Chapter 321: Chapter 321: You Have Violated My Taboo

Du Lei glared at Ye Feng. "What’s between us is personal, but you’re a citizen of Great Xia. You’re in danger, and as the ambassador to Malaysia, I have an obligation to help you escape."

Ye Feng nodded. "Durex, you’re not such a bad guy after all..."

"My name is Du Lei! There’s no ’s’!" Hearing Ye Feng mock his name again, Du Lei was about to explode.

"Oh, Du Lei didn’t tear. Don’t you worry," Ye Feng said calmly, looking at Du Lei. "Even if she comes with an army of thousands, I’m not afraid."

"What the hell do you mean, ’Du Lei didn’t tear’?! I... I have nothing to do with that thing, you hear me?!" Du Lei looked ready to kill Ye Feng, if only he weren’t completely outmatched.

"Ye Feng, are you leaving or not? If you stay and die here, don’t say I didn’t warn you."

Ye Feng replied calmly, "Relax. This Xia Yanran, or whatever her name is, isn’t good enough to get me killed here."

With that, he picked up his phone and made a call. "Grandpa, it’s Ye Feng. I’m at the airport in Jilong. Send the five million soldiers from the Southern Border to meet me. It’s getting a little lonely here by myself."

Du Lei wanted to smash a bottle over Ye Feng’s head. He glared at him and roared, "Ye Feng, you think you can mobilize five million soldiers from Great Xia’s Southern Border with one phone call? Who the hell do you think you are? Let me tell you, even *I* don’t have that much power! You think your rank is higher than mine?"

Beside him, Ouyang Qiu let out a snort of laughter. "Durex, I’ll have you know that in the Great Xia Empire, Xiaofeng’s rank really *is* higher than yours."

"You..." Du Lei glared at Ouyang Qiu. "No wonder you two get along. You’re both such incredible bullshit artists. Birds of a feather really do flock together!"

Ouyang Qiu just chuckled. "You’ll find out soon enough whether we’re bluffing."

Ye Feng picked up a piece of century egg and placed it on Ouyang Qiu’s plate. "Fifth Senior Sister, have an egg."

Du Lei: "..."

Du Lei glared at the pair and ground out through his teeth, "Fine, if you have a death wish, I’m washing my hands of you."

He turned and walked away, but when he got to the door, he came back.

He looked at Ye Feng and sighed. "Fine. As the chief ambassador, it’s my duty to stay and protect you. When the Commandery Princess arrives, I’ll try to talk to her. I’ll do my best to negotiate, but as for whether I can save you... you’ll just have to pray to a higher power..."

Just then, a man in a suit behind him, his face pale, called out to Du Lei, "Ambassador, if Xia Yanran brings her people, there’ll be nothing but destruction! If you don’t leave now, by the time she gets here, we’ll both be done for!"

Du Lei gritted his teeth. "You all can go if you want. I’m not leaving. As the chief ambassador of the Great Xia Empire, it’s my duty to shed my blood and lay down my life to protect my countrymen! When the Cyan Dragon gang was humiliating Li Yao just now, I did nothing. I’ve already made one mistake; I won’t make a second."

"I’ve decided to stay. I will protect our countrymen with my life."

Qin Tian chuckled. "Durex, if you had acted like this from the start, I wouldn’t have had to put you in your place."

"My name is Du Lei, not Durex! What the hell is my name anymore?!" Du Lei had been driven completely insane.

Ouyang Qiu was doubled over with laughter.

Ye Feng couldn’t stop laughing either.

But just then, the roar of motorcycles echoed from the entrance. The sound grew closer, followed by the sharp screech of brakes and a rising clamor. Then came the thud of heavy footsteps.

The footsteps were perfectly synchronized, marching in a powerful rhythm that seemed to make the very ground vibrate. The heavy tread felt like it was stomping on everyone’s heart, threatening to make it burst from the pressure.

Du Lei glanced outside, and his face instantly turned deathly pale. His voice trembled as he cried out, "It’s just as I feared! Wei Qinglong really went to get the Commandery Princess. She’s brought her army!"

The words had barely left his mouth when dozens of fully armed soldiers stormed in. The dark muzzles of their guns were locked on to everyone present, and a terrifying killing intent instantly saturated the air.

In the next moment, the soldiers parted to clear a path. A young woman in a form-fitting outfit strode forward, her hands clasped behind her back.

The woman had curly golden hair, a delicate oval face with features as if from a painting. Her chest was so ample it threatened to burst the seams of her tight outfit, yet her waist was impossibly slender—a mere handful. Below, her hips flared out dramatically, creating an astonishing curve.

Her beauty was peerless, her figure explosive—a true once-in-a-lifetime stunner. But the cold pride etched onto her face, an expression that kept everyone at a thousand-mile distance, made people instinctively keep their distance out of a mixture of awe and fear.

This was none other than the Commandery Princess of Malaysia, Xia Yanran.

Just then, Wei Qinglong stepped forward from behind her. He pointed at Ye Feng, who was still casually chewing a piece of century egg, and ground out through his teeth, "Commandery Princess, that’s the bastard who crippled our men! He’s also the one who pinned me to the floor and made me sing ’Conquer’!"

Xia Yanran whipped around, her gaze locking onto Ye Feng, her eyes already brimming with murderous intent.

Du Lei quickly scrambled over. "Commandery Princess, greetings," he said hurriedly. "I am Du Lei, the chief ambassador from the Great Xia Empire. I beg you, do me this favor and spare him..."

The words were barely out of his mouth when Xia Yanran whipped out a pistol and pressed it directly to Du Lei’s forehead.

Du Lei had never imagined Xia Yanran would be so brazen. His face drained of all color, and he shrieked, "Commandery Princess, Article 27, Section 5, Clause 73 of international law states that even in a war between two nations, you don’t kill the envoy—"

Before he could finish, Xia Yanran clicked off the safety on her gun.

Du Lei immediately caved. "Commandery Princess, I said nothing."

He had wanted to be tough, but in the end, he couldn’t hold out. He wilted.

At that, Xia Yanran turned to Ye Feng and said coldly, "So you’re the one who killed my men? And made Wei Qinglong kneel?"

But Ye Feng paid her no mind. He looked at Li Yao and said, "Miss, another pot of fresh tea, please."

Seeing Ye Feng dare to ignore her, Xia Yanran flew into a rage. She jabbed a finger at him and roared, "I’m talking to you! Are you deaf or just stupid?"

Ye Feng looked at Xia Yanran, with her head tilted back arrogantly like a rooster, and frowned. Chewing on his century egg, he mumbled indistinctly, "Yeah, that was me. What of it? Don’t like it? Come at me."

Everyone in the room was stunned.

’Heavens, how dare he talk to the Commandery Princess like that? He must have a death wish! She’ll skin him alive for sure.’

Sure enough, Xia Yanran’s face contorted with rage. She charged up to Ye Feng, raised her pistol, and pointed it at his head, roaring, "You’re asking to die—"

But before she could finish, Ye Feng’s expression turned icy. His hand shot out like a bolt of lightning, snatching the pistol from her grasp and tossing it out the window. He then grabbed her by the belt, pulled her across his lap, raised his hand, and brought it down hard on her rear.

A loud SMACK echoed through the room. The force of the blow made Ye Feng’s hand bounce back, and Xia Yanran let out a piercing shriek.

Ye Feng looked down at Xia Yanran and said in a cold voice, "I hate it when people point guns at me. You just crossed a line."
