Chapter 266: Chapter 266: I Might as Well Take You Too

’What kind of organization was the Qilin Camp? They were the most terrifying assassins in the world, a force that dominated foreign lands, and no one dared to cross them. How could I have possibly provoked such a terrifying entity?’ He shouted frantically:

"Father, you must be mistaken! How could I be so reckless as to provoke the Qilin Camp? I’ve never even met them!"

He was cut off by an angry voice before he could even finish. "Don’t you try to make excuses! The Qilin Camp has already made it clear to me that you provoked their leader, Yu Qilin! That’s why they’re taking such brutal revenge on Myanmar, do you understand?

Now listen to me. Find a way to get Yu Qilin’s forgiveness immediately. If Myanmar is destroyed because of you, I’ll tear you to pieces!"

The caller then hung up.

Wu Lun held the phone, trembling in fear. ’Yu Qilin... The leader of the Qilin Camp... When could I have possibly provoked him?’

The next moment, his eyes fell upon Ye Feng, who was standing there, casually smoking. A dreadful premonition bloomed in his heart. He stared at Ye Feng and shrieked:

"Don’t tell me... Are you the leader of the Qilin Camp, Yu Qilin?"

Ye Feng looked at Wu Lun and calmly announced, "The one and only, Yu Qilin!"

With that, he sharply flicked the cigarette butt from his fingers to the ground, sending sparks scattering in all directions.

BOOM!

Wu Lun felt as though a bolt of lightning had struck him. It felt like his scalp was about to split open!

Unable to bear it any longer, he stumbled and staggered over to Ye Feng, fell to his knees with a THUD, and began slamming his head against the floor like he was pounding garlic. He shrieked:

"Wu Lun greets the great Lord Yu Qilin!"

Ye Feng leaned down, looked at him, and asked calmly, "So you’re the one who wanted to tear me limb from limb?"

"I wouldn’t dare! I was blind not to recognize you, Lord Yu Qilin! I was wrong!"

Ye Feng patted Wu Lun’s pudgy face and asked, "And you wanted to annihilate my entire clan?"

Wu Lun slammed his head against the ground desperately, his voice trembling as he cried, "I was wrong! I was truly wrong! Spare me!"

Ye Feng leaned in closer, his voice becoming even calmer as he looked at him.

"And you wanted to steal my woman?"

His voice was calm, but the killing intent behind it was so thick it was almost tangible. Wu Lun felt a terrifying pressure crashing down upon him.

He could no longer bear the terror. His heart instantly burst.

He let out a bloodcurdling scream. His mouth flew open, and a mouthful of blood sprayed out, visibly mixed with fragments of his organs.

The next moment, he collapsed to the ground like a log. After a final convulsion, he moved no more.

The great Prince of Myanmar, His Highness Wu Lun, had been literally scared to death by Ye Feng.

Ye Feng glanced at Wu Lun’s corpse and said coldly, "With that little courage, you thought you could steal my wife? Heh..."

He turned to leave, but Caiyun, having snapped back to her senses, quickly moved to block his path and asked urgently:

"You... you’re really the leader of the Qilin Camp, Yu Qilin?"

Ye Feng turned to face Caiyun and spoke with a wide grin.

"Weren’t you the one who always wanted me dead? So why did you risk your life to save me today? Come now, tell me all about your thought process just now!"

Hearing Ye Feng’s flippant tone, Caiyun shot him a look with her sharp, almond-shaped eyes and retorted:

"I’m just a kind person. I’d step in to save even a stray cat or dog if someone were about to beat it to death. That’s the only reason I saved you. How’s that for a ’thought process’? Satisfied?"

Ye Feng roared with laughter. "My little wife has quite the sharp tongue! But your actions just now earned you a perfect score. I’m very satisfied. So, I’ll forgive you for trying to make me drink urine!"

He looked at Caiyun with a smirk and added, "That urine was yours, wasn’t it? I didn’t expect a little spitfire like you to still be a virgin. I’m very pleased with that!

Go home and take a nice bath. Get yourself all clean. Tonight, after my wedding night with the princess, I might as well take you, too!"

"You can go to hell!" Hearing Ye Feng’s vile words, Caiyun was so furious she couldn’t stop herself from cursing.

Seeing Caiyun hopping mad, Ye Feng just turned, laughed heartily, and walked away.

Just then, Long Xi’Er rushed over and called out anxiously to Caiyun, "Caiyun, am I too late? Has that man Wu Lun already killed Ye Feng?"

Caiyun turned to Long Xi’Er with a wry smile. "Princess, we were both wrong. We shouldn’t have been worried about Ye Feng, but about the short-lived Wu Lun."

With that, she pointed to Wu Lun’s motionless body on the ground.

When Long Xi’Er saw Wu Lun’s corpse, her eyes flew wide. "Who killed him? Who killed the Prince of Myanmar?"

But she quickly put two and two together. She looked at Caiyun, her eyes full of disbelief. "What did you just say? Are you telling me that Ye Feng killed Wu Lun?"

Caiyun nodded with a wry smile.

Long Xi’Er immediately shook her head. "Impossible. Wu Lun is surrounded by powerful bodyguards. Ye Feng is just a doctor. How could he possibly kill him?"

Caiyun looked at Long Xi’Er and said, "Princess, what if I told you that Ye Feng is also a supreme master?"

Caiyun then recounted how Ye Feng had killed Tuduo with a single palm strike.

Upon hearing this, Long Xi’Er’s jaw dropped and she could only stare, speechless.

’Not only is he a brilliant doctor, but he also possesses such terrifying skills? This... This is just unbelievable!’

But she soon snapped out of it, her expression changing as she cried out:

"The Great Xia Empire is in a precarious situation right now! Our borders are in peril, and we were hoping to borrow Myanmar’s strength to help us fend off our powerful enemies.

But now Ye Feng has rashly killed Wu Lun. How could the King of Myanmar possibly let this go? He’ll surely turn against us and march his army into our Great Xia Empire.

He’s brought a catastrophe down upon the Great Xia Empire!"

But Caiyun shook her head. "Princess, Myanmar has already been crushed by the Qilin Camp. They even raided the royal palace. They can’t even fend for themselves right now, so how could they possibly have the capacity to attack the Great Xia Empire?"

"Myanmar was crushed by the Qilin Camp? Why would the Qilin Camp attack Myanmar for no reason?" Long Xi’Er asked, astonished.

Caiyun replied with a wry smile, "And what if I told you that the Qilin Camp’s earth-shattering fury was all because of Ye Feng?"

"Because of Ye Feng?" Long Xi’Er shook her head so hard it was a blur. "Impossible! An organization as mysterious and elusive as the Qilin Camp... how could they possibly attack Myanmar just because of Ye Feng?"

"And what if Ye Feng is the leader of the Qilin Camp, Yu Qilin?" Caiyun said with a sigh, looking at Long Xi’Er.

Long Xi’Er froze on the spot.

Looking at the dumbstruck princess, Caiyun gave another wry smile. "Princess, I couldn’t believe it either, but it’s the truth!"

She then recounted everything that had just happened.

Long Xi’Er stood there, frozen in a daze. After a long moment, she finally spoke, a bitter smile on her face. "Caiyun, we’ve both been deceived. A mighty Tier Three Martial God, the leader of the Qilin Camp... how could he possibly be some common lecher obsessed with wine and women!"

"Then why did he act that way toward us all this time?" Caiyun asked in confusion.

Long Xi’Er looked at Caiyun, her voice filled with excitement. "I don’t understand that part yet, but I do understand one thing: we’ve hit the jackpot!"

"Hit the jackpot?" Caiyun looked at Long Xi’Er, completely bewildered.

Long Xi’Er’s face was flush with excitement. "Caiyun, I was so worried about the crisis facing the Great Xia Empire. But with him here, with Yu Qilin on our side, what is there to fear? Come! We must go see my father, the King, at once!"

With that, she turned and ran toward the palace.
