately laid bare.

It was as though past and future alike lay within the palm of his hand.

The Four Great Monarchs simultaneously watched the scenes in the heavens. Their minds merged with their divinities, and innumerable strands of information intersected in the void, colliding to produce countless sparks.

They remained silent; after a long time, the Grand Emperor of the Middle Heaven was the first to speak, saying:

"All shall be in accordance with the Daoist Lord’s prohibitive decree!"

Immediately afterward, the other three Monarchs exchanged a glance, and spoke in unison:

"All shall be as the Daoist Lord has said."

"Very well. Since this is so, we shall decide thus and follow through!"

Subsequently, Zheng Yi rose from the meditation cushion in the sky, stepped down one step at a time from the heights outside the Purple Luo Hall, and with a casual stroke of his hand, independently opened a space within which manifold designs were evolved.

"The Heavenly Dao is in me; the Technological Civilization is destined for the Great Dao to flourish. By taking nourishment from it, we shall propagate the radiance of the Divine Dao, develop the power of the Immortal Dao, and advance in a coordinated manner—only thus is it the Righteous Dao."

The four Monarchs assented in unison and nodded.

By this, outside the Purple Luo Palace, the Four Great Monarchs and Zheng Yi together reached a decision, determining the future course of development for the Ascension Immortal Dynasty upon the Four Symbols Stars.

They would directly use the Nine Provinces Divine Kingdom as a foundation, and in particular take the Human Realm as a springboard, to independently open the path of the Mechanical Civilization.
