Chapter 360: Chapter 360: The Big Shot of the Kunlun Sect

After a deafening CRACK, Liaokong watched helplessly as Ouyang Qiu’s longsword flicked all twelve staves away. The twelve staff monks were all sent flying backward and crashed to the ground one after another, like dumplings dropping into a pot. They struggled for some time, but not a single one of them managed to get back up.

The girl stared at Ouyang Qiu, her eyes going wide.

Each of the twelve staff monks was a Tier Six Martial God. With the boost from their Array, their combined strength was definitely equivalent to a Tier Eight Martial God.

’How could such a terrifying force not even last a single move against Ouyang Qiu?’

’How could this Ouyang Qiu be so terrifying?’

Just then, Liaokong stared at Ouyang Qiu and spoke in a cold voice. "I didn’t expect you to have some actual skill. You must be a Tier Nine Martial God, right? But so what? Let me tell you, you’re still not good enough to face me. Today, I’ll be the one to test your mettle."

With that, he advanced on Ouyang Qiu.

When the girl behind them saw Liaokong make his move, she let out a cold laugh. "Do you have any idea what Master Liaokong’s cultivation level is? I might as well tell you—he’s a Tier One Martial Immortal! And you still want to protect that piece of trash? Let me tell you, you’re dreaming. Not only will you be unable to protect him, but you’re also going to die here today."

Then she turned to Liaokong and shouted, "Go! Get them! Cripple them both for me!"

The instant she finished speaking, Liaokong shot forward, appearing before Ouyang Qiu in a flash. He raised his right fist and brought it down ferociously toward Ouyang Qiu’s temple.

The girl sneered at Ye Feng. "Still hoping a woman can fight your battles for you? You’re dreaming. She can’t protect you, and now she’s going to die here as well..."

Before she could finish, a deafening CRACK echoed out, followed by a muffled grunt. A figure was sent flying backward, slamming heavily onto the ground.

The girl looked at Ye Feng, gloating. "See? Wasn’t I right? Your friend couldn’t even withstand a single blow before being crippled!"

Ye Feng looked at her and chuckled. "Who exactly got crippled? Are you blind, or are your eyes just full of pig shit?"

"Your eyes are the ones full of pig shit!" the girl roared, glaring furiously at Ye Feng. "I don’t even need to look to know it was the woman with you who was crippled. Hurt my Uncle Liaokong? As if she’s worthy..."

She turned as she spoke, glancing at the person on the ground. In the next instant, her eyes flew wide open.

The person on the ground, coughing up mouthfuls of blood, wasn’t Ouyang Qiu at all. It was clearly Liaokong.

"Th-this is impossible!" the girl couldn’t help but shriek.

Liaokong was a Tier One Martial Immortal! He was considered a top-tier expert, not just in the Shaolin Temple but in the entire Southern Prefecture. Yet, he couldn’t even withstand a single move from Ouyang Qiu before being crippled. ’H-how is this possible!’

But she quickly recovered her composure. Glaring at Ouyang Qiu, she said coldly, "I didn’t realize you were actually this skilled. But if you think that gives you the right to run wild in the Shaolin Temple, you’re sorely mistaken. Today, I’ll teach you that the Shaolin Temple is an existence you can’t afford to provoke."

With that, she pulled out her phone and made a call. The moment it connected, she started shouting frantically, "Dad, come quick! I’m being attacked! Here, at the mountain gate, I’m being attacked!"

A cold voice replied from the other end of the line, "Someone dares to cause trouble at my Shaolin Temple and even hit my daughter? They must have a death wish! I’m on my way right now. I’m going to see for myself just who is so eager to die."

As he finished speaking, a sonic boom echoed through the phone.

The girl hung up and turned to Ye Feng and Ouyang Qiu, her voice cold. "You just wait. You just wait and see."

Ye Feng, however, paid her no mind. He looked at Ouyang Qiu, gesturing toward Mount Shaoshi behind them, and smiled. "Fifth Senior Sister, the view here is lovely. Once this business is settled, I’d like to properly enjoy this beautiful scenery with you..."

He had barely finished speaking when the girl behind him snapped, "Still thinking there will be a ’later’? You’re dreaming. You won’t be leaving the Shaolin Temple today."

Ye Feng spun around to face her, his voice turning cold. "I guess your ass doesn’t hurt anymore, does it?"

"You..." The girl shrieked and stumbled backward in fear.

But just then, an icy voice boomed, "Bullying my daughter here in the Shaolin Temple? Do you take me, Jue Yuan, for a mere decoration?!"

The voice thundered through the forest, powerful enough to shatter eardrums.

In the next instant, a red figure shot toward them like a bolt of lightning, appearing before the group in a flash.

The newcomer was a tall monk clad in red kasaya robes. He carried himself with a majestic air, and the moment he appeared, a terrifying pressure emanated from him, causing the ambient temperature to drop by several degrees.

This was clearly an expert—a terrifyingly powerful one.

At his arrival, Liaokong and the other monks approached and bowed respectfully. "Greetings, Abbot."

The newcomer was none other than the abbot of the Shaolin Temple, Jue Yuan.

Liaokong looked at Jue Yuan and said through gritted teeth, "Abbot, our men were beaten. Even I was severely wounded by a single blow from the opponent."

Jue Yuan frowned at Liaokong. "Getting pushed around on your own doorstep... do you not find that disgraceful?"

Liaokong’s face immediately flushed with shame.

Just then, the girl ran to Jue Yuan’s side, pointed at Ye Feng and Ouyang Qiu, and wailed aggrievedly, "Dad, these people are outrageous! They spanked my butt in public! It’s all swollen now! Waaah..."

She burst into heartbreaking sobs.

Jue Yuan’s face turned frigid. "To injure monks of my Shaolin Temple without cause and then beat my daughter... this is a complete disregard for me, Jue Yuan! This is an attempt to drag the honor of the Shaolin Temple through the mud!"

Ouyang Qiu looked at Jue Yuan and hurriedly tried to explain, "Master Jue Yuan, please, let me explain. The cause of this whole matter..."

But before she could finish, Jue Yuan cut her off harshly. "Did I come here to listen to your explanations? No, I did not! I am here to get justice for the brothers of my temple and for my daughter! Today, you will all pay a heavy price. I guarantee it."

The moment he finished, Ye Feng slowly turned to face Jue Yuan. A faint smile touched his lips as he asked, "You’re going to make us pay a heavy price, you say?"

When Jue Yuan saw Ye Feng’s face, his expression froze.

Just two hours earlier, Liu Hanyan had sent him a message informing him that her disciple, Ye Feng, would be arriving at the Shaolin Temple to meet him and that he should prepare a proper reception. She had even sent a photo, so he recognized Ye Feng in an instant.

His scalp instantly went numb with terror.

The Shaolin Temple was indeed filled with masters, and his own power was immense. The temple certainly had the qualifications to be arrogant. But compared to the Kunlun Sect... they were nothing.

He never could have imagined that the people he was about to punish were actually big shots from the Kunlun Sect. In an instant, cold sweat began to pour down his back.
