Zheng Qiuhang’s heart sank.

"Qiuhang, you have to go!" Elder Zheng, a man of the world, understood exactly what was happening. He was dragging his daughter into an unimaginable predicament, and he was filled with regret. "Don’t worry about me! Just get out of here!"

"You think you can just walk out of here?" Yang Guomin roared with laughter. "Dream on!"

Zheng Qiuhang quickly backed away, heading for the door.

But the bald man was faster, instantly blocking her path.

He gave Zheng Qiuhang a hard shove, causing her to stagger and nearly fall.

"So, Miss Zheng, you don’t want to choose, is that it?" Yang Guomin cackled lecherously. "Since you won’t choose, I’ll choose for you! The money still has to be paid back, and you... you have to stay. Tsk, tsk, Elder Zheng, you really raised a fine daughter. So beautiful, and what a body. Is she still a college student? It’s been a while since I’ve had a taste of a college girl. Today, I think I’ll indulge myself. I’m sure she’ll be delicious."

Then he turned to the bald man and the other two, whose eyes were gleaming. "When I’ve had my fun, you can all have a taste, too!"

The men immediately closed in on Zheng Qiuhang.

Just then, a lazy voice rang out. "Well, do I get a piece of that?"

As the voice spoke, the door swung open.

"Who are you? How did you get in!" The sudden appearance of a young man startled Yang Guomin and his companions.

This "casino" was well-hidden. There were guards at the entrance and upstairs, and the elevator required a key card. It was impossible for any unauthorized person to get in.

Even if someone managed to get in, they would be stopped the moment they stepped out of the elevator.

If a powerful opponent or the police showed up for an inspection, the lookouts would have sent a warning immediately.

But there had been no warning, no sounds of a fight, and the surveillance system hadn’t flagged any anomalies.

’It’s like I’m seeing a ghost.’

Zheng Qiuhang was also staring, dumbfounded.

She wasn’t even sure if her distress message had gone through, but she never expected Wang Chenning to appear before her in the blink of an eye.

Seeing Wang Chenning’s grinning face, Zheng Qiuhang could no longer hold back the overwhelming sense of grievance, and tears streamed down her cheeks.

Wang Chenning walked over to Zheng Qiuhang, put an arm around her shoulder to comfort her, then strode up to Yang Guomin. He said cheerfully, "I heard there was a good show on here today, and I’m the kind of guy who loves a crowd, so I thought I’d come take a look."

"I don’t care who you are. Now that you’re here, don’t even think about walking out easily," Yang Guomin snarled, glaring at Wang Chenning. "Kid, this isn’t the place for you to act tough. In a minute, you’re going to realize what a fucking idiot you are!"

With that, he gestured to his sides.

The bald man and the two men in black who had brought Elder Zheng in understood the signal and immediately closed in on Wang Chenning.

Wang Chenning watched them with a placid smile. "If you get out of my way now, you won’t get hurt. Think carefully before you come any closer."

"Motherfucker, who the hell do you think you are?" the bald man roared, aiming a kick at Wang Chenning.

Wang Chenning sidestepped, grabbed the bald man’s foot, and violently flung him away.

With a dull THUD, the bald man made intimate contact with the wall.

After an earth-shattering scream, the bald man collapsed to the ground, though he still struggled to get up.

The heavy impact also shook a plaque off the wall, and it came crashing down right onto the bald man’s leg.

The bald man let out another blood-curdling howl and went completely limp.

The other two men who had been about to attack Wang Chenning were startled, and their advance came to an abrupt halt.

Wang Chenning swiftly closed the distance. With lightning speed, he struck several of their vital pressure points, causing them to go limp. He then grabbed one in each hand, hoisted them up, and hurled them toward where Yang Guomin was sitting.

Yang Guomin was still reeling from the shock of seeing the bald man taken down in a single move when he suddenly saw two of his henchmen flying toward him.

He instinctively kicked off the floor, and the executive chair beneath him shot backward, allowing him to narrowly dodge the two human projectiles. The two unlucky men thrown by Wang Chenning landed one after the other right where Yang Guomin had been sitting.

Although the two men had taken a hard fall, they weren’t seriously injured. They immediately scrambled to their feet and charged at Wang Chenning.

Wang Chenning charged toward them as well, knocking them both down with an incredible flying front kick.

Using the momentum from the kick to slow his descent, Wang Chenning delivered another heavy axe kick, striking one of the men in the chest.

He followed with a vicious elbow strike, burying it in the other man’s stomach.

Both men let out earth-shattering screams at nearly the same time.

In the enclosed space, the combined screams of two grown men made the eardrums of Zheng Qiuhang, who was cowering to the side, ring.

Having subdued Yang Guomin’s three henchmen in just a few moves, Wang Chenning dusted off his hands and walked toward him.

"I really didn’t expect this. To think there are still people who would brazenly run a casino, scam people with high-interest loans, and force women into prostitution." As Wang Chenning spoke, he grabbed Yang Guomin by the neck and slapped him across the face. "I’ve got to hand it to you, you’ve got some real nerve."

Unexpectedly, the slap seemed to snap the stunned Yang Guomin out of his daze. He recoiled, quickly yanking a gun from his desk drawer.

"Fuck! You think you’re a real badass, huh?" Yang Guomin aimed the gun at Wang Chenning with both hands, his face contorted with rage. "You’re a good fighter, I’ll give you that. But no matter how fast you are, are you faster than a bullet? Motherfucker! Put your hands up and get on your knees in the corner!"
