Chapter 292: Chapter 292: Beast Tide

The operations staff officer looked at Robert and spoke cautiously, "Commander, Wild Wolf Valley’s terrain is complex. It’s easy to defend and hard to attack. If we force an assault, we will surely pay a heavy price..."

Before his voice could fade, Robert’s roar cut him off. "I have a full seven million elite soldiers and strong generals under my command right now! Am I afraid of paying a price?

I am not afraid!

Say no more! Immediately relay my orders. Mobilize all our forces and advance on Wild Wolf Valley. Even if we have to fill it with bodies, I want that valley leveled.

Within three hours, I want to hear news that the Wolf Clan has been annihilated. I want to see the heads of Ye Feng and Meng Jiaxin!"

"Yes, sir!" The operations staff officer acknowledged and quickly turned to leave.

Robert said coldly, "Just a bunch of ants like you think you can stand against my Twelve-Nation Allied Forces? You’re dreaming. Not a single one of you is leaving here today. I swear it!"

With that, he smashed his fist on the table. The table instantly shattered, sending splinters of wood flying everywhere.

...

The Wolf Clan.

An adjutant looked at Meng Jiaxin and reported, "Reporting to Meng War God, all soldiers have assembled and are awaiting orders to depart!"

Just then, Tut came over to Bartel. "Grandfather, all members of the Wolf Clan have also assembled. We await the order to depart!"

Meng Jiaxin and Bartel both turned to look at Ye Feng.

Ye Feng spoke calmly, "The encirclement operation begins now!"

With that, he strode toward the valley entrance, and the others followed closely behind.

Just as they reached the valley entrance, someone came to report:

"Reporting! A large contingent of Allied Forces is charging toward Wild Wolf Valley!"

Meng Jiaxin brandished her weapon and roared, "All soldiers, hear my command! Prepare for battle!"

After saying this, a wave of anguish washed over her. ’Of the hundred thousand-plus brothers by my side, how many will survive this battle?’

But just then, Ye Feng stopped her and said calmly, "Eldest Martial Sister, it’s not time yet!"

"You have another trick up your sleeve?"

At that moment, a middle-aged man with a buzz cut and wearing a commander’s uniform charged out from the Allied ranks.

The Allied Forces’ Vice Commander, Stoff!

Stoff stared at Ye Feng and said coldly, "I have seven million soldiers here today. No matter what tricks you have, you can’t change your fate of dying a violent death on this very spot!"

With that, he roared, "Soldiers, charge!

Whoever takes this bastard’s head today gets a bounty of five billion and a promotion of sixteen ranks!"

"KILL!" The Allied soldiers, as if shot full of adrenaline, roared and charged toward the valley entrance.

Behind them, Meng Jiaxin and Bartel both roared, preparing to lead their men to meet the charge, but Ye Feng stopped them again, chuckling as he spoke:

"Don’t worry. To deal with these people, I alone am enough!"

Meng Jiaxin stared at Ye Feng, frantic with worry. "They have a full seven million troops! How are you going to deal with them alone? Since when did you pick up this habit of bragging?"

Ye Feng smiled faintly. "Eldest Martial Sister, you’ll know soon enough whether I’m bragging or not!"

"HAHA..." Before Ye Feng’s voice had faded, Stoff, on the opposite side, burst into wild laughter. "Ye Feng, is it? I know you have a few tricks, but to think you alone can slay my seven million soldiers? You’re dreaming. Today’s outcome will be your death!"

But Ye Feng paid him no mind. He faced the mountain forest and emitted a series of obscure, difficult-to-understand sounds. The next moment, he roared:

"COME FORTH!"

Soon, everyone heard the roars of ferocious beasts rising and falling one after another, followed by the sound of heavy footsteps.

The entire ground began to shake.

The next instant, countless wolves, tigers, leopards, black bears, and elephants burst from the forest, pouncing on the Allied soldiers.

How could the Allied soldiers withstand the charge of such ferocious beasts? A huge swathe of them was instantly knocked down.

"Beast tide! It’s a beast tide!"

The Allied soldiers shrieked and scattered in all directions.

From the rear, Stoff shrieked, "Hold the line! Hold the line!"

But to his despair, he discovered that the Allied forces were completely unable to mount an effective counterattack and were being slaughtered on a massive scale.

The Allied soldiers screamed wretchedly as they fled, but they were quickly overtaken by the beasts and pounced upon.

Instantly, wretched screams, bestial roars, and the horrifying sound of crunching bones intertwined, creating a symphony from hell.

The Allied soldiers in the rear saw the horrific scene ahead and turned in terror to flee back down the mountain. But down below, many soldiers were still surging up the mountain. People crashed into and trampled each other, causing even more death and injury.

From the back, Stoff could only watch helplessly as countless Allied soldiers were trampled and torn apart by the endless beasts, falling in huge swathes. In just over ten minutes, every Allied soldier in the valley had been completely slaughtered. Not one survived.

Seeing all his men dead, Stoff let out a wretched scream. "I underestimated the enemy! I’m the one who doomed you! It’s all my fault! What face do I have left to live in this world!"

With that, he abruptly raised his longsword and plunged it into his own heart. His body fell limply to the ground, twitched for a moment, and then went still.

Bartel looked at Ye Feng and shouted excitedly, "The art of beast taming! This is the true art of beast taming!"

Ye Feng turned to the dumbstruck Meng Jiaxin and said with a smile, "Eldest Martial Sister, do you still think I was bragging now?"

Meng Jiaxin finally snapped out of it. Overcome with excitement, she was about to throw herself at Ye Feng, but she quickly blushed and stopped. ’I can’t let everyone laugh at me again!’

But in the next moment, she saw Ye Feng’s face turn pale, his body starting to sway unsteadily.

"Ye Feng!" Meng Jiaxin shrieked, rushing over to catch him. She looked at him and cried out anxiously:

"Ye Feng, what’s wrong?"

Ye Feng looked at Meng Jiaxin and said with difficulty, "Eldest Martial Sister, controlling all those beasts... I’ve overused my Spiritual Power. My head is spinning, my consciousness is fading... I’m about to die. Eldest Martial Sister, it seems we weren’t fated to be in this life. Let’s meet again in the next!"

"No! Ye Feng, I won’t let you die! I won’t let you die!" Meng Jiaxin cried out, her eyes turning red.

Ye Feng looked at Meng Jiaxin and said in a weak voice, "Eldest Martial Sister, if you really want to save me, then... take me to the cave again!"

Not caring about anything else, Meng Jiaxin nodded, picked up Ye Feng, and staggered toward the cave. But in her panic, she accidentally tripped on a rock and was about to fall.

But in the next instant, Ye Feng’s body shifted. He landed firmly on the ground, then reached out and wrapped an arm around Meng Jiaxin’s slender waist, saying with a grin:

"Eldest Martial Sister, how about you let me carry you instead!"

With that, he swept Meng Jiaxin into his arms and dashed toward the nearby cave with vigorous strides.

Meng Jiaxin, her arms draped around Ye Feng’s neck, looked at him and asked, "Not feeling dizzy and faint anymore?"

"Mm-hmm!" Ye Feng hummed, already at the cave entrance with Meng Jiaxin in his arms.

"Your consciousness isn’t fading anymore?" Meng Jiaxin asked again.

"Mm-hmm, much better now, much better!" Ye Feng said as he charged into the cave with Meng Jiaxin, a joyful look on his face.

His heart was filled with excitement.

’Time for some fun again, hehe!’
